Hawaii Poke & Ramen

Came in today for the first time and it was very exciting from the get go! It has a self ordering service as well as the line for you to see all the toppings and options! One the guys was super helpful explaining everything and what they had available. The also have boba tea which was delicious! There is plenty of options and ways to customize your bowl. The price point was a little steep for the amount of protein that your get, however the flavor and atmosphere was fantastic! 100% recommended and will come back!

Super chill environment. The staff was welcoming and happy. We had no wait time here. Poke here is amazing! The avocado was fresh and at a perfect texture. My girlfriend had the ramen and I may have stole a bite. (It was amazing) will definitely return.

It’s our first time here. We came in to order for take out right after they opened so it was pretty quick. The server was very nice. We got tonkotsu ramen and poke bowl, and they were delicious!!! I liked the ramen here more than other places in STL. You also get stamped with every poke bowl purchase and redeem for drink/food later. Definitely will be back and post more pictures of the food here. I totally forgot to take photos today :P

Updated: we came back for lunch on the weekend. Loved the service and vibe here. Foods and drinks were good as my previous review. They were out of tonkotsu so I ordered tonkotsu broth with beef instead and it’s delicious : P One thing I noticed some items were missing on the online menu. I preferred to order in person, and their service was very quick.

This is one of my fave places to eat! Food is always delicious and fresh, and service is great. With that being said, if you go at an eating hour, expect to wait up to 20 mins. It seems food delivery apps may be prioritized over walk ins so even going in for takeout may not be quick. It is worth the wait though, and the service is great. Staff is always friendly.

Holy cow this place is top tier. The atmosphere of the restaurant is clean and relaxing. The staff is kind and pleasant. The ingredients are high quality and the options are everything you'd want from a poke place and more. The ramen and boba tea are great, the tea used in the original boba is extremely good. The tempura shrimp bowl we had was great too. Prices are a little high and we didn't receive the avocado in our bowl. Regardless, we'll be back.

Hawaii Poke Bowl

Hawaii poke Bowl is a must try, it exceeded my expectations. We loved the atmosphere; it was so welcoming, clean and refreshing, the workers there are so nice and gives the best advice when you can't make the right choice (happened to me* :)) we tried the dragon bowl and the volcano-. We ate it all and felt good about ourselves-. It was healthy, good proportion and the mixture of flavors was amazing. I'm definitely going back! 5☆. Give it a try!

I can’t even lie this was one good meal. I got the rainbow poke bowl. Very light and refreshing but also very filling if you eat it all in one sitting. I added yum yum sauce and ginger. Can’t go wrong. I’m not sure what those crunch things are on top but man they were good and they were warm too…! Mmmhm. Friendly staff, seems like they work hard. Nice bathrooms too. Can’t complain. Would definitely recommend. We’ll it’s just a little pricey but it’s definitely worth it in my opinion.

I usually have a great experience at this location, but this afternoon there was a young immature girl working that had an attitude as soon as I started my order, I ordered a  bowl but wanted it modified without the crab meat and substitute for spicy salmon. Now I understand that they charge charge for the upgrade which I don’t have a problem paying for, but she is the only person that ever charges me for upgrading it not even the manager has charged me for the upgrade. She continued to make my bowl with an attitude, she kept taking deep breaths like I was bothering her to do her job, she kept saying girl under her breath (I’m 40 not a little girl). When we got time for me to check out. I had a free bowl for my Stamps being punched and she told me since I got the salmon it made it over $16 so I couldn’t use my free bowl. Mind you all the stamps I had on that card plus a new one came from that same modified bowl. I then asked to speak to the manager, the manager that sold the same bowl modified and stamped my card many of times came out and the girl even gave her manager attitude. The problem was not resolved I told the manger thank you for trying but I can’t deal with that kind of attitude where I choose to spend my money. It’s not that I have a problem paying for my modifications. The problem is she is the only one being rude trying to enforce it.

This was my first time eating here, and I was so impressed with the quality, variety, and flavor of the food! Everything tasted so delicious and fresh! The restaurant was not like a usual fast food restaurant, it was aesthetically pleasing, like you’re in a Hawaiian lounge! Also, the the staff was very friendly and helpful.

I love this place! You can do a build your own bowl for under $15 and they have free citrus water. Always great customer service and a clean space. They currently have $50 gift cards for $40 right now which’s a great deal!

POKE HOUSE & TEA BAR

this is a great poke place! i got a build your own bowl, and you use a little menu card to indicate what you want which was pretty convenient. the boba/teas were all so yummy too.

I got the House Poke. All of the ingredients were fresh. The portion was generous and tasty. The presentation was nice. Service was friendly and the wait to receive my order was short. Free parking is always nice too. The restaurant was still in Covid mode. Bathrooms were blocked off. Tables were stacked. The waiting area allowed for social distancing. I’d like to see the space when it is fully operational. If you crave a poke bowl, I recommend The Poke House & Tea Bar.

They currently only do signature bowls if you order in store. If you want customized bowl, you have to order ahead online. Store looks clean, and signage are clear and helpful for safety health protocols.

We ordered the spicy and salmon bowl, and thai milk tea with tapioca pearls. We didn't have to wait long for the order since they weren't busy.

Pricing was okay for the serving portion. The bowls were flavorful and semi-filling; and the boba tea was refreshing.

I wanted to give it 4 stars instead but since this is a new business I want to help ot out. Soup was trash, the main meal is awesome, just avoid the sides and you should be happy :). The bowl was really good they did miss 1 meat tho, not a big deal just tell them and they can fix it for you. They need to tweak a couple thing and it should be okay.

Great selection of food combos that should have options for everyone. Tea selection and Boba have always been good. Friendly staff and service is very good and decently quick.

No complaints and would recommend to others looking for a bit of a fusion of food.

McDonald's

I was the only one in the drive through and it took the store 10 minutes for them to take my order and get me my order. The order was only 2 sweet teas. And the people working there are not professional. When I asked what took so long the lady at the window replied she was the only one there. Does she think I’m blind? I counted 4 workers behind counter.

Food was fine, A McDonald's normal meal.
It was veteran's day and they said they did not have any discounts for veterans. But she thanked me for my service.  Lol
Guess a small town needed the full value.

Ordered 1 hash brown 2 biscuits and gravy my hash brown was pretty much cold floppy like it had been sitting for 3 hours at least mind you this was 6:30 this morning I took 2 bites now I'm throwing up at 9:30 possible food poisoning....just got told by the clinton Mcdonald nurse? That there is something wrong with my stomach it couldn't be the food never even saw the person also went to my doctor for all this documentation

Bus was on time.  I never actually ordered anything from them. But this McDonald's also serves as a pick-up/drop-off location for Greyhound bus lines and i dropped my brother off here and the bus driver was incredibly helpful and friendly as my brother is blind.  Cheers to Greyhound and thanks for McDonald's partnership with Greyhound which make it very convenient to travel anywhere in the United States/ mexico or Canada by boarding the bus right here in small town Clinton Arkansas.

This was my 2nd experience stopping at this McDonald's while traveling, and I won't make the mistake again. We waited 25 minutes for 3 meals inside the restaurant with 1 person in front of us, who left with their food after 5 minutes or so. I asked after 15 and then 20 minutes why it was taking so long? ... They had to make fries. What???? At least 30 cars went through the drive-thru line.... Pretty sure they got fries my friends. We ended up asking for our money back and leaving after asking a third time at 25 minutes. Ridiculous.

PokeDoke

The bowls were fresh, but I was disappointed they were out of a lot of menu items. The pokedoke bowl was tasty but definitely would have been better with the seaweed they were out of. Overall it’s a nice change from the usual things you will find in the area. They have outdoor seating too. Parking on the street next to the place is a little hectic with everyone living in the buildings around there.

Nice poke .   Has sitting area outside if weather nice.  Inside seating and staff / service average.

THIS PLACE ROCKS... I am a poke fan and often it's super hard to find a place that serves a decent quantity of poke and quality. Look I'm a big boy and the serving sizes here for me well. Everything is so fresh and delightful! I'm so full and I'm only half way done!!!

Usually very good. Pokedoke is out of the way for my boyfriend and I but we decided to go after class today to get to go bowl. Both our bowls had extremely hard rice. To the point we didn’t even want to eat our meals because the rice was so bad. You could even see in the rice that it was a solid white vs cooked rice being a little more transparent. The rice is 50% of the meal if not more so there was just so way I could make myself eat it.

The poke bowls were delicious. Everything tasted fresh and was so filling. The boba was also very yummy. We will definitely be back.

This location doesn’t know the concept of fast food. Numerous times I’ve had to sit in line 15 minutes and still had to pull up in a pick up spot just for a Hot caramel mocha. I open it and it’s not even right. They are the worse at getting your order right and in a timely manner! I’ll Start making my own!

Our fries were so delicious! They were so hot and fresh! Absolutely yummy! Our kids scarfed down their happy meals (which definitely does not happen most of the time)! I haven't been to a McDonald's in a very long time so it was really nice to have a good experience! Way to go Mountain View McDonald's! Good job!

This McDonald's is by far the best in customer service. They strive to make things right no matter what happened. A kiddo in front of me dropped his breakfast and before the family could get back in line to reorder, the clerk at the register had already talked to the manager and had a new one coming up. This type of collaboration is common at this restaurant.

Food is pretty good sometimes… I can’t eat gluten so I’m disappointed that they no longer have salads or grilled chicken. I was also disappointed to find out that their fries are NOT gluten free.. So the only thing to eat is a burger no bun. If you can’t have gluten I wouldn’t suggest going.

The service was horrible. Didn't get all of our order then had to go inside because they gave us the food then just walked away and never came back to the window. Then go inside and stand there for 10 minutes before finally just talking when someone was close enough to hear because they will just look right at you and not care. 5 or more people in the lobby waiting to get there order placed and they don't care to even wait on them. They don't give you a receipt so I can show what I didn't get so they can just tell you that you didn't order something and not want to give you what u paid for and finally give to and tossing it on the counter and dont care to give you your dipping sauce and just walk away and not come back. Absolutely no customer service there and poor attitude towards customers. Will not go back.

I've ordered deliver and pickup. I've also dined in. And every experience is 5⭐️. This is probably in my top 5 favorite resturants. The food is always delicious. Everything tastes fresh. I always order chicken since I do not eat seafood. However, my partner orders a variety of the seafood options and loves it every time. This resturant is top notch.

This place is gross! They over charge for poor quality products. The salmon and tuna tasted old. They barely sauced the bowls. Oh and the rice was so soggy! I would never come back. Spend your money somewhere else. This poke place sucks!

Food coma. Everything is SO good! We got three bowls and everything was so fresh and delicious. The ratio of sauce was perfect and I don’t like heavy sauce. The rice was fresh and sticky, and the boba milk teas were perfect! Popping boba and tapioca boba were perfect. I’m so glad I finally gave this place a try. I can’t wait to go back!

Super quick service and good poke! Also, really good tea options portion size is good and friendly staff.

Great atmosphere.  Staff are nice and you can e their smiles behind the mask. They work very quickly and served items out as quickly as they were ready.  Food was AMAZING FRESH!  Great portions as well. Great place to enjoy!

Hot Hands Pie & Biscuit

We stopped here for a late lunch and it did not disappoint. In fact I cannot recommend this place enough. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING was delicious. You really cannot go wrong. The chicken sandwich was delicious and the pot pie was fire. I also suggest getting the ice tea if you're into that kind of thing. It was very refreshing. We picked up a frozen tv dinner which was also delicious. Do yourself a favor and stop here.

Cute little casual cafe with excellent baked goods and breakfast  items. The pumpkin spice cold brew is amazing! We had biscuits and bacon which were excellent. Another gem in the St. Paul area, a great place for breakfast or lunch!

I made it a point to stop in today 😜 and my only regret is that I only got one of the ham and cheese turnovers; especially when they were so good! I also got a chocolate shortbread which was a little dense for me and I already have my eyes on my next sweet treat! Coffee was excellent as well no bitterness anywhere 👍🏾 I will never get one of anything warm and delicious from this wonderful haven ever again!  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It took us several months to stop in because we didn't know if we needed a Pie and Biscuit place in our lives. We weren't sure what to expect. The first time we came in I was like wow, I really wish we'd come here 6 months ago. The pot pie, the biscuit with jam, the breakfast sandwich, the sweet pies. All stellar.

This was the seasonal BLT. I almost didn't order it. When I took my first bite I literally said out loud to my wife, "I can't believe I considered ordering anything else."

Free coffee refills, stellar vibes, love the indoor plants that all have been given names, love an open/visible bakery, you can buy an extra pie certificate and they keep them for anybody who needs/wants a free piece of pie. And the crowning glory for me is the thick, meaty, chewy crispy bacon that they put way too much of on sandwiches but somehow it's still the perfect amount.

ALSO! went here again and the seasonal veggie pot pie was amazing - rn it was a curry mix and it was super flavorful yet light

Nekter Juice Bar

Not horrible but not amazing. I had high hopes for a good place to get an Acai bowl. The Acai is blended and not a sorbet and doesn't have great flavor pretty bland and water down tasting compared to other chain Acai bowl places. Too expensive for what is offered. A good try though.

2023 update- I appreciate the response from The Establishment and have since been back numerous times and have only had good experiences. I'd like to thank the store for reaching out to me and trying to make things right.

Mixed feelings.  I've only had good experiences however the most recent experience,  I brought my nephew there and he didn't know what to order. This was his first time there and so without explanation the staff asked if he wanted Agave and he said no not knowing that was the flavoring, then was extremely dissatisfied with the smoothie.  I asked if they added Agave to my drink and they said no. I asked if they could add it and the girl behind the counter said in a somewhat strenuous tone that she could remake it if I want her to and based on that reaction I said no that's okay.   My nephew was so bothered about the drink that I brought the full drink back less than 20 minutes later asking for a solution, compromise, or exchange. The young man, employee behind the counter told me they have a strict policy against any of this stuff, however somewhat flippantly offered to personally take money out of his own wallet to buy me a new drink.  Of course I said no.  With no solution I threw the drink in a trash in the store.  Mixed feelings about coming back after that.  I'm kind of frustrated because four or five reviews down the person responding from the store says that if you're not satisfied they'll remake the item given the price. I don't understand why I wasn't offered the same deal when I asked.

Delicious! My daughter and I love Nekter! The staff was so kind and the establishment was clean and welcoming! We will continue to support Nekter Dubuque!

Met Carmel(GM) today and the service was fantastic. Store was clean, staff was great and products were fresh and tasty. Great value for a healthy option. Will definitely be back!

I just tried the Acai Superfood Bowl and wow it was amazing!  I love that I can eat kale and spinach and not even know that I am eating it!   Definitely will be going back soon!

Tii Cup

Great boba! Try one of the waffles at least once & then if you really don't like it you don't have to get it again (but I do!) Make sure to get a punch card because you get a free drink after 8 or 10 purchases(I forget). This place is a must if you like fun drinks! Definitely recommend.

Cute little local place! Food and drinks were really good and dessert was pretty worth the price. My main issue was atmosphere. It was pretty hot today and there wasn’t much cooling to save my order from melting quickly. Overall, I’d come back!

They have a new ordering kiosk on top of also having someone at the window. Very quick service and everything was in stock. A little dusty around the counter but otherwise clean and open. Minimal seating.

I’ve been to dozens of bubble tea places in MN and this is my favorite. They have an excellent menu full of options. They’ve always made the tea accurately and quickly even when they’re super busy. If you don’t want tea (or the caffeine) I HIGHLY recommend the snow, especially the honeydew snow with boba.

With a wide selection of different drinks, additions, and desserts, this place offers something for everyone.

The staff are great. They were very kind, offering suggestions and providing excellent service from order to pickup.

It may be unassuming, but Tii Cup is worth a visit for a nice tea or sweet! 💙
