Did a mobile order we completed the order as we turned in to the parking lot.  We parked a checked in.  I took  10 minutes when the food came the meet was dry way over salted and dry asked for extra onions did not get didn't even have the correct onions.  Fry were all broken ends and hard.  11 am on Sunday not busy. This is one of the worse McDonald's.  Always something wrong they never answer the phone when calling to get something fixed.

The food is always hot and fresh. Service is great. and there are no long lines, they get your food to you within 5-10 mins. And it's always clean inside including the restrooms!

They stopped putting onions on the Mcdouble!! They say it's in the meat.. who cares!! The chopped onion was the BEST part!! That's the only thing I eat from there so they lost five customers. The guy was nice and gave me a cup of onions.. its just not the same!!

Great food, awesome service. Restaurant was recently renovated. Employees greeted with a smile and seemed to happy to be at work.

They got my order wrong which reminded me why I stopped going to that McDonald's a long time ago. Service still sucks!!! If I could I would give 0 stars.

Honey B Ham Company

WOW! A very last-minute change in plans found us hosting Thanksgiving Dinner for six.  I walked in at 8 am the day before Thanksgiving and sheepishly asked the owner how much notice they needed.  I was hoping maybe to snag a ham, but she just asked what I needed. Despite how busy they were I was able to leave 15 minutes later with a ham, deep fried turkey, my choice of side dishes and pies.  The lady that came in behind me told me she had been a customer for 30 years and had followed her to this new location.  Our guests raved over the complete traditional Thanksgiving dinner; all of it - the delicious, tender turkey, yummy ham, sides and a pecan pie to die for.  They earned my future business and a great review.  It seems they also have a lunch counter and since they just moved down the street from our office, we'll be picking up frequently.   This is a really great place!

Such a gem of a place!  Our family has been enjoying Honey Bee Hams and Cajun Turkeys for Thanksgiving for at least 10 years now.  I’m so thankful you are able to stay in business during the pandemic.

Went here to grab a ham and turkey for dinner tonight and grabbed some lunch - the Dallas club sandwich is awesome! great customer service! ill definitely be back to get my holiday hams from here!

I have not yet actually tried the turkey or ham, last year I tried to get one last minute but they were out. I did however get a pecan pie and scalloped potatoes and they were excellent!

They charged me 12.29 for a double meat cheeseburger just the burger they wild never again

Bow Wow & Meow Bakery & Boutique

Oh my goodness gracious, what a lovely place for people who are crazy about their dogs (and cats). I stopped in to buy my birthday puppy some treats and found that they had store baked cookies and cupcakes (and so much more)! They were able to personalize the treats beautifully for me! I was surprised by the thoughtfully curated selection of pet supplies and accessories at fair prices.  5 star staff too!

Came here after meeting one of the employees at the dog park at Burns Park  and this will be my dog“Chrissy” favorite place to shop.  Bought her two new outfits, some treats, a dog collar, a harness and several samples and all this was under 70 dollars which is freaking reasonable and amazing. Go to a chain pet store and you will not get the same excellent customer service experience or the cost savings as you would at this fine establishment.

This is a lovely shop for all of your pet needs!
I purchased a birthday cookie for our dog and it only took a few minutes for them to personalize it!  Customer service was amazing.  I will definitely be back here and inform my friends they need to visit this shop.

Everything about this shop is excellent. Roger did an amazing job on our pup’s first birthday cake. And our dog has a special diet of food that they didn’t normally keep in stock before, but now they keep it in stock they are such a blessing. 10/10 recommend!

I just love Bow Wow & Meow. We have English Bulldogs and we have 2 whose birthday was last month and this month. I never knew this place exist until my daughter found it. We visited the shop and the homemade treats for pets look so delicious I even wanted to try them. The treats look like regular food for humans and not pets. That's how awesome of a job they do! We ordered 2 cakes for our beloved fur babies and some cupcakes for our other fur babies we have. Hands down this is a must go to place for a special treat for your fur babies!!!

Tonight was a complete cluster. Waited inside at the front counter for over 20 minutes for order of chicken nuggets a large Sprite and a fry.

Service is a bit slow at this location compared to other McDonald's in the state.
Asked for coffee and was told they would have to check in the drive thru.
They.never checked and I didn't get coffee   I needed 6 large coffees this visit.   I ended  up going to the gas station for coffees !   That's  the reason for one star service.

Ordered through the app. Went to pick it up 20 mins later and stood in store for 30 mins for cold fries and food. Mainly went for children's boo buckets and absolutely regretted it.

I was the only one at ordering sign. No one bothered to take order. Drove on up and ordered at Window. Got to next window and was told by a smart-alec blond with a bose ring to pull to the next window to wait. I wait over 10 min for a simple Big Mac and fries. Nothing special. When she came to car, still a smart alec and no apology that the service is awful. This McDonald's is one of the worst. Not going back. Each time I come there the staff is so unfriendly and lazy. They act as if you are a bother for naking them put a patty and some condiments on a bun. Owner should be ashamed but you can tell they don't care about what they hire or the service they provide. All about money, could care less about the customer. The attitude is so what you don't eat here, other people will.  That is why McDonald's will never be like it was intended to be.

This is literally the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Extremely slow service and half the time they get the order wrong.  It’s almost worth driving 30 minutes to the next closest mcdonalds

We waited in line for over 30 minutes and when we finally got our food the fries was extremely cold the burger was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted at all the chicken nuggets were rubber cold and our mocha frappe's that were supposed to be cold were melted and warm. We paid a lot for uneatable and undrinkable food and drinks. Horrible service and I don't think we were the only unhappy customers.

Very expensive. Times are hard now and stores should take that into consideration. Some stores are better then others your not one of them stores. I am very limited on finches and try not to shop with you unless if it's necessary.

I took off a few points, only because my growing, 11-year-old son was disappointed to get 9 chicken nuggets in his 10-piece box.... and chaos ensued, and I had to hear him complain and whine for hours. The staff we interacted with were all kind and service was pretty fast.

Almost always gets your order wrong and their tea tastes like it’s been sitting out for days. Also not the best job opportunity.

The fries were soggy, undercooked and only half full. Both burgers were barely warm.

Best experience I've ever had at a McDonald's drive through thanks to Mr. Robert! He was patient, positive, and went above and beyond any other drive through I've experienced in my 41 years! He went out of his way to help change our order to save us money! If you're ever getting breakfast around this McDonald's you won't be disappointed if you stop by this location thanks to Mr. Robert and his dedication to customer service!

I don’t expect mcdonald’s to be a 5 star experience by any means… But it’s literally horrible at this one. They are just flat out rude. This was a sweet tea that was clearly the water at the bottom of the container.. I asked if I could just switch it out for something else and she tried to shut the window on me.

If you love waiting 15 minutes after paying in drive through to get your food only to drive a mile down the road to discover the order is completely screwed up, then this is the McDonald's for you.  Bonus you will get to wait another 20 minutes while they fix the order originally made almost an hour earlier.

Don't go here they have bad attitudes they claim the lobby isn't open but has a sign stating it's open at 7am. They need people with better attitudes, and they how to properly make something. One day I order a burger the patty wasn't even on the bun, cheese was on the other corner or the paper.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to....
Person at drive thru intercom was okay. But I drove up to pay window and the woman was just scrolling through her phone and didn't even notice me at the window. We tried waving and saying excuse me, but she just kept doom scrolling. So I drove to the next window. They handed me my drink and I told them I wasn't able to pay for my food because of the person at pay window on her phone. Then there was some weird stuff going on with payment and I got no receipt. Then I was asked to pull to the front. We waited for quite some time..... then a happy meal was brought out... and we only got half our order. So then we waited longer. Then we got the rest of our order. Then I was told my card wasn't charged and they needed to try to charge my card again..... I drove home and took a bite out of my Mc Chicken that had the texture of a sandwich that got dropped behind the grill for a week and then got cooked.... the patty was hard and the sandwich was smashed. Stay clear of this place. Unless you want to get food poisoning.

The food was hot and fresh. We waited a bit long for fries, but they made up for it by filling the box generously. The restaurant was very clean. I’d rate it higher if it wasn’t so COLD…about 66 degrees inside - noticeably MUCH colder than outside (a perfect 70 degrees near 9 am). We took our food back to our car rather than eat in the restaurant.

Customers had to order at one of the kiosks. The one I tried told me that the card reader was not working and that I should take my report to the counter and pay there.  The person at the counter was rude and told me that I needed to pay at the kiosk. When I explained that the kiosk told me to pay at the counter, she said that's because you didn't select pay at kiosk (which I did).

This "server" looked up something on the register and walked off. Then she yelled back at me to swipe my card on the machine like I was supposed to read her mind.

I'm not expecting top-notch service at McDonald's but I would expect a basic level of decency. Very disappointing experience.

Would give this place zero stars pulled up to the outside lane to order center for 7 to 10 minutes. Had to back out. Go to the inside line set up that speaker for five minutes. Had to ask hello several times just to get someone to answer once they answered the window I went to order my food. They rudely told me that the bundle deal I wanted was no longer on the menu so I ordered a 20 piece, a large fry and three sweet teas pulled up to the window lady rudely took my card paid for my meal did not give me a receipt or nothing and then I pulled up to the second window. They finally gave me my food and drinks. I pulled away once I realize there was no receipt. I went back to the window. Well I was rudely greeted. what do you want? Tried to get my receipt would not get my receipt after arguing with the manager for 10 minutes I finally got my receipt. Some racial slurs were said from the worker inside the window would not recommend this place. Told the manager on duty what was going on and he seem to not care either. I’ve spent a lot of money at this place, but I will never step foot back in that McDonald’s again places like this put a bad name on a corporate company.

Coffee Cup Travel Plaza Steele - TA Express

Really nice gas station and service plaza just off the interstate. This place includes not only the convenience store but also has a Caribou Coffee, Subway, Pizza Hut and Cinnabon. Options, folks. Options.

Easy access, clean restrooms and plenty of room to park for a quick snooze, then top off with coffee and continue onwards.

Decent roadside stop on the way back to MN. Nice outdoor picnic areas and a small dog park for the furry family members to stretch their legs.
Clean soapy water for the windshield.

This gas station was one of few options on 94, but I’m glad because it’s a great option! They had windshield cleaning tubs with fresh soap water, and the window scrubbers had long handles to reach across the car. They also have caribou coffee and Cinnabon! The coffee was a little bitter, but better than your typical gas station coffee. The cinnamon rolls were good, but the full size rolls are definitely superior. The service here was nice! There’s also a nice playground next door if the kids need to stretch.

The store was beautifully put together. Lots of trinkets to purchase. They got a 1 star rating because they charged me for ice in my own cup and I’m a truck driver. Not to mention that  all truck stops has raised the prices on fuel and everything now I’m having to pay for ice in my own cup. It was the first time for that to happen . I will preplan better so I never have to stay there again

Busy little place, but had lots of open pumps, gas was 20¢ cheaper than 5 miles up the road and the  bathroom was one of the cleanest I’ve seen! I saw they had a nice little family area and dog area, but didn’t have time to stop. They had plenty of food options, car needs, even GPSs, headsets, dog/cat food and notebooks. They also had 5 gallon buckets with extra long glass cleaners for us short people.  Highly recommend.

I was there for lunch at about 1:30. After a 20-minute wait, just to order in the drive thru. This is what I was given. The burger is raw!! This is inexcusable. This gets people sick. I will NEVER be back.

Today I think they were short staffed and a machine must have been broken because I saw a mechanic leave. However, they were having in house issues I think and discussing it quite loudly.  We ended up leaving before getting our ice cream.

The manager is an idiot. I was waiting in line. Someone else pulled up and they took the other person's order And the manager got upset with me. Because I was upset about it and got the cops.
Ridiculous

Walked in made my order and when I got in to go. Then 2 minutes to the trip home I opened the hamburger combo  to a burnt burger and cold fries! Be the last time I order from this location.  Always have issues here it seems.

They had one employee who stayed in the lobby cleaning up the whole time we were there. It is hard to keep a place like this clean with all the customer traffic but they are really trying. Staff at counter was friendly and polite. Food was hot.

This place is horrible about sticking the fries back in the grease. This is literally the 3rd time and I’m fed up. And it’s always at night. I need my money back or a replacement for all 5 fries I got that was greasy. And they never answer the phone. I love the Alcoa location much better, if your going in the evening.

The Bryant Arkansas afternoon shift seems like it's being managed by a bunch of immature 9th and 10th graders who are being inconvenienced from social hour to rudely run the drive-thru and with as to be expected the last 5times I've been with an order consisting $23-$27 each time...THEY NEVER GET IT RIGHT AND/OR UNDERCOOKED. Yesterday I tried the new peanut butter crunch mcflurry I ordered a small and all it was was Vanilla Ice cream in a small cup with a little tiny bit of peanut butter stuff sprinkled on the top and when I say a little bit I mean not even a 1/2 of a teaspoon worth Of stuff that is supposed to be mixed into the ice cream, not as a topping.  And when I said something about it, I was given attitude bc i asked for it to be stirred-I did not even ask for a new one. so I just told them never mind give it back to me. It was supposed to be a treat for my daughter who had a terrible first day of Kindergarten and I just left very upset and angry Because I had a 5year old Autistic child in the back seat whose day was completely out of sync which caused manic episides the rest of the day because her mcflurry wasn't right. I don't even bother calling and complaining because nothing ever happens. I'm offered complimentary Discount or free item on my next order, and I've Never had success on claiming the promo.  I've bout had it with my trips to McDonald's which really sucks because we all love the franchise... But the negative experiences are starting to outweigh the good.  I think that the young teeny-bopper high school immature atmosphere matched with their rudeness Pushes a lot of customers to not returning.

It is hit and miss here. Food is usually pretty good. The last few times, orange juice didn't work, or it was warm, not cold. Same people most mornings, no matter how bad your day is going, you should show respect and acknowledge the customers.

I honestly wish there was a zero star option, I went through the drive through at 10:40 after placing a mobile order, the lights were still on, someone had just ordered a minute before, they shut the lights off as I was waiting for someone to answer the headset, but no one ever answered, pulled up to the window, asked why no one answered and lights were shut off as they do not close until 11pm, and just got told, well, we can't ring it up anymore, while the little boy just grinned like it was funny, but not one reason why they were closing early, didn't even get a manager to speak to. This is not the first time they've done it, it's happened to my sister as well. It's getting ridiculous, this store has terrible service. They need to start being trained better.

The food is decent for McDonald’s standards but the service is awful. There’s always rude kids working and almost every time I go to get food for our four kids we are missing something.

I can’t stress the rudeness enough. They don’t talk to you in the drive thru. They just expect you to stare and wait to receive your food instead of a simple “here you go sir” or anything along those lines. They also don’t practice proper sanitation and took the wrong bag of food back inside to re-serve to someone else.
