Customer service was horrible. They had written on the board that they were taking jeans and returned all the jeans I had taken. They texted me at 957 am on Saturday when I had taken my stuff on Thursday afternoon and that was way later than 24 hours then donated my things and gave me a store credit. They said it was my fault for not picking them up on Friday but she had told me I needed to wait for the text. They also tried to argue with me about the time. Very unprofessional. Not to mention it it was my very first time here. The three associates there seem to not know what was going on. They couldn't find my receipt. It was just a bad experience.

I’m leaving 1 star because if you search for a hour and a half you MAY find decent clothes I loved this store in the beginning but now when I come I have a horrible experience every time clothes that are $5 and $10 looks as if they were dug out of the trash can like I’m not understanding I bring in my babies slightest worn clothes in they always say “we’re going to do a all pass” when I know a handful of the clothes were brand new it’s not fair I really just want to know who is in control I mean this is EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I also want to know who is tagging the clothes cause how is it that Two shirts that are the exact same two different prices??

They pick and choose what they want to take and is very lazy when doing so I took in a big box of name brand clothes and shoes also a bassinet a harness and they only took three items of clothes and returned the rest everything had only been worn once or never worn or used

No idea how this place stays open the customer service is horrible and the clothes they accept vs pass on is so inconsistent and makes no sense? Won’t be doing business with them anymore and wouldn’t recommend anybody else either.
And the condescending thank you for your review from the “owner” on all the one star reviews alone would make me not do business here

Never had I dropped off clothes to get only two things accepted.
I know for a fact these clothes are worthy enough to be accepted. I have successfully made transactions in the past.
But it seems like through out the years conducting business, I can definitely see the decline and can feel why the comments are being made.

And I look around to see what's on the shelf, and I'm mind blown!!!  Like to the point I'm almost offended or it's comical.
Really?!?
I would personally like to watch them go through the clothes, because some of the clothes still have tags on them obviously never been worn and very current in style.

I will be spreading word VERY FAST to the other Mothers and Caretakers I know.

Books-A-Million

Wandered into this location to walk off a little dinner before getting into the car for an hour drive home.
Excellent selection of merchandise, journals, office goodies.  I had 2 books in my Amazon queue and was able to find one of them on the shelf.
The two employees I saw were both at the kiosk by the front door.  Neither of them stopped their conversation with one another to welcome me (Tuesday, June 27, 5:30pm).  When I asked about the second book I wanted there was some redemption as Sarah was helpful and checked availability.  Not in stock but could be ordered.  I politely declined as in this case Amazon was a quicker option.  I left with my book, bookmark and magnets ver happy for my finds.

I had an issue with an exchange, where I feel they went out of their way to be unhelpful. The manager suggested I take the book to their sister store and try to sell it to them? It was absolutely bananas.

Easy to navigate layout, and the staff was courteous and helpful! It is one of the best bookstore experiences I've had in a long time!

I've always been a big fan of books a million. I have an addiction to books and I LOVE that you can walk in and find pretty much anything you want. Make sure to check out this location, they are clean, neat, friendly customer service, and they offer a ton of sales such as buy 2 get one free, and books for 5 and less.

Used to love coming here as a teenager, I could come in, grab a coffee, pick a book from any number of topics, find a seat and read to my hearts content. Now they have gotten rid of Joe Muggs, all of the sections have been either  reduced in size or removed entirely to make room for toys and merch that no one wants, and there is almost zero seating available. This store is a sad shell of what it used to be.

Montana Book Company

The Montana Book Company ("The MTBC") is a remarkable example of how Independent Booksellers help build local community. My favorite bookstore EVER! I love the owners and staff so much. We are always welcomed with a smile and book suggestions. I love their vinyl collection as well, and their jewelry at the front is funky and unique. I’m always walking out with something. I can’t say enough nice things about this wonderful gem of a bookstore. Just the perfect way to spend my day, and the have I mentioned the staff? Just amazing, lovely humans all around who are so supportive and wonderful.

Such a great book store! I’m from SC, but when visiting Helena, this was the one book store I had to visit. Enjoyed the conversation there and the atmosphere.

Hands down the best book store I’ve been to in awhile! Was so unexpected to find this store here in Helena with the inventory it has. The employees are the absolute sweetest. I was very happy that we could support this bookstore while passing through town. Everyone in my family found books they really enjoy. They also have so many good pens, calligraphy sets, erasers, white out tape and so much more as well as great gifts for people of all ages! I HIGHLY recommend a stop in at Montana book co when in town!

Best book store ever! The staff was exceptional helpful and friendly. Loved my shopping experience here and can’t wait to come back. A must stop when in Helena!!

AZ I AM

If you are looking for a place to connect to yourself, to your yoga practice, and to others - this is it. After moving to LA a year ago, I tried many yoga studios on Class Pass before I found this one. As soon as I took a class here, I knew I found the place for me. The studio is spacious, beautiful and welcoming. But the instructors and energy are what truly sets it apart. I love the different class options that help me focus on deepening different areas of my practice - meditations, sound baths, dancing, vinyasa. I have been able to take my practice to the next level after doing the vinyasa 2/3 class consistently, and I look forward to coming here every week!

AZ I AM is one of the most inclusive spaces that I have ever been in. As stated in the name, everyone is welcomed exactly as they are and I am so grateful for this beautiful, judgment-free zone, especially during intense and sweaty hot yoga sessions with Alanna, singing and chanting with Doug, or inspiring and emotional meditation sessions with Blake (not to mention so many other amazing teachers and classes (Noelle, Phoebe, Sally, etc.⭐️⭐️⭐️))!! They have a class for every vibe and flow!☮️🙏🏾

AZIAM is a beautiful, all encompassing yoga and more studio. The staff is welcoming and caring. The gift shop has jewelry, clothing, crystals and books written by Alanna, the gracious, knowledgeable owner. There is wide variety of yoga, stretching and dance class offerings. I have experienced the sound bath, which I found most relaxing and satisfying. Massage therapy is offered by a first class team of professionals. I find the studio to be a warm, soul healing space, a respite from my busy, very stressful job. Alanna is an amazing woman and I am proud to know her. She gives of herself to the community in many ways including introducing children in the local schools to yoga and the benefits of movement and breath. I highly recommend AZIAM. The prices are quite reasonable........much less expensive and more emotional healing than any therapist would be. Don't hesitate, give it a try and you will be a better, more centered person for it.

There’s something mystical about Az I Am that drew me here. I discovered this studio when I wanted to take different styles of yoga and dance to expand my skill base. The space is beautiful with such a variety of classes. The owner is genuine and puts her heart and soul into the space.  The sound healing sessions are next level. I always feel better practicing at these unique local owned studios versus the corporate chains.

A truly beautiful space matched by world class teachers, each with their own unique creative offering. A throwback to the days before yoga became homogenized, and a sense of authentic community. Some classes emphasize interior mindful (spiritual) dimensions of the practice, another thing that seems to have gone out of style. I have had wonderfully nourishing experiences here and would recommend the studio to anyone.

I like it a lot :3 but there is something I don't like very much :c, there is no set schedule, my mom and I have to walk around the center a lot until there is one and there are times when they don't even open :'c from then on I I like it a lot :3 a lot of variety of products and very Kawaii things (≧▽≦)/

A very small place but too varied, good prices and excellent attention, one of the best places to buy geeky anime things, etc.
You can make many friends just by entering if you dare to talk first, find items from t-shirts skirts cosplay clothes collectibles bags backpacks hats bands bracelets whatever you are looking for, in this place you will find it easy.
They give you anime recommendations or advice

I love this place very much, the bad thing is that almost every time someone tried to buy something, it's closed and well, sad💔
Outside of that, well, yes, it is the best place to buy Asian things (they don't sell only Bts plis)

Yoga Soup

I have been going to this Yoga studio for almost 8 years.
It was the first yoga studio i ever went to
I remember thinking everybody was dumb and clueless.
Now i know- I Am🤪
Since after that i was in hundreds of yoga studious around the world
Even got my RYT and all that jazz.
But damn… still coming back like a beginner

Was coming here when i was pregnant during covid to classes in the park
Eddie is my first teacher ever.
You have to take heathers active beginners- its only i line now, which is a bummer. But she is a gold

best soup i’ve ever had for only a small donation!!!!

Yoga soup has changed my life for the better. The people are so kind, the community is so warm, and the classes have such a nice range. Yoga soup has made my experience in Santa Barbara and it would be difficult to leave this studio. I have so much gratitude for this establishment! Thank you for providing yummy soup and fresh fruits and veggies after class - it makes the community even stronger. I highly recommend checking it out!

Yoga Soup is one of Santa Barbara’s treasures. “Yoga studio” doesn’t cover it. The space provides community, connection, and healing for those that are open to it. I’m so thankful for each and every person involved at the studio for making it what it is. You should definitely check it out. Even if yoga isn’t your thing, the shop has the most wonderful array of curated jewelry, books, instruments, snacks, clothing, and more! I feel welcomed in this space, and look forward to continuing my practice here. Thanks for everything!!

Wonderful yoga studio with retail.  Feels like home.  10/10 would recommend.

Powell's City of Books

I was blown away by this bookstore. I didnt know about before hand and I thought it was just a small store. My goodness, a whole block and 3 stories of books in the digital era. I mean they must have every book in there. Found some pretty cool books for my baby. Staff was great. Great place. Very cool place to visit when in Portland.

Powell's City of Books in Portland, OR, is aptly named as it covers one whole city block in the Pearl District. I mean, it has Murkowski info booths inside where you can pickup up a folding map of the store! It is the largest used and new bookstore in the world and houses approximately one million books.

My young kids were whining when i first said that we were going to a store for a while. Three hours later, we were dragging them out. They loved sitting in the children's section looking through all of the series books that they are getting into.

It was neat spending time in the Rare Book Room. On sight, the most valuable item is a journal from Lewis & Clark.

Grab a coffee and sit to read in their Guilder Cafe. After spending a few hours browsing in awe, head across the street to lunch at the Screen Door.

A natural favorite for my family. We are the type of people who look at all the titles within our favorite sections so we spend hours at this store whenever we're in Portland.

Great thing we learned recently is that whole foods validates 90 minutes for the underground parking lot so that makes it even more worth it. We tried validating at Anthropologie but it didn't work for some reason, so highly recommend WF.

This is a massive bookstore that is a tad overwhelming. Definitely a touristy spot, so a lot of people wandering and just looking. Lots of neat souvenir type items. Most of the staff I encountered was friendly and helpful, a few you could tell were just over it. This place is NOT on the quiet side like most bookstores, but I mean...books.

Awesome book store. If you want a place with a TON of books this is the place to go. They even have a rare book room at the top floor which sounds really neat. It can be hard to really find something with a lot of options but they have the aisles really well labeled.

Barnes & Noble

Barnes and Noble at the Ala Moana shopping Centre is massive. You could spend all day in here just wandering around looking through the shelves. Stop at the Cafe for a caffeine hit and then keep going. I was looking for Harry Potter things and hit the jackpot. The staff were really friendly especially the guy who helped me out, he went way beyond to get things a little cheaper by signing me up to the membership and getting me the discount. A great B&N

This bookstore is HUGE! All kids of stuff here. Massive amounts of magazines, books, games, toys, CDs, vinyl records, and DVDs. It’s pretty easy to get your head spinning here with trying to find specific sections of books but thankfully most of the staff is friendly and helpful. Even though one of them nearly knocked my daughter over as she was walking through the store. Guess some of them are motivated to get those shelves stocked.
Anyways, if you’re looking for a book to enjoy on the beach, in your hotel room, or really anywhere, you can find them here.

It's a big Barnes and Noble. Staff wasn't particularly helpful but I was able to find one staff person who did go out of her way to find the book I was looking for. It's a typical Barnes and Noble, just a little bigger. It's weird that even though this is in a giant mall, the entrance to store is in the parking garage on the bottom level. Basically, if you don't know where it is, you won't find it on your own.

Very helpful staff. Disappointed that my daughter's book "Emmy Gold is Totally Extraordinary" wasn't yet available in the store. However her other book "The Wanderers" was available. Signed Proud Papa

Great addition to the mall! Huge barnes and noble with a Starbucks, gifts, puzzles, and helpful staff. Really busy, but they have everything you'd expect in one location park on the second level of the kona st side, and the entrance is right there.

No account to check previous order (had to find the right link hidden at the bottom of a page and use the order #) ,
No return label to print.
No prepaid return, generated a 18,50€ cost for a France>Spain shipping for a pair of shoe.
The service was OK, delivery and refund were fast...but paid 4,90€ to be delivered and 18,50€ to return.
Dealbreaker for next time.
