This was our first visit. Enjoyed the bbq wings! Yum! Fries were not brown or done enough. Server was very friendly and sweet. Overall a good experience.

Shane, the bartender was awesome. You can't go wrong. When you have a bartender that knows what she's doing before you even ask for a beer, you got a refill. She really knows her craft, very personalable, very friendly and always a beautiful smile💪⛳🏈

Good atmosphere to hangout with friend and family. good collection of beers. Wings used to be excellent but in last two visits I can clearly see the quality is way degraded.

It's always great when I walk in. Sat at the bar and got assisted by the bartender. Food hot and fresh. Can't go wrong here. The ghost pepper wings are actually hot and the cookies and cream dessert shooter was delicious.

Waiting an hour just to get some food is beyond insane. You gotta  keep asking about the order, Otherwise nobody’s going to acknowledge you or even care. And then, when you asked for napkins, they put it in the bag and don’t even say anything. And to top it off you got to go back inside to get the drinks because they forgot to get that too. Also the dress code at this location is very disturbing. I can’t believe y’all walking around basically in underwear and thinking that’s cute. Put some clothes on.

Placed my order online. Waited an additional 20 minutes once I arrived at the suggested time. I was patient and happy to finally receive food. Once I got the food home it was terrible. Tater tots were burnt and the chicken was just not good compared to other hooters I’ve been to. Would not recommend this location.

Emily B is a great server. Very nice and efficient. She is very knowledgeable of the menu. Emily answered mine and my wife’s questions with detailed answers and a smile. We didnt have to ever ask for refills on drinks or for anything else. She was on top of it. If you visit here I recommend asking for her. You won’t be disappointed with Emily’s service. I give her 5 stars because I can’t give 6 stars.

The restaurant as a whole was clean and the menus were spotless with no greasy fingerprints or stuck on “gunk”.

The food was good. Came out quick, but it was sort of dead because of the time of day we came. I cannot speak to when it’s very busy. But, overall I was very satisfied with the timing.

The atmosphere was 5 stars until…

The downside… the chefs in the back of the house were playing music so loud it could clearly be heard even over the front of the house music which was loud itself (that’s the atmosphere Hooters is known for and I’m fine with that). The back of the house music was so clear that my kids could hear every word. Unfortunately the music was using swear words and other bad words which is absolutely unacceptable in a restaurant setting. There is no reason for playing music that uses those awful words in a restaurant that serves children. I asked one of the servers (not Emily because she was busy helping her other guests) to have them turn their music down. They did, but one of the chefs came out and stared me down. I felt very uncomfortable and after that I did not enjoy my time. I’m not sure that we will be back because of this.

Edit: Manager (not sure of his name) is amazing! Has impeccable integrity. We left something there and nothing was gone from it and he even locked it up in his office.  Added one more star to my overall experience because of Emily and the manager.

Worst Hooters in Illinois. Came in around 2 pm on a Saturday, while I was the only customer at the bar, it still took 10 minutes to get a drink- the servers were busy on their phones... Ordered food (8 boneless wings/  1/2 lb. steamed shrimp), but was told my shrimp would be a minute because they didnt have the steam set up ready. Wings were cold by the time the shrimp came out... had to wave the bartender down to get a 2nd beer. Nobody cared, nobody noticed except for me?

Not going back to this location.

Food was good, but takeout order was quite late in being available. Best wings in town. I still don't get the waitresses' outfits. Isn't it 2024? But they were friendly.

We went to the hooter in Springfield  Illinois and waited  20 minutes.  No body came up to us to ask us for our drink oder or food order.  Not very impressed  with them.  We ended up leaving  and went to another  restaurant.  Probably  won't  be back

Maxine's Live

Our first time at Maxine's was on a Saturday. We arrived around 8:45 PM, the place wasn't packed but there was a sizeable crowd.
The first thing that we noticed was the decor. It looks like a blend of lowbrow chaos to someone giving some thought of how the place should look - love it.
We ordered 2 cocktails listed in the menu. They were both infused with ginger. Then I ordered a beer while my partner had a white Russian.
We also ordered pizza, the Whodunit. It was good but there was a long wait for it. My partner said it was better the next day. I plan on ordering a sandwich the next time.

First time visit.  Amazing vibe, awesome music and good drinks.  We ordered the baked shrooms appetizer and it was absolutely delicious.  But the real reason we came was for the pizza!  We ordered a Pink Cadillac and knew that it would take a little while to come out.  An hour and a half later, a pizza was brought to our table but after taking a couple bites we realized it was not the pizza we ordered.  Talked to the bartender and figured out that someone else (who ordered after us, hence our extra long wait) was given our pizza and we were given theirs.  She offered to give us a discount if we wanted to keep that pizza, which we accepted because we didn't want to wait another hour and a half to eat.  It was not something we would have ordered but pizza is like sex... even when it's bad, it's still pretty good.  All in all a good experience and we will almost definitely come back if we're ever in Hot Springs again.

Had a 1 off visit while I was randomly in town. I had to wait a little longer for my pick up order... but I am glad i did! It led to a fantastic conversation with one of the bartenders who told me all about the building's and the town's history. Truly a wonderful experience. If I am ever back in Hot Springs, I will be sure to visit again!

Kitchen open pretty late which is awesome, Sandwich I ordered was delicious. Large variety in drink options. They had live music the night before thanksgiving. Decent pool table. Awesome vibe throughout.

The karaoke was fun, but as the night went on it became very cliquey and was nothing like I experienced before singing karaoke. I also wish they had just a few more gluten free friendly options, all my sister could eat was the salad and I chanced it with the meatballs because i can tolerate some gluten. Even like tortilla chips and salsa would have been awesome. Food for thought! The bartenders were great.

My experience there last night was amazing because of Jade and Serenity. They were both very fun and friendly. Constantly checking up on us. Making sure we had everything we need. These 2 ladies deserve a raise. Jade should be promoted as well. Good job ladies. See ya soon!

Went on New Year’s Eve (2021)around 1600. Restaurant wasn’t busy at all and it felt like we had the waitress to ourselves. She was very attentive and prompt with everything we threw at her. She also removed a drink I ordered, in which I didn’t like bc it had soda in it 😩. 5 stars ⭐️ for CARI.
The food was good. Appetizers:: lemon 🍋 pepper shrimp(⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️), & pickles. Entrees:: bone in spicy garlic (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) for me && boneless lemon pepper for him  (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) + waffle fries 😉. Overall we had a good experience, no complaints.

Cleanliness definitely lacking here, table had menu's stuck to the table with a Lot of what looked to be ketchup or wing sauce. Most of The waitresses seemed to be more interested in socializing with each other than taking care of their tables. Our waitress was pretty good but seemed a little uncomfortable being there. She did loosen up there towards the end and even brought my son a slice of cake since they were sharing a birthday and just coincidence that we got her as our waitress. All in all it was ok food.
Haven't been in year's but my son was having his 12th Birthday and asked to go for his first time lol.

Awesome food at competitive prices! I recommend the chicken sandwich with spicy Garlic it was excellent!

Great service.  Was busy and short staffed, but they let us know options.  Always friendly and helpful.  More kids in there than I would have guessed.

The Plano location has gone downhill so badly. It used to be the nicest and cleanest facility.  The bathroom was NASTY. The waitress was more interested in talking to the male customers than making sure I had a drink. I had to interrupt her conversation at a table she was at for 15 minutes to get me a refill on my drink. Then she sat again with them, and I had to wait another 20 minutes before she came over and asked how we were. Knowing we were done eating and waiting on our check. Hooter, your prices are not worth  going back to your establishment.  I used to pay 45 for 2 people , and now it cost me 90 bucks for the same meal.  DO BETTER HOOTERS

Fun Friday afternoon. Peaceful. Low key. Lots of folks enjoying bowl games, food, cold beer. Wings were good.

I had not been to a Hooters in 20 years, but was invited for dinner and this is where we went. We were Greeted by Tiegen and she was very nice. Our Bartenders Taylor and Tierra made us some great tasting drinks, they were also fun to be around. Our Waitress was very attentive. I ordered buffalo shrimp and they were delicious. The Atmosphere was so much fun and I really enjoyed the different genres of music.
I will definitely go back to this Hooters. I Highly recommend you go and ask for the bartenders I mentioned.

These Holidays hit  hard,first time at this Hooters.
The girls are cool and down to earth.
I thought my life was over today,feeling down.

Hey everyone, just had dinner at a local Hooters restaurant. The atmosphere was great, and the waitstaff were friendly and serving in bikinis, but unfortunately, the food wasn't up to my expectations. Have any of you been there? What did you think? #hooters

Incredibly disappointed in my experience here today. I went in to order To-go from the counter at lunch and asked if there were any lunch combo deals for wings.
I was told that there's only what's on the menu that I was handed. So I order 6 wings and a thing of curly fries for nearly $20.00...

I go to sit at a table to wait for my food, and right there on the table is an flyer for the WING DEAL for TEN wings, curly fries, AND A DRINK for $16.99!!

So I got charged 3 dollars more for 4 less wings and no drink!?!

I didn't want to raise a stink in the restaurant, as I had already paid, but seriously Hooter's... Train your waitresses to atleast know of and offer one of your most common meal deals!!

(They also had drums only and instead of flats like I had ordered, but I'm not going to hold supply chain issues against them, hence the 2 stars instead of only 1)

I didn't buy the calendar so the waitress held a grudge.. my 7 year old son didn't get his drink,  she left my beer on the bar for 10 minutes before bringing out to me... They were not busy at all.  Waitress was literally more concerned with me buying a calendar than giving good service... what's going on?

I really like Hooters wings. They're usually good, but I was served the smallest wings ever.  I requested plain and extra crispy.  $20+  bucks later...They did not deliver.  👎🏾👎🏾Only 2 customers present  more than an hour before closing.  No excuses.  I'll choose another location.

It looks like an old store when you walk in and doesn’t get any better on the inside. When I go in the bathroom and it’s nasty, all I can think about is how nasty it must be in the kitchen. Had I gone in there before sitting down instead of at the end of dinner, we would’ve left. The food was right on par with everything else. It was cold, took forever, and the place was, not busy at all. I think hooters needs to rethink this location. Or knock it down and start fresh. Definitely will not be back.

Stopped in here for a beer and some appetizers while we were waiting for a table at a restaurant next door.

Quick seating, and the restaurant space was nice and cool, very welcoming on this crazy hot day here in the area!

They have a large selection of draft beer, and of course their famous chicken wings. We had the fried pickles, which were great, and a few draft beers.

All in all a fantastic experience. The service was excellent and, of course, the servers were easy on the eyes.

I had a delightful experience dining at this restaurant. The food was outstanding, every dish was prepared with skill, and the quality of ingredients was evident. The service was impeccable, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making every effort to ensure our dining experience was exceptional. The ambiance was tranquil, and the decor was aesthetically pleasing. The lighting and seating arrangements were comfortable, creating a cozy and intimate environment. On top of that, the prices were reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of food and service. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for an exquisite dining experience.

Walked in and was told to sit anywhere, wanted a booth so went where they were and our server took 20 minutes to get to us. Still hopeful we ordered and ignored the wait. I had to ask for a refill, our food was cold and our appetizer was as well. Felt like the food had been sitting out. Def will not return. Wingstop is better than this

Do not stop here. I actually love hooters but these girls here do not want to work. Sat down at the bar and blonde bartender just looked at us and kept flirting with the guys. After ten minutes still no service. We then move to a table to be told they are working on a bar change so no one is serving right now. Left and went to Buffalo Wild Wings. Service in u see 2 minutes.

The service was subpar and the food was horrible. Our appetizer came out cold and so was the entree. I asked for normal buffalo wings and they barley had any sauce on them. I didn’t want to complain in store because I felt like nothing would be done seeing as though I told them the appetizer was bad and was still charged for it. In the picture below this was our plates as we were leaving the table. We barley ate anything because it wasn’t good or hot. And we still tipped

We first attempted to visit on a Tuesday, which turned out to be trivia night... was too busy to get a table for 6.  If you are a larger group there aren't too many seating options. Now to the food, the pizzas were fabulous! Many unique options. The spicy peanut pepperoni was actually quite good, I couldn't do more than a couple slices, but was yummy.  We also tried the wings and queso, all did not disappoint.   A decent beer selection (16 taps or so).  Sadly only 1 IPA when I visited, but had plenty of "local" beers to try!

The pizza had very little topping and flavor. We ordered a chicken Cordon on blue pizza. The menu stated it had  mustard drizzled on it. It did not.

Had to wait and pull over someone just to pay for a carry out pizza.  I could have very easily just walked out w/o paying.  I order a margaritta pizza and they dont tell you that it has no sauce.  Would have been nice to know that before spending 30 bucks on some cheesebread.  Youd think the tomatos ontop would be flaovrful but naw, taste like walmart tomatos. flavorless.  Very dissapointed with everything and not worth 30 bucks for 1 single pizza without any sauce.

Our service was slow, but they were friendly and accommodating with our needs. The food was delicious! We have been there several times and so far the food hasn't disappointed us. I gave the atmosphere four stars because for a family friendly place they don't have much seating for young children, especially ones with special needs.

We were passing through at lunch time and stopped in. The place was packed and several parties were standing outside. On entry, the rockstar manager/hostess/barkeep/waitress/cashier greeted us & adv there was immediate seating at the bar or a very ling wait for a table. We took the bar.

Soon after ordering, we learned it was graduation so over half the kitchen staff was off. In other words, they were very short staffed. I ordered a goat cheese wrap, which was very good- despite their forgetting to add the goat cheese... I didn't catch it until I was halfway done & refused compensation - I should have noticed sooner. The veggies were fresh, crisp & bright.
My husband ordered a Philly Cheesesteak, which he said was pretty good - and the fried pickles, which we'd never had that way.
Sadly, the kitchen skipped our order & we got our food 45min after the couple next to us finished, despite ordering before them. We were enjoying our beers, so, not a big deal but it could be for others. In all, 2hrs for a wrap and a sandwich. Our food was good, sans a couple of hiccups. The kitchen simply couldn't keep up with the demands.

Once again, the gal on the floor was hustling and was effectively doing the work of at least 4 people. She still managed to toss in a little small talk & have a good attitude. I needed a nap after watching her work.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Spacious place with friendly staff and amazing food. We got a wide range of food from pasta to seafood to pizza to Asian to Mexican. All of it, DELICIOUS!!!

On another solo trip, I sat at the bar and got some appetizers. Just like the first time, everything was delicious!

Was looking for a good flame grilled hamburger and BJs hit the spot. I really enjoyed the food and even had a dessert. Which I don’t normally do. Great beer choices if you like beer. They are a microbrewery and have some good beers. Waiter was good although he seemed like he was a little off that day. Like he got slammed and was slightly overwhelmed. He was good though and did everything he could to accommodate his guests. I now have a place to get a good burger and I will be back. Little pricey easy to quickly add up a big bill.

Food was DELICIOUS!  I got the Gluten Free Chicken BBQ pizza.  Um, yum!
And the gluten free chocolate chip pizookie.  SO gooood!  Eric H was our thoughtful waiter, and he was GREAT.

Hostess was excellent and very warm in greeting and sitting my party. Believe their name was CC. Food was great came out in timely manner. Waitress was great and very sweet. Wings were cooked prefect and drinks were good.

Very chill and nice interior. Waiter was very nice and friendly, but was a touch slow on checking up. The food itself was good, nothing terrible but nothing that’s going to win fine dining magazine but that’s ok cause that’s not what this place is going for.

The drink menu was very extensive, and the Margarita flite was great! I loved every cocktail I tried here.

I can say that I would definitely come back again, and I most certainly will!

The food was good and the service was good, she was friendly and attentive. The food came out good and warm. The onion rings that ordered with the means didn't have very much, though.

Sierra served us this particular night. She was attentive to our party of 5. We were craving Hooeter's traditional wings, which did not disappoint. Fries are typically a miss if I'm being honest but the fried pickles hit the spot.

I have been to this location a lot in the past and restaurant chain at multiple locations in several cities. I arrived at 1145 pm and they close at 1 am so over an hour until they close.

When I arrived went to restroom and it was awful (see attached pictures). I sat down and was greeted by server who was overall good.

I ordered 10 wings bone in, french fries, and a soda, a current special that was being ran plus a salad. The salad came first it was fine. Soon  after the wings arrived and were ice cold like they had been cooled earlier and just tossed with the sauce. I was almost finished eating when hot french fries arrived which told me the wings were pre cooked and the fries were not. It was over 10 maybe 15 minutes from the time cold wings and fries arrived.

The service was good over all but food was not up to standards and restaurant filthy in public areas. The first pic outside the door looks like someone peed there and paper towels put down to absorb piss but never cleaned or picked up in hallway outside of door.

Beca is fantastic.   We sat at the bar and were able to watch her in action.  Fast,  friendly and fun!  She effortlessly moved from task to task, from customer to customer without missing a beat.   What an asset to your restaurant.   I've been in customer service roles along time, She is top-notch.   Not sure why she's not a manager, must make to much in her current role 🤔
