I would give more stars if possible.  We came in at 2:30 on Friday afternoon for funeral pamphlets for a friend's funeral Sunday morning.  The owner and staff went out of their way to work with what we had and provided a beautiful product on short notice.  Not only that, but their price was MUCH less than anticipated.  The quality and service we received here was excellent and why we like to support local small businesses.  Highly recommend!!!

I have been using Jodie and her crew at Brighton Minuteman press for printing and mailing services for several years.  I've tried many others over the 24 years we have been in the mortgage business.  I've also done a lot of printing and mailing myself.  Jodie and her people are the best at giving me a reason to keep going back to them.  They make the process quick, easy, and affordable for me.

Always super helpful and easy to work with! Prices were great on my order (large picture prints). The perfect was great. And timing was great!
I have worked with then numerous times and they have always been great!
Great place. Great people! Highly recommended!

The UPS Store

Fantastic customer service every time! Bryanna has helped me mail legal documents overseas for the past year. She is always so friendly, organized, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend using this store!

This was the most difficult Amazon return I have ever had.  The employee who claimed she owned the store was rude and difficult.  (I later heard from the actual owner that was mortified that her employee treated me so poorly and lied about owning her store was actually  her store manager)She took a customer in the middle of my return.  Offered me a $40 box and $30 saying if I purchased a box she had to tape it shut. to put 2 lampshades in the box and tape it shut $30 seemed extreme, $3 to print the label.  I was actually willing to purchase the box and label and purchase a $6 tiny roll of packaging tape but the fake owner was so unbearably mean and rude I took my items and left.  I have used this store for years and sadly the previous owners sold their store and the new management tried everything possible to make my return complicated, difficult, uncomfortable  and impossible.  I thought maybe it was me but walked the exact same order into FEDEX in Greenwood Village off of belleview and they were so helpful, taped my boxes up for free, printed my return labels for free and were incredibly kind and helpful had me in and out in 5 minutes! .  FEDEX now has a new client for life.  STEER CLEAR OF THIS STORE IF YOU VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE- they need a lot of work admittedly from the owner they need a lot of additional training.  I posted my experience on nextdoor and it seems the rude employee experience and extreme charges here I are a widespread  trend.  Do not recommend

Some of the best customer service I have ever received from any kind of business. I usually am in there in the morning with the morning crew, and they have just been absolutely amazing between helping with notary services, amazon returns, taking notes for our personal account information, and they are always just so nice to work with (: Special shoutout Scott, and I unfortunately don't know her by name, but the notary that is usually there in the mornings is an absolute doll!

Great job on passport photos. Very helpful solving problems and finding solutions. Wonderful friendly service, and good music.

Came in with a drop off Amazon return and UPS refused to ship it per the Amazon return instruction. They insisted that I pay extra for the shipping label, the box they replaced my packing with and for shipping the product- although it was all covered through what I already paid through Amazon. UPS, don’t charge your customers extra because you have a bad deal with Amazon.

Budget Blinds of Brighton

Quite pleased with our results. Took about 3 months from order to arrival because we chose wood blinds which aren't carried in local stock. It was worth the wait. Really warms up the rooms and imparts a classic look.

Ellen really helped us through the selection process and gave us a solid discount which beat the other area options and installers we looked into. Jason and Joel did a quality job on the installation.

Really Good Experience with Budget Blinds of Brighton!  Greg walked us through all of our options and gave an estimate on the spot.  The shutters were 6 weeks out but arrived in the time expected.  Joel and David arrived on time for installation day.  They were very efficient, professional and the shutters are beautiful!  Communication was really great throughout the entire process!

We've ordered blinds from them twice now and it's been a great experience. Kelly took the time to show us all the options and measure all our windows and was very communicative throughout the process. The staff was kind and flexible setting up the install and worked with our schedule, and Jason was very professional when he came over to install the blinds. He was very quick and efficient and courteous!

Overall, everything looks great in the house and there was no issues. Wonderful experience all around and would highly recommend!

Budget Blinds has been the best. They worked with us to find the right fit and color for our window coverings. They explained the options in detail and made sure we understood the order. Supply chain issues delayed our install but Budget Blinds was willing to wok with us to get them installed on our timeline. Speaking of install, Greg and the crew were fantastic. Very professional, friendly and on time. I highly recommend Budget Blinds and will be using them in the future. :)

Big O Tires

Everyone at this location are Professional and nice. They went up and beyond to take care of my car. Bailey was very professional explains the differences on the tires, got me setup with some good tires for the winter. Keep up the good work.

Booked an appointment the night before. Specifically asked if they had the tire they needed for my car. They said yes. I'm always skeptical, so I called again the next morning to check again, and asked if they were REALLY sure (because I live rurally, over an hour away). They said yes. Get there at 1pm and discover they don't have my tire. They want to take my car and have me wait in the waiting room while they get the tire brought over to the location from the warehouse. I refuse, saying I will wait in my car - I am working  on the phone and need to keep working while I can. I go into the office after an hour. They say my tire isn't here yet. I ask when it will be. They don't know, but "it should be soon". I wait another hour and a half (I'm busy with work calls) and I go into the office again to ask. This time I insist that they ask the person who talked to the warehouse.
The warehouse is closed. My tire is not coming. They have known this for over two hours. Their communication sucks. It's a Saturday afternoon, and I have to call around other tire places to try and find someone with my tire to get it repaired, as I'm leaving on a road trip on a Monday. Five phone calls, 30 miles of driving and another four hours later, I finally get it done somewhere else.
I'm still pissed enough that even though it's now several months later, I'm finally writing this review.

I've used this Big-O-Tires location for years and have always been satisfied with their work.  Everything from oil changes and tires for our newer cars to fairly major work on my two teenager's junkers.  They've always done quality work at a good price and never tried to upsell me on anything.  I'll be going there for years to come.

Excellent and fast service. Fixed the screw in my tire in less than an hour. Rey helped me get in and out quickly. Definitely recommend!

I couldn’t have been happier with the customer service David provided at this location. Literally helped myself and my daughter with our tire issues and got everything done efficiently. He was so incredibly nice and made our experience the best. ♥️

RNR Tire Express

This is the place you want to go! My tires were bald and I didn't have enough money to buy some immediately. They have in house financing, they got me hooked up for a good affordable plan with choices between weekly, biweekly, or monthly! 6 months same as cash or if you're really strapped for cash you can go for 18 months. I feel much safer driving now knowing I have new nice tires and an alignment! They offer alignments, replacements for road accidents to your financed tires, and rotations all included into the price you're paying for 4 new tires. Everybody was so helpful and kind. The mechanics are working super hard and I didn't mind waiting a little while. Thank you for what you offer and for being so kind and helpful! 10/10 would recommend to anybody out there needing tires or rims!

Just left from here with a bad tire. The guys were so nice and professional. Offered a quote for a set of new tires, answered all my questions and I even asked about a lift kit for my truck which they don't offer as a service but helped me with some references for a couple businesses that do. We will be buying our next set of tires from here solely based on this awesome experience. Really loved our tech too, he kept me updated as he worked on our truck.

Man.. David, Gabe, and Ryan were so much help, they went above and beyond for me and my wife. They took customer satisfaction to a whole different level. We had a few hiccups, and they never wavered once . Truly a great experience. Would 100% recommend. Had to reward them with pizza at the end of it all 💯

Love the service here! Employees are always nice and helpful! I financed a set of new tires which were insured and they truly come through on thier word for insurance, had them paid off before I even knew it. I dont think 5 stars is enough for thier service!

These guys are always so nice! This is the only spot I will go for keys as well, Rose helps us a LOT with keys and she is very sweet as well.

Horrible customer service! Waited fifteen minutes after telling an associate I needed help with a propane refill. After going back in to check on the progress. I was told by a certified refill employee that she would not be going outside to help and I needed to wait another fifteen minutes until her younger male associate got back from lunch. I will be exchanging at Kings from now on.

I like the agfinity chicken feed. 20% protein. They always have what I want in stock.

La Baguette De Normandy

What a delightful surprise! It may look small inside and outside, but the selection is vast and the staff are amazing and inviting. This lovely lady, presumably the owner, greeted us and helped us out in picking our pastries. I had an incredible Napoleon, and my brother left no crumbs with his berry tart. They also have breakfast and lunch options such as crepes and quiches, so I will definitely come back for those!  They also pack up things quickly and in very cute dome boxes. Seriously, there's a deep passion for bread and pastries here that you will feel and fall in love with, check it out!

I went to this French bakery and the bakery is amazing. The venue has at least 10 people and there was a steady stream of people buying things. I ordered a chocolate almond croissant and cafe au lait. Both items were great. The customer service and atmosphere is exceptional.

Yummy pastries and baked goods.  I had a turkey sandwich, and it was delicious.  Love the variety of baked goods!! Also, it's a pretty intrquite/fancy coffee menu!

absolutely love these pastries for my gluten full friends! their almond croissants get the most requests. get their early for sandwiches, they do run out!

I love this bakery / patisserie. I tried it 8 years ago and wasn't impressed, so I made the mistake of not going back until 2020. Now I go often. The pastries are amazing, the baguette is perfect, the sandwiches at lunch are so good. I'm making up for lost time now! Love this spot in Parker! So many options to try including gluten-free pastries my lovely spouse can enjoy too.

Matt, Andy & Dom made this whole process: painless & priceless. Wonderful service that set these gents apart from the rest. This location in particular...I'd highly recommend. I still bring my vehicle(s) and it's been more than 5+ years. I will continue entrusting Big O with my needs since they continuously raise the bar with thoroughness and satisfaction. I brought my car into Big O Tires, I talked to Andy and he understood what was going on with my car. He told me what the issue was and gave me a good quote for tires. Andy was very professional and helpful, and I would recommend my friends to come to Big O Tires.

Matt (Owner) is 100% customer service centered individual.  The entire team here and himself always strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.  I’ve recently had an issue with a cracked rim on my new vehicle from the dealer resulting in psi stoppage daily, and I’d stop by everyday and the team would top off the tire to ensure I was road ready! They also do free brake inspections as well that can be walk-in or by schedule basis.  Highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop close to home!

I haven’t been to this location before. They are newer at Marksheffel and Woodmen Road. I have visited other Big O locations in the past but the staff and this location was truly amazing. From confirming my appointment to providing status updates they were the friendliest representatives I have dealt with in several years. They were very professional and explained what my vehicle needed and what it didn’t. They fixed my vehicle and had it ready within a couple of hours. At no point did it feel like I was dealing with someone who was “just doing his or her job”. The team here was excellent to work with and I highly recommend them if your vehicle needs service.

My wife stopped in to price new tires for our truck. Matthew helped her find the tires she needed. This is the first time we ever had tires picked out, installed, and on the road in record time. AT&T Store

My family and I had a wonderful experience working with Daniel! We went to get new I-phones and Daniel was extremely patient, kind, and knowledgeable. We had to go into the store several times and Daniel was always there to assist us. We look forward to returning to this location!

Antonio and Sam were amazing. Antonio spent over an hour and a half trying to help me fix my SIM card issue and helped significantly, at least now I can use 5g not entirely in his control that I can't call, Sam went above and beyond and went out to his car to grab water for me since we'd been sitting there a while. Amazing customer service!

I just left the AT&T store on arapahoe Road in Aurora, and I have been extremely impressed with the customer service that I received from Anthony the assistant manager. Each time that I have contacted the AT&T corporate office the service was lousy. I have been helped by Anthony a total of three times with every problem. His management skills are outstanding. He should be awarded his own store to manage.

Anthony was thorough, helpful, knowledgeable and a great person to speak with. He really made the process of changing over from Cricket to AT&T effortless, on the AT&T side. I upgraded my iPhone from the 12 ProMax to the 14 ProMax and now my phone is faster and the AT&T service is much faster and better. I would give Anthony 10 stars if I could.  Thank you for hiring him as an associate and keep up the great work here.

Sam was excellent!! While working alone in the store, he was able to help me with my daughter’s phone and SIM card issue, all while assisting another customer purchasing a new phone. Great service! Always like doing business here!
