Our alternator went out a week ago, Thursday, December 14, 2023, while my boyfriend was there to check the battery, starter, and alternator. They were really helpful and kind enough to offer what help they could. The manager that night not only stayed after hours to make sure we got the tools returned, but also to make sure of our safety until we had help arrive to tow our car to a friend's house because of the time of night it was and the area. Sorry this review took a week, but we are very satisfied with this store location. It was truly a blessing that the alternator went out while at a parts store and we are thankful that it was this one that night! Thank you for your help and concern that night! We drive a 2007 Ford Taurus.

Robin, Caesar, Jennifer are the BEST in the business. I’m so thankful for their knowledge, kindness and support. They are the best crew I will ONLY come to this store because how well they take of you. Seriously thank God for them they saved my car and saved money!!! 👌🏼💯❤️

The worst service anywhere ever. Waited 30 min. to get a refund because Brie was to busy to help her  on help. When I finally raised my voice Brie came to help it took her about 30 sec. to refund my money. Then she got nasty and told me to leave the store. I will never be back and I have been a customer since the place opened. Oh be sure you save your paper receipt because if they forget to enter the sales in their system you are screwed and they are lost. So if  you like being treated like a moron by morons this is the place to shop.

Stopped by to return windshield wipers and purchase new ones. A very nice man named Allen helped me install the wipers but not before his manager Cesar came out to interrupt Allen and his female coworker to complain about some issue in the back. Disregarding the line of people behind me Cesar stopped his team members to show them a video and said, “I’m going to kill whoever made this mess”, “whoever wrongfully birthed this MF.” & other foul comments. This guy clearly should not be manager. It was an awkward experience I felt really bad for his team members. I would give 5 stars if it was solely up to the service I received from Allen.

Been shopping there for 15 years. The have the most customer friendly staff, fully focused on professional service. They don't act like they "know it all". They will listen to what you are looking for and make recommendations, but never pressure you into buying something you don't want. They know when to be perfectly honest and tell you if something might not be the right fit for you, but will let you decide without feeling stupid. They have been very respectful to my wife, which has helped her become an enthusiast. They are my go to shop. If they don't have what you are looking for come back in a few days, you never know what you will find. I cannot recommend them enough. If you ever need a transfer, insist on using them. They consistently have the best prices in town. Always the first place I look.

I was in a tough spot and took my braced pistol in to get a pawn loan. After finally getting ahead of the 10% a month interest and getting my pistol back, I saw that to comply with the brace law change they destructively removed not just the brace, but the picatinny rail on the back of the receiver. They cut off the indexing tab on the bottom of the rail instead of just detaching the brace from the rail, or contacting me to do so, and now the rail spins freely and I can’t hold my firearm without the part they damaged cutting my hand. I now have to buy a 35 dollar picatinny rail part to return my firearm to the condition it was in when I had left it there. I called to see if they would make things right and I was told it was their property at the time, that I should have just paid it off faster, and it was my fault for their inability to remove the brace properly. After that interaction I don’t expect anything will be done about me having to pay more money to return my firearm to the same condition it was in, but if you’re looking for a pawn shop with professionalism, and that you can trust with your property during hard times, I’d look elsewhere.

I've been going there for years. They've always been very friendly and professional. I love their gun and knife selection.

Thirst Tea Cafe

Good drinks and snacks! A large variety of flavors to choose from. A great place to stop before a walk around the park!

We ordered the strawberry lemonade with popping boba and the milk tea with boba. Both were great! The service is a bit slow, but worth the wait. Boba texture and taste was some of the best I’ve had. The tea base was delicious as well.

Best spot for bubble tea and onigiri! I make sure to stop where whenever I am in town or even passing thru Omaha.  This is probably my favorite place in Omaha given how often I come here.  There is so much variety to their menu and they prolly have the best prices for bubble tea!

We have visited here numerous times and the drinks and service have been consistently great (we've never ordered food). Unlike other local bubble tea places, you do not have to pay extra for the boba, unless you want add-ons. Between my husband and me, we've tried almost all of the milk tea flavors and haven't been disappointed by any. Sometimes there's a wait for your drinks (15-20 minutes at peak times?) but it doesn't seem much different than the wait at other bubble tea places we've been to in the area. The location is good too- it's nice to get drinks and then walk around Turner Park.

Really good boba tea! They have many options  and a lot of it is real tea vs powder. I like it. It does take a few extra minutes to prepare but it’s great.

Mitch always does great work and calls a couple days later to make sure everything is good and that you’re satisfied with the work. Anytime I have needed work done he is quick to get my car in and fixed.

Had to replace a tire.  They found a new tire, answered my questions, replaced the tire, explained how the sensor worked, and checked all my tires.

First time using The Shop to fix a flat tire.  No appointment needed.  Fixed the flat and got me on my way quickly.

Two days later, they called me to see if the tire was still doing good; great customer service!

I hit some debris out on Hwy. 400 on my way to Wichita on business and gashed my rim and obviously, blew the tire. Limped the car to The Shop and they were able to repair my rim and get a new tire ordered/mounted up by the next morning. Mitch and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. Mitch even called me a few days later to check-in to make sure all was good. I recommend them 100%...great guys, great service, and reasonably priced!

Mitch at The Shop is AMAZING! We have had a number of Devine interventions during our move from Colorado to Arkansas and fully believe that Mitch and The Shop were one of them. During what was supposed to be our last trip of the move, we had our transmission go out about 10 miles out of Augusta, KS on a Saturday. We were able to limp into town and the nearest gas station to begin our search for a transmission shop. Well guess what? Yup, The Shop was right next door! My husband backed our truck (all we had at this point was reverse) from the gas station into The Shop's parking lot. We proceeded to call the number and were amazed that Mitch answered the phone even though The Shop was closed and assured us we could leave our truck and they would get started on it first thing Monday morning. We had just found a hotel and were getting our bags out of the truck and Mitch pulled into The Shop. He started our ticket so that the team could get started right away hoping to help us as fast as they could. Mitch asked us if we had a place to stay and generously offered to drive us to the hotel. After doing some research of our own on available transmissions, Mitch and his team guided us to a transmission that would take longer to get in, but was of better quality with a nation wide warranty. Because our truck was already in for work we had them replace the tires as well. Mitch kept us up to date with the whole process and contacted us with additional concerns found during the repair. When we came back to get the truck, the team was doing last minute checks because they knew we were picking up our 5th wheel trailer from Colorado to transport it to Arkansas. They even helped us load up and walked my husband through his personal check before starting on our journey. Mitch and team then balanced and rotated the tires on one of our other vehicles and offered to let us park it until we came back through on our way home. About three hours into our trip we received a phone call from Mitch making sure everything was going smooth! Mitch also reached out three days later to check in. Recommend? ABSOLUTELY!

At Home

Unlike other store in a very very good way, from how the products get moved around the store, It's extremely safer than a Walmart or target because the staff handle and processes all the trash and items in the backrooms, I feel they offer a lot more than people know, in 5 years this brand of store will be great.

Great values to be found on a wide range of home decor. I got what I needed at a savings, so I'm happy.

Always a great placed to visit. Find a great barstool that is perfect for my standing desk at the office and Katy one on clearance. All kinds of holiday decor to take in.

Just had a $2 jump on an item since I was there last month. I put it back on the shelf and walked away. I can see an increase but $2!

Love all of the Halloween things they have out, and good selection of home decor.

Extremely satisfied with this company.
Every polite, helpful, and even sent wheelchair back looking brand new.  (It was never washed since receiving it.  Getting it fixed happened suddenly I didnt get to halfway wash it) but when I received it looked new.  I am very happy and will go back when needed (with a clean washed chair).

Mobilis was so professional to work with during this difficult time of our lives.  They made the process so easy, explained the steps thoroughly and suggested the best ramp system. JOE WAS VERY PERSONABLE AND EFFICIENT!!!  He sent a txt to say he was inbound to my rural site, showed up exactly when he said he would & did the job expertly!!! De’Anthony was helpful and patient with what I didn’t know about the technology. He also made me aware of new products but didn’t pressure me into purchases I didn’t want. I’ll not hesitate to contact him if I have questions in the future.

Needed help with my ATT I phone, and stopped by to see De at the Broadway AT&T. In Council Bluffs IA.  Luckily he was in  gave me the help I needed to be up and running. So glad for him and AT&T  having such a great person who is always able to help.

DaPrie helped me with an upgrade to my current plan. He made the process beyond easy, and was super knowledgeable about the new product.

Glass Doctor of Council Bluffs

WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!
I went to the location in Omaha, but these are affiliated.
I needed to get my windshield replaced due to a small crack. I had an appointment scheduled and they didn't even take my car in until 3-4 hours after that. Trish said they couldn't do it because it was raining, if they did it at the scheduled time it would've been done.
Trish rescheduled me to another day, and again it was raining so they couldn't do the repair. However, the technician touched my car/windshield (although they couldn't fix it that day) and made the crack larger AND created a new 6-8 inch crack (See photo). They didn't even bother to let me know, I realized when I picked it up.
At this point, I asked Trish for a refund and wanted to go elsewhere. Trish told me that isn't necessary and that she'll get manager approval to give me a partial refund. For some reason I agreed to this.
They installed the new windshield and Trish said I'll be receiving a $200 refund within 5-7 days. It's been 1 MONTH and there is still no refund. I call consistently and ask the status, Trish keep saying it's pending, it'll post in a couple days, and that they've switched vendors so it's taking longer than normal. No one in their right mind, knows that it takes over a month to receive a refund. It's now to the point where whenever I call Trish sends me right to voicemail and Matt, the owner, won't even speak to me.
THIS BUSINESS IS PATHETIC AND HAS NO INTEGRITY. STAY AWAY!

By far the most professional glass repair company that I have had the pleasure to do business with. Unfortunately, we had 3 of our 4 cars require windshield repairs, all within a few months of each other. And each time, Glass Doctor of C.B. was quick, courteous, explained everything in detail and performed quality work. They even called me back when I called the first time, but I had hung up before giving them a chance to answer as I had forgotten to grab my insurance info prior to calling.
Kudos to Dillon, the gentleman that did our repairs, and also Ally at the front desk. You both are amazing!

Glass Doctor took care of my rock chip on my windshield while I waited. The employees were knowledgeable and very helpful. The receptionist called my insurance company and took care of that for me while chip was being repaired. In less than 30 minutes, I was on my way. I would recommend Glass Doctor

Had a rock crack windshield.Tried these guys because they were in Statefarms network. They replaced windshield as promised. Wipers got reinstalled out of alignment and there was wind sound coming from windshield now. Took it back and Dylan was so polite and eager to make it right. They did not give up until both issues were resolved. Highly recommend them. Trustworthy.

They were able to get me in faster than expected.  They worked with my insurance company seamlessly.  Very informative and professional, and courteous staff!  I will call them first for my auto glass repair.  I also learned they do shower glass installs, and home and business glass as well.

I really love this Target's Health and Beauty department. Some of the design makes me feel like I'm in a high-end salon or beauty supply place, and the store is often adding new brands and products. I also appreciate the friendly and helpful employees.

I wish there was a way to add zero stars. When I called nobody answered the phone. I tried various times of the day and evening and still no answer. I went online found what I needed to order, ordered it, only to get an email stating they were out of stock. When I place the originally the website stated item was available. This happened at not only this location but every location. Being that I used a gift card as well as my visa, I now have 30 day wait. For my funds to be returned to my accounts. I should have spent the extra $10 at Walmart and I would have my item this evening. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. SHAME ON YOU TARGET... NEVER AGAIN

Last time I was there, I had just started putting items out to be rung up, checker waited til I finished loading the conveyor belt to say she was closing. I grabbed all my stuff, moved to another line, put items out again, grabbed check book, then this checker told me he didn't have check reader. I gathered up again, put stuff back on shelves and walked out. Rudest cashiers ever. Too lazy or just incompetent in their job  they need huge improvement.

Mobility scooters never work! On several occasions I have been unable to shop due to scooter battery down or mechanical issues. I love to shop Target, so it’s very disappointing.

Lied to multiple times at this location. Went into there today and once again False Advertisement. Was trying to buy a figure that had a clearance tag, showed a picture, and the self checkout worker didn’t do anything. All she did was stood there and radioed over to the toy dept. Absolutely useless! Didn’t even walk back there as I saw multiple figures in the toys, where I found this one. 🙄
