Mitch always does great work and calls a couple days later to make sure everything is good and that you’re satisfied with the work. Anytime I have needed work done he is quick to get my car in and fixed.

Had to replace a tire. They found a new tire, answered my questions, replaced the tire, explained how the sensor worked, and checked all my tires.

First time using The Shop to fix a flat tire. No appointment needed. Fixed the flat and got me on my way quickly. Two days later, they called me to see if the tire was still doing good; great customer service!

I hit some debris out on Hwy. 400 on my way to Wichita on business and gashed my rim and obviously, blew the tire. Limped the car to The Shop and they were able to repair my rim and get a new tire ordered/mounted up by the next morning. Mitch and his crew were extremely friendly and professional. Mitch even called me a few days later to check-in to make sure all was good. I recommend them 100%...great guys, great service, and reasonably priced!

Mitch at The Shop is AMAZING! We have had a number of Devine interventions during our move from Colorado to Arkansas and fully believe that Mitch and The Shop were one of them. During what was supposed to be our last trip of the move, we had our transmission go out about 10 miles out of Augusta, KS on a Saturday. We were able to limp into town and the nearest gas station to begin our search for a transmission shop. Well guess what? Yup, The Shop was right next door! My husband backed our truck (all we had at this point was reverse) from the gas station into The Shop's parking lot. We proceeded to call the number and were amazed that Mitch answered the phone even though The Shop was closed and assured us we could leave our truck and they would get started on it first thing Monday morning. We had just found a hotel and were getting our bags out of the truck and Mitch pulled into The Shop. He started our ticket so that the team could get started right away hoping to help us as fast as they could. Mitch asked us if we had a place to stay and generously offered to drive us to the hotel. After doing some research of our own on available transmissions, Mitch and his team guided us to a transmission that would take longer to get in, but was of better quality with a nation wide warranty. Because our truck was already in for work we had them replace the tires as well. Mitch kept us up to date with the whole process and contacted us with additional concerns found during the repair. When we came back to get the truck, the team was doing last minute checks because they knew we were picking up our 5th wheel trailer from Colorado to transport it to Arkansas. They even helped us load up and walked my husband through his personal check before starting on our journey. Mitch and team then balanced and rotated the tires on one of our other vehicles and offered to let us park it until we came back through on our way home. About three hours into our trip we received a phone call from Mitch making sure everything was going smooth! Mitch also reached out three days later to check in. Recommend? ABSOLUTELY!
