Target consistently delivers a fantastic shopping experience. The store's clean and organized layout makes browsing a breeze, and their wide range of products caters to diverse needs. It's always hard to find parking at this location. Whoever is in charge of pick-up curbside needs to better accommodate their shopping customers. There are about 50 curbside pickup stalls that are rarely occupied. Open up AT LEAST 10 stalls, so people can actually get their groceries.

*This* was what I had in mind when I popped in to look for extra swimwear. My compliments to whomever arranged your display, because the coordinates tops and bottoms were arranged by the color spectrum and it was very pleasing to the eye. Everything was organized and hung neatly, unlike your nearby competitor (where it felt as though they had unleashed feral ferrets in the display racks).
We wandered through about half the store and were relieved to find everything else we'd been looking for as well- supplies to treat sunburn, prevent more sunburn, and blessedly a travel-sized laundry detergent in the travel aisle.
Over 10 different combinations and sizes of freeze-dried fruits over in the grocery section, too. Very grateful we stopped by today!!

This target is awesome! Great selection, everyone was nice, and it was clean. Just remember to bring your own bagsssssss! I forgot and had to WILL my purchases to make it all the way to my car in my arms

Today I had to return an item and it went super smooth very helpful staff. Update 12/3 2023 i witnessed a woman in distress who's daughter got lost in the clothing section and the staff who aided her were prompt to help find the missing little one and to soothe her with words of encouragement that her daughter will be found! And that is a positive impact for people who shop at this target and at stores around the world. Thank you

Nice well stocked Target with a great food section.  Don't forget to pick up a few cat treats for our many feral Maui kitties.

However，How you treat your employees determines how you treat your customers. I don't know her name, but she's been standing for hours under intense ultraviolet light, and the manager is probably wearing sunscreen and sitting in the office with the air conditioner.

Every young person needs hard work and opportunity.

Great, modern store with an excellent selection of products across all departments. This being Target, prices are reasonable - but always make sure you check prices on the Target app or website as they are often lower than those in-store, sometimes dramatically so - a picture frame we purchased was $11 cheaper online!  Associates will price match at the register if you ask them. The store can get busy, especially during times when a lot of flights are coming into the island, but shopping before 11am is usually a breeze!

Clean, recently opened Big box retail chain. The parking lot is huge, and the surrounding landscaping is well designed. Caution there are a few rogue chickens running around the parking lot, but this is normal for Maui. If you’re a tourist looking for stock supplies for an extended stay on the island, Target is a great one-stop shop. They have a huge assortment of local foods too! I’ve never seen so many macadamia nuts merchandised!

Visited from CA and this is the best Target I’ve ever been too. Fully stocked and super clean. Staff is friendly. Did a few drive up orders and they were complete EVERY time prior to the 2 hour window. Forgot Hawaii doesn’t do bags so be sure to bring some reusables with you.

I was so excited to see the new Birkenstock Store in Wailukutown. I was going to order a pair from Amazon but shoes are difficult to judge if not in person. And returning?, blah forget it. So I am glad I didn’t because I stopped in and was quickly greeted by Leah even though she was also helping a customer to making sure I was acknowledged. Okay awesome start. She was a great multi-tasker because while I was there 2 more customers came in. It was like a party now. Leah talking to us all, answering our questions , we all made friends . It was fantastic. There were so many great colors and styles it was hard to choose just one but I bought these adorable “Ashley’s”. Leah took my name and number to contact me when they get in other colors. So 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. I definitely recommend supporting this cool location. There’s parking in front and behind the building and easy access to shop entrance.

Walked into the store to shop for work boots for my husband. I was pretty excited to find something and surprise him since he was starting a new contract that week. Unfortunately, I was not offered any assistance or asked if I needed help at all. I was not even greeted when I walked in the door. I would have loved to say more but will just purchase online .

Was quite busy when my wife and I walked in. Didn't get asked if I needed help but I kinda had an idea of what I wanted to buy. Lady behind the counter was quite accommodating when I wanted to try different shoes in different sizes, considering she was already helping some other customers too. I admire an employee who can multi-task. I would definitely visit this store again to get work boots (Red Wings). Mahalo!

I’ve had two different experiences here on two separate vacations.

First time, I saw a couple walk out very upset, saying we shouldn’t go in there. Yet, when we did, the owner was great and he vented about the people that stormed out. I was happy with my purchase and said I’d visit him again, next time in Maui.

Second visit. Same owner, extremely rude. Treated us worse than garbage. Couldn’t believe it was the same person.

Conclusion: You have a 50-50 chance. Don’t risk the chance and ruin your good vacation vibes. It’s not worth it.

From reading previous reviews I had to double check if I actually was at the same store. We had a really pleasant experience. We were visiting in July and decided to stop at the store. We wanted to get 4 pairs, however they only had two in our size. The girl who helped us (Alex) offered to pick up the other two after work from their other store and meet us on our way to the airport as we were leaving that evening. This was all after hours on her own time. She texted and was there 15 mins before we got there. Amazing service. Would definitely buy again from them.

I would give a zero star if possible.  I have never been treated so rudely by a sales clerk.  The man working the counter had an attitude the minute I walked in.  He was working on a wreath at the counter and I waited patiently until he acknowledged me.  He proceeded to tell me I had a smirk on my face. He was just beyond rude in our conversation.  I ended up leaving both pairs of shoes on the counter and left very upset.  He should not be working with the public.

My husband and I stopped into the store looking to replace a pair of shoes. My husband knew what he wanted, I was not as clear (a gentle synonym for I-had-no-idea). Frank, the manager could not have been more helpful or patient. We both found a pair of shoes and it was a thumbs-up (and toes happy) shopping experience.

I was in the store yesterday, July 9th at 1:30. I was prepared to buy two pair. The clerk was rude as I asked a question about the soft insert. I picked up a pair and said, so this one probably doesn't have it, right. She replied since you won't listen to me, just figure it out yourself. I motioned to my spouse we were leaving, and said to the clerk, you just cost yourself the sale of two pair of shoes. She rudely replied it didn't matter to her. Further the store smelled horribly of whatever food she had heated. I was surprised and really disappointed.

Project Hawai’i, Inc. would love to thank the Target team for volunteering their Sunday afternoon with our teens this summer. Providing a workshop “the voice within” to help the young ladies prepare for the world ahead. In addition to spending their time with the girls, they also had a personal shopper who helped them each choose an outfit including undergarments and a new backpack to go back to school.
Such an honor it has been to be collaborating with Target for 4 years now. Helping to make our community a better place for everyone and helping to end the cycle of homelessness.

About everything you need under one roof.  Groceries, home goods, tools, toys, kitchen small appliances, clothes and more.  Best of all, there’s a lot of discounts on most of the items.  And within the store you get a pharmacy, deli, bakery, snack bar, and coffee spot.  Also all the staff we came into contact was super friendly and helpful.  Outside, there’s lots of free parking and is near other stores and food venues.

Good target, they do offer order ahead and pickup in store or they'll bring it out. Many items are a good value compared to other standard grocery stores. Don't let them take you on sunscreen though, way overpriced and zero choice. You are better off going to WM, they got a huge shelf with stuff half the price of the cheapest option at Target (even ABC is much cheaper).

Target was quick and easy! The team members that helped me have a warm and inviting experience. Especially when they helped me do price matching during self checkout. This is my go to, one stop and shop destination!

Has everything I need most of the time. Easy to locate items. Spread out conveniently so items aren't crowded. Helpful staff. Great coffee.

When ordering two items for pickup 30 minutes apart it took 8 hours to get the second item and the first item they were sold out but never bothered to tell me. It wasn't until I questioned them that I found out the first item was sold out. The pickup process from getting notified the order is ready to actually having the item handed to me in their parking lot I would rate five stars. The rest of the process gets two stars

Received item ordered online quickly BUT it is missing an essential piece. Called store to ask what to do and after waiting through many ring tones, I was cut off. Called again twice and was cut off twice more. Guess I’ll have to schlep the large heavy box back to them now. Very poor service.

Everyone is helpful and friendly. Will walk me to where what I am looking for but cannot find.
Hint: if you find the item's on line price is cheaper, Target will give you that price in the store !!

Ordering online was easy and quick.  I was notified within 24 hours that my order was ready for pick up.  Walked in received my order and walked out the door in less than 10 minutes.  Really a great experience.  If there was anything disappointing about the pick up it would be that the customer service girl didn’t smile.  Looked like she didn’t enjoy her job.  Everyone likes a hello smile.
