I was so excited to see the new Birkenstock Store in Wailukutown. I was going to order a pair from Amazon but shoes are difficult to judge if not in person. And returning?, blah forget it. So I am glad I didn’t because I stopped in and was quickly greeted by Leah even though she was also helping a customer to making sure I was acknowledged. Okay awesome start. She was a great multi-tasker because while I was there 2 more customers came in. It was like a party now. Leah talking to us all, answering our questions , we all made friends . It was fantastic. There were so many great colors and styles it was hard to choose just one but I bought these adorable “Ashley’s”. Leah took my name and number to contact me when they get in other colors. So 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me. I definitely recommend supporting this cool location. There’s parking in front and behind the building and easy access to shop entrance.

Walked into the store to shop for work boots for my husband. I was pretty excited to find something and surprise him since he was starting a new contract that week. Unfortunately, I was not offered any assistance or asked if I needed help at all. I was not even greeted when I walked in the door. I would have loved to say more but will just purchase online .

Was quite busy when my wife and I walked in. Didn't get asked if I needed help but I kinda had an idea of what I wanted to buy. Lady behind the counter was quite accommodating when I wanted to try different shoes in different sizes, considering she was already helping some other customers too. I admire an employee who can multi-task. I would definitely visit this store again to get work boots (Red Wings). Mahalo!
