On my first visit to this store I spotted a pair of Nike's that I really liked but did not buy them as I wanted to shop around, today two days later I went back to purchase the running shoes as I had been to a number of stores but could not find a better deal. I bought the shoes and the helpful cashier signed me up as a member giving me an additional 15% discount on an already low price that no other store could match. Great deal and awesome service.

Really bad staff. Although, I entered the store 20 minutes before closing the staff was rude to me by rushing me to make a selection and get out. This being a day where it’s not busy at the outlet at all, the staff is lazy and unwelcoming

Probably the worst  store I’ve been to in quite a while so bad I had to write this review The manager was rude and nasty I asked if she had a pair of shoes in the back that were in my size she said all that was out was left then when I found something else and went to ring out another customer asked the same question and she said let me check the back just pure laziness and absolutely rude. Then she was talking down to her staff as well in front of the whole store being rude and talking down to them this white lady with the tattoos needs to be fired worst expo I’ve ever had

Without a doubt, the nastiest staff I ever dealt with. Couldn't be bothered helping me. I was nothing but an inconvenience to them. Will never go back.

Target

This store has hard working employees who are honestly trying to keep their job. Very professional and upbeat attitude.  The 3 stars rating is for the poorly stocked shelves that are never stocked with enough items to keep their staff from restocking and taking up space.  However the store is clean and never neglected.

Target at lead tonight wasn’t playing with the seeder side of Eugene’s chronic theft problem.  They were stopping tweekers at the door tonight and being effective. They need to ban back bags and you can tell right away who is stealing. We have a major drug problem in this country and Fentenyal along with meth is a dangerous combination.   But there is a certain amount of comedy in watching the abusive unhoused actually fart and belch as a form of thank you to the overworked Target staff right before they exit their favorite emergency exit.

Also the store has problems in keeping their things in stock with certain exceptions like morern Disney funko pops which the store has in abundance as you can see below the overstocking of Captain Marvel and race swapped Little Mermaid.

Target is the best!  They know what they are doing.  Their return policy is the easiest and quickest.  Their management team needs high accolades to be able to make everything flow and to be a positive & pleasurable experience.

I'm giving this pharmacy one star because I have to give something. This is got to be the rudest most power thrusting humans I've came across in a very very long time. Every single time I go here they're disrespectful. I deal with the CVS side of this pharmacy. So my options are limited for pharmacies. They consistently change their hours but mainly they are just rude. Every single person that works in there is just rude.

I bought a Black Friday iPad online for a Christmas gift. Immediately after picking it up at the store I was emailed a notification that it had been picked up, along with a return code should I need to return it. Shortly after buying it the intended recipient informed me they needed a bigger (pro) version for sheet music, so I took it back to the store to return it. The iPad was still shrink wrapped and had never been opened. When I took it to the return counter, I was told the return would have to be approved by management. I pointed out that not only had it never been opened but that I received a return code which implies that it could be returned. The clerk told me that they have had issues with people shrink wrapping opened items and returning them as new. When I asked why they would send me a return code if it wasn’t guaranteed that an item could be returned, I was told that those emails are sent out automatically and that returns aren’t guaranteed. Luckily I was able to return it, but I have scoured their return policy and there is nothing that says I couldn’t return an item within a specified time period. After this experience I will not be buying big ticket items from Target.

BIRKENSTOCK SoHo

Visited the first Saturday of December and while the store was busy, the customer service was excellent! The door greeter was kind and friendly. Overall excellent experience!!

Popped by today to try some on before buying. The staff was welcoming and helpful, without being overbearing. They also had my sizes in the items I was interested in. Going to wait for some kind of sale before buying, but so glad I stopped in and got to try them out!

Attentive & kind customer service :) Didn’t have to seek help & was fitted to the proper size. Very busy but it’s SoHo so keep expectations of area in mind. Very kind doorman as well!

To me, it was very busy in the store at 11:40am on a Thursday and the manager (?) helped me immediately, staying in touch through the whole experience. She was amazing. And said this packed store was not busy for them . . . I got to try on the correct size. (I had ordered online & they were too small.) She got me the larger size and I tried one other style, within minutes. (They have a stock runner.) The return was swift and super professional and friendly. I thought, "Wow, go Birkenstock SOHO, you all are AMAZING." Afterwards, I ordered another pair, in the correct size, and extra sparkly PINK online. A great experience. Also, their UPS ground shipping is super-fast. I think because they ship from stores & not a warehouse. THANK YOU! This was a great customer experience, for sure.

I visited the Birkenstock store from NJ to get my correct fitting and purchase my first pair of Birkenstock sandals. The employees were very nice and exceptional. They helped me find my size and bring me the sandals I wanted. The store was a bit crowded and when I was directed upstairs to ask for the color sandals I wanted, the lighting gets a bit darker. I requested my color, first one came without the tags on, I asked why and they said it could possibly be that it was a “display” so I asked for another pair. The 2nd pair, the leather color was smeared all over the paper and the color was faded on the sandal, so I went with the first pair. When I got home, I compared the sandals, the left one was significantly darker and rougher. I checked, the suede was no good, seems like it either maybe got wet, not preserved correctly, or tried on too many times. I emailed their customer service who told me to go back to the store but I live far. You’re better off just going to a local Nordstrom or Bloomingdale’s.

Where do I even begin, Metromix holds a very special place in my heart for countless reasons yet the top two are their heart for our community and how wonderful they are with their customers.

My children feel so special every time we visit Metromix. My littlest one dances around the store as he tests out the shoes he is trying on and the entire team is so welcoming; kind; courteous and professional.  Since moving from New York to New Jersey, Metromix is our go to for the hottest footwear and active wear.

Ani and Danielle are absolutely AMAZING and just like family!  It has been such a blessing shopping with Metromix these past 8 years.  We just had to shop Metromix this weekend for Small Business Saturday and from the moment we entered the store my children and I felt at home. Afnan helped my eldest son; Paola help my middle son and Azizah and Paola helped my littlest one. Ani showed Levi the exclusive Adidas x Mariella El K’s as Levi showed Azizah his new dance movies. Danielle; Ani and I had a chance to caught up:  it was truly another blessed visit to our fave Metromix.  We took our traditional picture in-front of the Metromix sign above the cash wrap too.  We are loyal customers because of the impeccable standard of excellence Metromix has continually maintained down through the years.  You never know which celebrity might stop in to shop and I can personally say that the Metromix team makes all of their customers feel like VIP’s!  We love you Metromix!

Metromix saved my life this christmas.!!!!!! my wife will be very happy with her uggs that are literally SOLD OUT EVERYWHERE. Super grateful thank you & customer service is top notch. I had a lovely time in hear and I enjoy the Starbucks being in the store so you can have a nice cool or hot beverage while shopping in this huge store. I was looking for purifier since they are great to clean the air in your home. To my surprise there was a good selection for a great price.

It's a good place to find cool stuff. They have a giant home goodsdepartment, They also have a big makeup section.  Their store is always clean.

They basically had nothing on the shelves and what they did have was not competitively priced at all. Was going to buy a Lego set but they were all locked up and no employees around or button to push for assistance. This store has become a joke honestly. Really disappointing because they used to be good

I’m an avid Target shopper and I cannot STAND this Target. Every time I order Drive Up, I’m stranded in the parking lot for CENTURIES waiting on someone to give me my order because there is no cell phone reception whatsoever. I don’t want to hear any excuses, you guys have been dealing with this problem for YEARS and Target has plenty of money and influence to make it so there’s enough there to just pick up your Drive Up order. And you know this is a persistent problem so why isn’t there a camera on the drive up parking lot so you know when people are there? There’s no way you’ve been dealing with this for years and no one has done anything to fix it. COME ON NOW. There’s a reason this Target always has stock when none of the others do.

This used to be my favorite Target to shop at. Way less crowded than the Tansbourne location and better selection than Fred Meyer. Now they are putting everything behind glass, even the deodorant! When you push indicator for assistance, no one even shows up! I’ll shop somewhere where I don’t have to ask for help to get my deodorant.

They have nobody standing at the self checkout so there isn’t anyway to get customer service. When you do speak to any employee they are quite rude, and they don’t help with any issues. The security also seemed to bother a university age boy leaving the store when the guy ahead caused the theft scanner to beep. But it is NYC, you don’t have alternatives so not 1 star.

I got hung up on 3 times by Guest Services while explaining my situation to the representative.  The 3rd time he answered he stated "Hello, Who's this? " then hung up again (like answering his own phone).  After that Guest Service line would NOT answer the phone.

Great prices, big and clean store, but the stock hasn't been enough and many products are missing from shelves.

It was nice and easy. I just needed a laundry bag for a camp, and they did indeed have them in stock as the website told me. Overall good location and nice assortment of items.

Sole Solution Shoe Repair & Birkenstock

Cannot believe the work and expertise that went into repairing my boots. I purchased them second hand after searching for a long time for a the perfect knee high boot. They were damaged and he truly fixed them and made them mine!

I have had these boots for 5+ years. Wear them every winter and they are my go to boots. Something I really like, discontinued, or hard to find. I have been told by other shoe repair guys that when the zipper goes, it will not be fixable. I have also been told that if I wear out the heel of the boots, that's it. So glad I was able to find this true craftsmen. He didn't only fix what was necessary, polished the boots.... he went above and beyond to clean the fux fur part of the boots!

Joe did an absolutely wonderful job of replacing the worn part of my Birkenstocks. I'll have them for another ten years at least. I was so pleased that I could also buy a brand new pair, with the classic footbed, in black.

This is by far the best place to get a shoe/boot repaired. I have a pair of boots that are very old school looking and very unique. I wore then often and they started falling apart. I'm thinking it's because of the material that they were made out of was more vintage material and that's what drew me to the boots in the first place. So the soles were starting to separate, and this is after year, I tried going back online to find where I bought them and I don't remember where I got them I looked all over thinking I would have to buy a new pair. Found nothing. I've gone here a a couple times and had many of my shoes soles replaced, great job every single time.. I've never seen anything like these boots.. LOVE THEM. As before he didn't disappoint. Joe took his time and , which was a a month or so, but it was a hard fix and he def ride to the challenge. Just got them back today and they look great. Even took time to tell me how I can better take care of them and how I need to treat them making sure I don't get them too hot or too cold or too wet.. Basically like suede. As I was given them back he went through everything that he fixed. Explained what the problem was and I'm going to tell you he is so thorough and it's great that there's people out there that still enjoy their craft and a really good at it.  It  took longer than I thought, but I couldn't care any less because of the amazing work and attention to detail I would recommend to anyone that needs a shoe fix a heel fixed or whatever come here. You have that favorite shoe boot sandal you cant find another? Do you have such tiny feet only one store carries a womans adult shoe and they now closed for good. Worn out scratched up dont throw away. See joe at this store he has made my life and my daughters life hopeful again. I been going to sole solution when i first landed in the shore area. Over time i lost touch recently googled local shoe repair expecting to find a store i just saw Sole Solution was number 1 on google. I called that second on a friday 5 min to close. Joe waited for me took my size fpur sandal and casual wear shoe and restored them to 100% perfection. Amazing! I never seen such great work. I had to say wait til she comes home we have 300 more to work on. This is not an exageration...im not family or freind. I witness my daughters happiness and the best yet is she doesnt have to break in a new pair. By the way" use buckles" if your shoe was intended to slip on they would have put elastic in stead" advice from a foot expert! Shouldnt he not have said any thing...said you will never need a repair only a cleaning. Go see Joe at Sole Solution

DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

The worst employees I’ve ever experienced. I can in and 2 rude lady employees deaconed they wanted to rush me out the store. Then they decided to bring a man to yell at me literally not even one second after they told u. The first lady to me I said ok, 10 seconds later another lady came telling me I need to go to the register or leave I said ok again I was just making sure I had the right size and there was a line at the register so I’m not understanding why they decided to all attack me. The men came 5 seconds later and starting yelling 3 hours laterr being childish for a man. Then he wouldn’t stop yelling being disgustingly rude to a woman. I come here often and this was the first time they were this disgustingly rude  to me. Unacceptable especially since I am a women

Lack of selection vs online. Also, no Wolverines on sale even though advertised as such.

Perhaps I went to the wrong DSW (125th st) or at the wrong time, but barely any waterproof shoes or Coke Haans as in the past.

Misbah and Kayla helped me sooo much with my shoe purchase. I needed support with my coupons and both supported with the process. Kayla is a great manager who helped two employees satisfy two customers. What a great shoe shopping experience.

Great selection and had the exact hat I was looking for. I lost my sunglasses somewhere in the store too and they kindly held them at lost and found for me.
