Awful customer service. If you place an online order to be shipped to the store employees have no clue on how to do it, your items will get stolen and management(Jonathan Melendez) is unable to assist.

Just spent about 15 minutes in the store browsing their merchandise and talking with their employees. The employees were very friendly and customer appreciative. They were obviously glad to have customers in the store and willing to help with any and all questions we had.
Such a great selection of sneakers here and such good actual choices to pick from it's a great destination if you're looking for a new pair of sneakers!

wish the mall had more stores but so glad they have a journeys.  The workers were mad cool. Didn't have what I was looking for but went above and beyond to find it. They called another store and put it on hold for me. I ended up grabbing some other stuff too. They have a good selection of shoes and accessories.  Bought some dope graphics.  The manager was real nice too.

The sales associates in this store are the nicest people! They treat every customer as if they’ve known them for years and they provide amazing customer service. They go above and beyond trying to make sure customers leave 110% satisfied!

Pick up has went down hill!
Target needs to update their promise of “pick up in 2 hours”. I’ve ordered for pick up a few times in the last few months and every time it is not 2 hours! My last order I placed at 2pm and didn’t receive a notification till 8pm!. This used to be convenient since having my newborn baby but now I think it’s time to go back to walmart :/

Target is always a pleasure trip for me. Good products at reasonable prices. VERY clean store. Friendly helpful employees. No hassle returns. My favorite place to shop!

I will never go here again. I checked online to verify that they had what I needed on stock. I specifically came here because it said they had it. When I got here, not only was it not in stock, they didn't even have an open shelf where the item would have been off it was in stock. I'm talking tampons, btw. They're all in the same section. It's not like I just didn't find the right location. They didn't even have an adequate substitute, and I needed it now. That wasn't the only thing I intended to get that wasn't there. The shelves are empty, I only saw 5 people total working in the store. It's just not acceptable. They need to staff adequately and stock their store.

For whatever reason there were a lot of empty spaces on some shelves. Especially cosmetics and pharmacy.

Is this the kind of theft that is getting stores closed down? In any case, it's a sign of the times.

The lines stretched past the checkout area and it's no fault of the staff.

This location refused to honor the cat and jack return policy. Customer service rep said they stopped doing it 2 months ago. I know keizer station target is still accepting returns as I know someone who works there, they said some employees deny returns because it's to much work.

Exactly what you'd expect for target. You get all your needs, but none are ever handled well. I had planned an order for pickup at 7pl, and was told it would be ready in 2 hours. Came to the store and was told that they were short handed and that none of their orders were going to be ready that day, but that I could go and look for the items in store and then cancel my order. I tried looking for the product that they said they had in store, but with the help of 4 different employees and the market they couldn't find it. Pretty disappointing, all that to say, they were understaffed and disorganized

Staff service is good. It’s a huge store with wide varieties. Afternoon is good time to visit the store as it looks crowded during evening hours

I went there on a whim while I was high and all of the employees were incredibly rude, they all were standing on little pedestals and completely ignoring me. Absolutely unprofessional, I will not be returning.

Store was pretty clean and the employees mostly friendly. It was a nice experience, but nothing unexpected.

I come the buy a Watch built in GPS,  I asked the lady on electronics for help, she said she didn't have keys to open anything and she told us she wasn't unable to run to the back to get the keys she didn't tell anyone that we needed to be assisted.

Birkenstock Marin

Terrific store inside charming Larkspur hidden gem mall ... for the iconic German footwear brand that's been taking the US by storm!  It's quite the experience to touch and feel these in a Birkenstock-owned store designed with the brand's feel throughout. We were assisted by knowledgeable and courteous Tony & Rose and were pleasantly surprised to find the full assortment in a clean, beautifully designed store, rich with references to Birkenstock's storied brand journey.  We were even able to find the super-hot Boston clogs (repeat NYT feature lately and a celebrity fave), and a surprising 25% sale on some models (a rarity with Birkenstock given they're always in-demand ... we secured a favorite pair still being worn as I write this review.  The store is pet friendly and a giant gentle dog named Bear seemed tickled to smell the fresh leather ... outside the mall feels right out of Gilmore Girls with tons of charm and things to do with kids (turtles! log houses!) and a weekly Sunday food truck court besides a dozen eateries, candy stores, etc.

Called ahead to make sure they have the shoe I wanted. They put it on hold for me. I was on my way to vacation and they were on the way so this was super convenient. Huge parking lot and the shoes were ready for me when I got there. I was in and out in two minutes.  I LOVED this experience. Knowing what you want plus parking/competent staff making shopping painless!

Short staffed and terrible customer service. Got ignored while watching people walk in and receive help. It was as if I wasn't even standing there for 30 minutes waiting. Finally got helped but the person brought out the wrong shoes and the wrong size. They then walked away and did not come back to help. Horrible location to shop at for shoes. I did not receive assistance and was very disappointed. I was even told to size myself and was looked at critically for not understanding European sizes. Deplorable treatment!

The staff here (Sadie and Bunny) were so amazing!!  They took care of so many people at one time it was unbelievable and they did so with smiles, kindness and grace!!  We asked for a millions Joe’s and sizes and they were just wonderful to us and to others in the store at the same time.  I hope you are laying these girls enough that they stay at this store for a long time!!  They both elevate the store and made us want to come back and buy more shoes!!  What a great experience at your store!!

The quality of this place has decreased recently
People don't seem to have the same product knowledge as I've been helped here many times before since january..
Rely disappointing seemingly all of a sudden they can't keep up with clients or displays or stock and the managers are kinda rude and clueless and that one girl with glasses that I only see on weekends is honestly very rude and I took some time to think about it but I think it needs to be said at this point and others seem to good to be there or size properly. If I order I'll stick to online or calling other locations.

She was really polite, patient and friendly. She took the time to help me with my shopping list as I don't know this store well. I loved that she had a smile on her face and did not get frustrated with me and that she did not brushed me off because it was the holiday rush. Thank you Evelyn for being so kind! !!

Went to purchase a specific item on Christmas Eve and one of the employees was able to find it in the back. Another employee was then able to help us price match it to the price we found in the target app!

I really enjoy shopping at this Target. The associates are always friendly and the store is very clean. The associate at the return counter was very helpful especially when I had the wrong receipt. She was able to find it in my purchase history with my redcard. Love this place ❤️

The customer service representative was very patient in working with my cat and jack return. I  had taken  my return to the Lancaster target previously and they refused to honor this policy. I shop a variety of brands for my son's clothes at target and it's nice to have the cat and jack return policy for some items.

Horrible customer service, especially Dasiy she was super mean and rude to me, I just wanted to buy a pair of crocs and I asked her for help and it was like she didn’t hear me or just ignored me. Then I ask someone else, his name was Jayden he helped me with everything I needed, he helped me find the perfect crocs and some charms for it too. I could honestly say he had better customer service than Dasiy.

I called Journey's before actually going to the store to see if they had a pair of boots. They answered the phone in no time and told  me they had one size left that I needed. They put the boots to the side and held them until I got there. So friendly and prompt! My salesperson was Stephanie. Great experience.

Glad I walked in here. Staff were very helpful and friendly. I found what I was looking for, while they were on sale. I brought all pink vans and some great socks to wear w| them. Plan to go back soon for more footwear. Their prices are reasonable. :)

I'm in love with this store. It has all the footwear you can want at an affordable price. The staff is helpful and friendly. I bought a pair of Vlado's and plan on going back soon for more footwear.

I also got some colorful socks that keep my toes warm in this Autumn/winter weather. Journeys is my new favorite urban footwear store.

I love this place but my last visit to this store idk it  looked weird the shoes on display where a mess they did not even tried fix them or anything the shoes where not a good selection eather ?! Whats with that ?! I rem walking in and loving it all . Im that girl that has 300 shoes bc i walk in there bored lol someone is not doing their job right 🤷‍♀️

Birkenstock Village

Great experience! Friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff. I wanted a pair of Glerups for an upcoming trip, however, they did not carry the type of Glerup I was looking for. However, they directed me to a few other options and I bought a cool pair of Asportuguesas. I also needed a new pair of Birks. I thought I knew what size and style, however, I was fitted (for the first time in ages, the entire shoe fitting experience) properly and realized I wear a smaller size and a narrow! My mind was blown.

Overall, a great experience and I was really happy to support a local small business and not buy online. I will be back.

I really love this place. They have a huge variety of really good,  supportive shoes, not just Birkenstocks.  The staff is so knowledgeable, and are very friendly - and patient! They brought me lots of different shoes to try, and encouraged me to do everything I needed to to figure out which were the best ones for me.  And they really support our local community. Honestly, you can't go wrong there.

Ray and their team sold me a pair of the most comfortable boots I have worn in 20+ years!! This a great shoe store!!

Just came for their first day of their summer sale and bought super comfortable cute shoes and had friendly and welcoming and efficient help! I’ll be back!

Store has an amazing assortment but lacks professionalism. I knew which pair of slides I wanted to purchase but the sales “professionals” were to busy trying to assist the walk ins that came after me. I would’ve love to walk out with some sandals but due to the service I will not be returning. It’s not just about the product it truly is how you treat others.

Every single time I go in here, regardless of day or time, the check out lines are outrageous. The lines are either all the way back almost to the grocery section or wrapped around to the bedding section. I haven’t made a purchase in there in almost a year because there is nothing I can’t get elsewhere that’s worth standing in line 1hr+ for. It also has this weird dead energy that just makes you want to leave anyway. I used love Target but this store is an absolute dud.

Every time I come here the lines are extremely long - today for example the line extends from the registers past the pet section. There had to be as least 60+ people in line. I understand if you're short staffed but at the same time this has been going on for months and the self check out doesnt seem to be helping make things go faster.. Besides the lines, I enjoy this store and they usually always have what I need.

I love target however, I have to say that their management and the grocery section of the store is absolutely horrible. I come here to shop and I can’t because what I need is not properly stocked up. This is the fourth time this has happened. As well as expired dates in the refrigerator section. Like what? Not sanitary! Sour cream 2 months past the expiration date. What the hell?! Unacceptable. Check your dates especially dairy and meats. Target staff, get your management in gear!

Friendly staff! This is a smaller store but usually is stocked fully. There is a Starbucks inside the store, carts have beverage holders and are cleaned, entrance into mall & bathrooms are clean. Usually not too busy.

This store’s check out line is horrible, they had self check out for a couple weeks and it was great. Then they took them away, now it’s mid day Saturday and there is 30 ppl waiting to check out and they have 2 checkers and no body to help in the 15 mins I was in line.

Mobility Solutions Prosthetics and Orthotics

"BEWARE" Very Bad management I'm stuck with the shoes I cannot use after they given me a wrong size and they wont exchange it, I would have prefer to go somewhere else. they have very bad service . Very unreasonable long gap appointment schedules and if your late few minutes they cancel your appointment. When your in time for your appointment they sent you to the room and made you wait a 15-20 minutes. (Why?)

Appointments are about 90+ days out from when you schedule your appointment to when you get it.
Other than that, the new facility can be a bit more difficult to get to as there is no on street parking and the driveway comes at you abruptly, but it is well marked.
Office staff are great as well as the rest of the employees.they called me 5 days ahead of my appointment to remind me and to let me know they were in a new location.

I’ve been to two other Prostitist’s here in Salem and hands down Mobility Solutions is the best in Salem, I’d wager to say even the entire state of Oregon.

Amazing customer service.  I had my old made by a different company for over 5 years.  When my old boot was on its last leg they fixed it when everyone else said it was  unfixable and now I am in a new boot made by them and I couldn't be happier.  Highly Recommend

UGG Jersey Shore Premium Outlet

I have been a retail manager for over 20 years. I drove here today to buy 4 pairs of boots. I was at another Ugg outlet yesterday but didn’t buy because they didn’t have all the sizes. One of the boots was marked at 40% off yesterday vs. this location had it at 30% off. I kindly asked the manager if they would honor the price as I was buying 4 pairs. Without even  thought, “No, sorry I cannot”. That is so unbelievable to me to let $500 sale walk out the door. You won’t give the additional $8 off and lose the sale?  No concept of customer service. Date of visit was 12/15, female manager on duty was very rude and disrespectful.

If you thinking about coming to the store, I’m going to give you a heads up. I was waiting online  almost an hour and 10 minutes.. the store is empty. I don’t know why they create a line to go in. You have  little kids and families waiting outside in the cold standing up. this is the only store in the outlet that’s doing this it’s ridiculous. I didn’t buy nothing. The only reason why I stayed in line because I wanted to take pictures and show you guys how empty the store is. every weekend when you come here they have a line. if you want to save time, go somewhere else.

Paul really helped me out today after I was told by the black girl at the register that they don't use apple pay because it wasn't working, I stood around for a minute trying to figure out how I was gonna get my stuff I only had apple pay and I saw Paul so I approached him and of course he was professional an very nice to me, he helped me cash my stuff out with the apply pay that the girl told me wasn't working and I'm grateful for his help I drove 30mins to come here for uggs thank you Paul.

I try to fill out a survey but I couldn’t.  This store is very clean and organized.  Everyone was very nice specially Maureen.  She was very patient and courteous.  She took the time to answer all our questions.  I would recommend this store for their great prices and the employees exemplify customer service.

Manager was Soo rude , I feel bad for the employees... I would not recommend... Sales were good though
