DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse

The worst employees I’ve ever experienced. I can in and 2 rude lady employees deaconed they wanted to rush me out the store. Then they decided to bring a man to yell at me literally not even one second after they told u. The first lady to me I said ok, 10 seconds later another lady came telling me I need to go to the register or leave I said ok again I was just making sure I had the right size and there was a line at the register so I’m not understanding why they decided to all attack me. The men came 5 seconds later and starting yelling 3 hours laterr being childish for a man. Then he wouldn’t stop yelling being disgustingly rude to a woman. I come here often and this was the first time they were this disgustingly rude to me. Unacceptable especially since I am a women

Lack of selection vs online. Also, no Wolverines on sale even though advertised as such. Perhaps I went to the wrong DSW (125th st) or at the wrong time, but barely any waterproof shoes or Coke Haans as in the past.

Misbah and Kayla helped me sooo much with my shoe purchase. I needed support with my coupons and both supported with the process. Kayla is a great manager who helped two employees satisfy two customers. What a great shoe shopping experience.

Great selection and had the exact hat I was looking for. I lost my sunglasses somewhere in the store too and they kindly held them at lost and found for me.
