Birkenstock Feet First

My wife has purchased several pairs of Birkenstocks here as well as other 🥿👞👟👠👢 shoes. The staff and customer service could not be better. They are willing to help you try on as many shoes as possible and give you the best advice for the best fit. They can also order items from other stores and have them shipped to you quickly.

They always have friendly staff and are readily available to help you find something. They are very informative about the product, company, and how they function as far as customer needs. This was on more than one occasion with different staff. Their product is amazing of course so I can't complain. All positive!

Just left and the sales staff didn't seem very interested in helping answer simple questions. She seemed quite annoyed I even bothered to ask her something regardless of the fact no one was in the store and I had walked around obviously looking for something. I didn't even get a hello. I was looking for something to buy today but I just walked out after the very short answers

Walked in Labor Day weekend. Every intention to lay down $$$$. Not one employee spoke or offered any assistance. Actually walked around us as if we were in their way.  Gave us impression that we weren’t good enough to be in the store. Very snooty employee with long brown hair . A friendly smile goes a long way with customer not a snobby look. Hire some people motivated to move your product and not stand and look down there nose at customers.

This shop is incredible. They have great shoes and the customer service is exceptional. They really take care of there costumers. If you looking for nice leather shoes with great costumer service this is your place. I highly recommend this shop.

I bought 3 pairs of birks here recently, and one of them was not in stock. The man working made the process of ordering the out of stock pair very simple and I received them very quickly. The customer service here was just fantastic. Birkenstocks are the most comfortable and durable shoes I’ve ever had, they really last forever. I’ll definitely be shopping here in person instead of going online in the future!

I had a great experience. Gray was very nice and helpful. I bought 4 pairs because I have plantar fasciitis and need better shoe support. I will go back.

Why shop a local store and support them with there is bad treatment like this store gives?  Look at other reviews saying the same thing.  I'll shop online.  This store missed out on a "sure thing" sale.  Customer service would be a zero if I could give it.  Extremely disgusted with the older woman and owner/son of owner/family of owner bald man who obviously needs to work/own a different business even though this is a family business. Oh and your response is a joke.  There is nothing you can do now to win my business and I hope others become aware to shop elsewhere.  I'm expecting my online delivery of Birks to be here tomorrow.  Thank you for nothing.

Love the selection of western wear and accessories. Several employees were very helpful in me finding accessories for my sister. They had a wide affordable variety of belt buckles and such.

Lego’s is a long standing reputable business with tremendous selection of shoes for hard to fit sizes….but I didn’t realize until today how very knowledgeable, well trained and patient their staff is.  I was delighted to have Tammy ask if she could help me and she WANTED to help me find shoes my feet would be happy wearing.  She listened to my foot issues and guided me toward shoes most likely to work for me.  Tammy was top notch and a magician. Together we found 3 pairs of shoes that amazingly “fit MY feet”.  I can’t express my gratitude enough for her willingness to help and her knowledge of shoes and feet.   Thank you Tammy. Lebo’s..you have a gem there.  Keep her! She’s grand.  JHDay

I ordered 2 Wrangler pearl snaps and a couple pieces of jewelry online. I needed them by a certain time so I emailed customer service to get confirmation that it would arrive on time and Melissa Weber got back with me promptly. She was wonderful. Perfect customer service and I really appreciated knowing it would come by when I needed it which btw it did! Will be ordering from here again ♡

Took awhile for someone to be available to help us. After my daughter told the lady her shoe size, the employee came out from the back with several boxes. Instead of just handing us our boxes, she started helping another customer and didn't give my daughter her shoes for another 10 minutes. She never came back to check on us. Fortunately, one of the sizes fit my daughter so we purchased them. Customer service could use some help.

While we didn’t end up buying anything (They didn’t have our size) We had Shirley helping us. She was very professional and helpful. I think I tried on at least 10 different shoes. Shirley had great recommendations, and she checked other locations for my size. I appreciate the help and will be back.

I love this store. I wish they didn't do away with the amazing coupons, but it is what it is. They were bought out by shoe carnival, so maybe new coupons are coming soon.

The staff is very helpful! I explained that we walk a LOT in my line of work (Tallahassee Lassie Pet Care) and I don't buy shoes nearly enough. I needed gym and trail shoes, so I got both! They also let me use the 20% off coupon for each pair!

I found 2 pairs of Reef flip flops at this location for only 34$ each! I love Reef sandals, but they can be really pricey. I was so happy with the price that I bought a black pair and a white pair. I also got a shoulder bag for my flight to CA. The cashier was super cool and shared a little of her last experience with Spirit Airlines. Overall great experience!

They have a large variety of shoes and boots. The shelves are high so you might need to find an employee with the ladder.
The coupons are good. The prices are cheaper than Amazon and you get to try it on.

The best shoe store in town! I’ve been doing business with The Shoe Box for 10 years. Both my husband and I have narrow feet. The Shoe Box keeps us moving. Highly recommend!

This is truly home.of the happy feet . Anyone that has a weird show size or big show size need to come here . Fyi be willing to spend. You will get quality over anything else.

I called the business multiple days, multiple times a day to check on the status of an order and no one ever answered the phone. When I finally had to go the store to inquire about the order and mentioned Calling multiple times with no answer the person behind the desk just rolled her eyes at me and gave me no response or apology.  I canceled the order and called Carroll's boot country and they answered on the first call,  had what I needed in stock and were very nice and professional.

I have plantar fasciitis and it has been so bad lately that I haven’t been able to walk for more than an hour at a time. I went to the Shoebox and the staff member who helped me was very knowledgeable about my condition, helped me find a shoe that would help, and I was able to go to a 3 day music festival and walk the entire time the day I bought the shoes!!! Thank you!!

Nice boutique.  Great variety of men and women clothes and shoes.  Had some good sales.  They even offered to wrap the gifts for us.  A+ customer service!

This place is overpriced and annoying. From the moment we enter the store we're followed and watched like criminals. My wife and I stepped away from them just around the corner to discuss a price and when we turned around the young girl was standing directly behind us and staring directly at us. We just left and won't be back. This is our 4th visit and it happens every time.

Was close by and wanted to buy some new Birkenstocks. Low stock and the two women working were rather rude about it. Highly recommended The Shoe Market over this place any day! I was able to find what I was looking for and they have incredible customer service.

All of the negative comments in here are true. No greeting when you walk in, customers helping themselves, trying on display shoes. When asked, the staff will sort of help. I was going to buy a pair of shoes and the employee went to get a match to the display shoe and didn't even offer to mark it down. Isn't it common practice to discount the display shoe. I'll order direct from Birkenstock or get them from DSW around the corner. But this store NEVER.

Heard they are trying to expand and thus taking over Needbombees location putting them out of business. Well no one needs that many pretentious overrated sandals.

Staff ok but only said hi didn't ask if they could help me.  They have a good supply of shoes.

Staff was friendly and engaging. It was nice to have somebody want to actually help you. Great sale prices and tons of selections. This is also an independent business so I felt great about supporting them.

Odd thing was I called for wrestling shoes they said don't have any.wife called for wrestling shoes they had some, kind of on the expensive side but great customer service overall.Clean store and organized

Hey Dudes, Brooks, Keens, Vans, Nike, UGGs, Altra, Hoka, Columbia, Eddie Bauer, Patagonia, Volcom, North Face, Billabong, Roxy, and many many more. Bike section, golfing, softball, baseball, camping, skiing, kayaking, and much more!!!!! Must visit this store!!!

We drove from the valley to get a Thule cargo box and it was well worth the drive. We had called all around Spokane and no one else was very willing to help us install it. The staff member I talked to was quick to offer help with install and measuring to make sure it would fit on our vehicle.
We will definitely be back for our outdoor needs

Terrible customer service. Was in store forv30 mins. Not once approached by employees. Merchandise I'd overpriced. Salevitems are cheap at best. Will not go back

Nice outdoor store in the middle of town. Good selection of just about everything outdoor related. Little shy on bike accessories  but there are alot of bike shops in town to fill the need.
It's definitely a step up from when it was Tristate outfitters!

Ross Dress for Less

Good prices. Less upscale than TJ Max, but better prices. Just gotta look for bargains and unusual stuff.  I get pet toys and American made dog treats.  Store is clean. Clearance items can be a super buy. Tuesday seniors get 10% off.

Great place to buy clothes and random items at a discounted price. I picked up some decent luggage here for a good price.

This store has declined so much in the last few years. I don't go in very often - usually to see if they have something for holiday decor for a party or to check out shoes. Also the candle selection :)

I went in recently and my God. Busy of course, I get that. CDA is exploding. But I was surprised to see employees dressed like complete slobs. I saw one girl wearing a flannel about 3 sizes too big and hair that looked like it hadn't been washed in two weeks. Another person wearing chucks, jeans and baggy tee shirt. Are you that hurting for employees, corporate got rid of a dress code? I don't even understand the mentality. I see kids dressed better working at Hot Topic. Remember when people had to dress with some modicum of hygiene and semi-professional attire? Ah the good old days.

The lines were crazy, with only two cashiers (yes workers are scarce) but then two employees literally standing to the side, talking and observing the long line. One finally says - well I'm off to lunch! And the other disappears. Leaving the two to continue fending off the horde. How nice. I remember when I worked retail back in the day, if it was busy, it was all hands on deck.

And I get it's hard when you're slammed and you probably hate life, but having it show outwardly and verbally to customers is just bad. One of the girls with her "I'll help the next person in line" sounded like she was calling people over to talk funeral arrangements. I've never heard someone sound more depressed about having to take another customer. I also don't think I saw her smile once during the entire time I was in line until I left. The other girl was completely dead to people trying to talk to her. I saw multiple people try to engage in conversations while she was ringing them up, and she didn't even respond. It was awkward, you could tell. I got the funeral girl. She might as well had a sign on her forehead that said "FML". Said "Hi" and "Have a nice day", but never smiled. Thankfully it was a very quick purchase. You two may need a new line of work.

It's just so sad if you go back through the reviews from four, five years ago. People posted pictures from inside the store and complimented how clean and professional it looked. How great it was to shop here. I do remember when there were adults that used to work here. I remember someone once getting me a cart and saying "I saw you holding some things and thought your arms might be tired haha" Super sweet. I'll never forget that. And people used to say hi and ask if you were finding everything ok. Now if you speak to someone, they act like they might instantly combust on the spot. I used to laugh snobbily when my brother in Spokane talked about how gross his Ross was on the Northside. Well. . .

Ross has been around for decades, along with TJ Maxx, Marshalls, and other discount retailers. They're a staple. My younger sister used to work at a Ross. But I guess now with online shopping, managing a Ross just isn't something to care about anymore. I haven't see the same decline in the other stores. Maybe it's a corporate management thing. I don't know.

No pride in working, no pride in professionalism, no pride in customer service. Sad.

I go here often almost weekly. But now I have visited twice and twice cashiers don't think it's their job to cashier! What horrible service and where's the manager! They are in the back doing manager things! That is what I was told.

Clean store, well-lit parking lot. The store was clean and well-organized. Didn't seem to be too many people to help at 9:30 at night. Didn't have a very good selection of men's casual shoes. I would have given five stars if there was more help and more selection of men's casual shoes.

Ordered a pair of Uggs from their website. They were shipped in a matter of hours and delivered in two days. Couldn’t ask for much better than that for shipping across the country. 100% authentic Uggs, and great shopping experience.

I have ordered on line several times.   Shoes came packaged so nice and arrived quickly.   Would absolutely order from them again.  Highly recommend.

I have been to this store on a number of occasions and bought hey dudes. Today I was looking for a pair of the UGG Clogs. None of them are out to actually try on so I walk to the register and wait in line and ask a girl for a size 8. She walks to the back and there aren’t any back there, so she goes and gets them out of storage. I am still browsing around, she comes back to me with one shoe, hands it to me and then walks away. I proceed to try it on but it’s hard to tell if you are going to like a shoe without actually walking in it and it’s hard to walk around and actually be able to tell if you are even going to like the shoe with only 1 on and if I’m going to pay over $100 for a pair of shoes I would expect to be able to try on both and not be treated as if I’m going to grab them and run out the door with them. If the store had been incredibly busy maybe I would have understood but there was one other person in there at this point. I tried on the shoe and decided to purchase but didn’t know what to do because the girl had left the box and other shoe behind the counter and I had no idea. If you guys have a high volume of shoplifters maybe have your employees stay with the customer while they try them on, especially when there aren’t a lot of shoppers in there like when I was there. This just left a bad taste in my mouth when I had previously loved your store. And I actually don’t like the UGGS that I bought once I was able to actually walk around in them in my house, so will be trying to sell them online.

The sales clerk knew the friend that I had brought there. The clerk was very knowledgeable about the store inventory and worked to find a pair of shoes that would fit and be pleasing to my friend. I also observed her being very engaging with the customer she was already helping when we arrived at the store.

Amazing store!!! Clean, organized and wonderful selection!! They have a selection that you can’t find anywhere else local! Friendly staff and great prices make this my go-to shoe store!
