Birkenstock Feet First

My wife has purchased several pairs of Birkenstocks here as well as other 🥿👞👟👠👢 shoes. The staff and customer service could not be better. They are willing to help you try on as many shoes as possible and give you the best advice for the best fit. They can also order items from other stores and have them shipped to you quickly.

They always have friendly staff and are readily available to help you find something. They are very informative about the product, company, and how they function as far as customer needs. This was on more than one occasion with different staff. Their product is amazing of course so I can't complain. All positive!

Just left and the sales staff didn't seem very interested in helping answer simple questions. She seemed quite annoyed I even bothered to ask her something regardless of the fact no one was in the store and I had walked around obviously looking for something. I didn't even get a hello. I was looking for something to buy today but I just walked out after the very short answers

Walked in Labor Day weekend. Every intention to lay down $$$$. Not one employee spoke or offered any assistance. Actually walked around us as if we were in their way. Gave us impression that we weren’t good enough to be in the store. Very snooty employee with long brown hair . A friendly smile goes a long way with customer not a snobby look. Hire some people motivated to move your product and not stand and look down there nose at customers.
