Birkenstock Feet First

Was close by and wanted to buy some new Birkenstocks. Low stock and the two women working were rather rude about it. Highly recommended The Shoe Market over this place any day! I was able to find what I was looking for and they have incredible customer service.

All of the negative comments in here are true. No greeting when you walk in, customers helping themselves, trying on display shoes. When asked, the staff will sort of help. I was going to buy a pair of shoes and the employee went to get a match to the display shoe and didn't even offer to mark it down. Isn't it common practice to discount the display shoe. I'll order direct from Birkenstock or get them from DSW around the corner. But this store NEVER.

Heard they are trying to expand and thus taking over Needbombees location putting them out of business. Well no one needs that many pretentious overrated sandals.

Staff ok but only said hi didn't ask if they could help me. They have a good supply of shoes.

Staff was friendly and engaging. It was nice to have somebody want to actually help you. Great sale prices and tons of selections. This is also an independent business so I felt great about supporting them.
