Great outcome on 9 year old rugs. Extremely pleased with all aspects of Chem-Dry of Rowayton's operation and Mark is a pleasure to work with.

Mark arrived at the expected time and spent 2 1/2 hours on my rugs. He did a fantastic job and the price was reasonable . This is the third time that I used him and was not disappointed.

Mark, the owner of ChemDry of Rowayton is responsive to phone messages, very knowledgeable and professional  He was most accommodating working with the special circumstances of the job.   (removing dirt and blood stains from the dated carpet of my 103 year old mother). My mother liked how personable Mark was and LOVED the results of his work. Definitely would recommend!

Alejandro was the first to call us back after a leak in our basement, and quickly came over to review and provide a proposal on a Saturday. He was very knowledgeable and organized, understanding and reasonable. We quickly scheduled the water drying and mold remediation work, and the whole team was so friendly, professional, respectful, and helpful—even when on their own for daily check-ins. Also extremely flexible and punctual due to our tricky schedule. High quality and excellent service—would definitely recommend!! : )

PuroClean ( Ridgefield / Wilton location) did an amazing job from start to finish. They were very quick in response to a major water leak in my living room due to a water heater bursting above my unit. They were pleasant, informative, cooperative, and flexible to my needs and the emergent situation at hand. They were effective and quick in the fixing and gutting of the area. Very grateful for them.

After a fire, my insurance company hired PuroClean of Wilton|Ridegefield to remove the contents of my house.  They came within hours of the call to assess the situation and started the job right away.  They really went above and beyond and worked with me to sort through burned, wet and moldy debris to find a few things that were important to me.  The project manager was very available and responsive. He spent a lot of time talking me through all of my emotions as I watched my things go into the dumpster. They worked quickly and cleanly and I highly recommend this company as they made a very bad situation bearable and much easier than I thought it could be.

Quick, clean, efficient, friendly, professional. My experience: I left a message with after hours voicemail at 8 PM, Drasko called me at 9, setup a site visit site for 8 AM the following morning, assessed damage in 30 mins. The crew (lead: Manuel & crew member: Walter) carefully removed the damaged areas without wrecking surroundings (and even saved the removed bathroom tile without breaking it), cleaned up effectively, and did it all quickly. Very impressed.

Greg and Tara are a great team.  Cleaned our offices and removed all the puppy stains/smells. Highly recommend them.

After using a "Local" steam cleaner "Company"...

Had a "Steam" company try to clean 16 year old, contractor grade, you know, the Builders Grade "Cheap" stuff....

On time, a third day helper and a 5 year "Experienced Operator"..
For some odd reason, there wasn't any truck vacuum gauge reading...actually should have been as close to 30 in HG as possible...I'm nosey .....I look.....

Told us it'd take 12 to 24 hours to dry?.....Hmmmm
something wasn't right....seems like there was an odor we
didn't have before, and the Machine Head marks, stayed in the carpet....wouldn't vacuum out....
Called to discuss issue was told there would be a "Service Call" charge to come back out...about 2 weeks into it.....carpet was looking like it did before "Steam" was used...well, let's try something different....
Called Advanced ChemDry, and spoke with Greg.....set up an appointment....

I waited a bit to compare or "Let's put this to the test and drop a meat ball".....Normally I'd be "upset" with another "white spot" cleanup mark...actually, it's like it never happened if ya get it right...unlike that "Steam" company.

Francis and his team were outstanding! They immediately came on site after a failed sump pump flooded our finished basement and were calming, kind, and showed concern. Within 12 hours, the entire basement and its contents including wall-to-wall carpeting and wet sheet rock had been removed and discarded. We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend their services!

Francis is extremely professional, kind, trustworthy, friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. I can't recommend him enough - both for his work and him as a person. Today was his last day working with us and we'll both sincerely miss working with him.

My partner and I are new home owners and are going through our first storm damage loss. We are extraordinarily grateful that Francis is who showed up. He immediately put us at ease, was willing to walk us through each step of the process, and even went above and beyond to be present to explain his findings when our insurance adjuster arrived.

Southwest Chem-Dry

Marco & Josh came out this morning to clean the seats of my Toyota Corolla. They did an amazing job! Extremely polite & were done in about 30 minutes.

Marc and Josh were courteous, professional, and efficient.  I was very happy with this team.  They did a great job renewing our old couch.

They just left and I am so impressed I had to hop on immediately and leave a review. It's the holidays and they were able to schedule me in to clean my large sofa in just 2 days. My sofa was so dirty from three kids and it looks brand new now. They showed up promptly and were professional. It took less than an hour. It wasn't super loud at all. The gentlemen who cleaned the sofa were so kind and professional. We will 100% be using them again!

Marc came out and professionally cleaned 2 chairs for us. Chemdry did a excellent job. Will definitely recommend them and will use them again! Thank you

I called SW Chem Dry to do small job, made appointment for next day, man arrived on time, assessed the stain, brought the appropriate materials. After the treatment his power scrubber wouldn't work, so he said "I'll just do it by hand" and he did. Personally, I am moved by ingenuity, quick thinking, and the drive to succeed. I want this guy on my staff! And by the way, the stain is completely gone.

The Maids in Burlington

The Maids came to my house today for a "deep clean." The team of 4 did an incredible job and had our whole place looking fantastic in only a few hours. The girl who cleaned the bathroom was in there scrubbing hard and worked some kind of magic (I've tried cleaning that a few times.. didn't look as good as when she did it). The oven.. also not sure how they did that, but also looked great. Our windows had mildew and were awful, they look great now! I think it would have taken my wife and I two days of work to get this all done, and I'm glad we decided to get the help here. My only regret is that I haven't been doing this annually. I will definitely  be using them again. Thanks Maids!

New to the area and needed a timely clean-up in our new home. The group of girls that showed up were friendly and efficient, cutting our move in time by a significant amount. They were helpful in offering to move various construction buckets and cleaning in and around the area.  Given the amount of work there was and the timeline we had available, the service was excellent and I would absolutely have them back for periodic deep-cleans.

We had used the maids to clean our home twice a month.  The work was inconsistent at best; depending on what "team" was available on a particular day.

However, just recently, one of their employees stole $15 in cash that was left out in a glass jar during an unsupervised cleaning.  This was money that my kids had just received in the mail from the Grandparents for a holiday card.  Classy move Maids..

Needless to say, we will no longer use this service and would suggest finding an alternative.  Who knows what else they could have taken over the time we have used them...

On 11/2/15, we had a house cleaning by the Maids; when i returned to our house, the front door was wide open, and the Maids were gone! The storm door was closed, but not locked, and the storm door allows complete visibility into the front hallway of our house. Our house was completely open to whoever wanted to walk in and rob us or surprise us when we came home from work.

I called and expressed my concerns about my house not being locked after a cleaning service had completed their work. I spoke with Robin, operations manager, who indicated that i would hear from the GM; i have not heard from anyone. Robin also mentioned a 'small discount', which i have not seen. A cleaning service has the responsibility of securing the residence when they are finished, otherwise they are 'opening the door' to, at the very least, a very disatisfied customer.

Hired this cleaning service to do a thorough cleaning and was HUGELY disappointed by the quality of their work! What I got was at best a Superficial cleaning and they even left their trash behind. Master bedroom rug wasn't even fully vacuumed. They charged over $700-totally outrageous. They claimed that 5 people cleaned for 4 hours-not quite sure what they were doing-they wouldn't  even touch the inside of the dining room chandelier as it is over the table(duh!) and their 3 step footstool can't reach it! Find a different cleaning service!

Jonathan Kellogg and Jay Armstrong were right on time and were very professional. They were able to get the dryer vent cleaned very quickly. They even informed me the vent hose was not up to current code and instructed me on how to get it up to code. When I returned from the hardware store they even stopped when I saw them again and instructed me on how the pieces went together and crimped the elbow pieces for me. Super nice guys.

Our water softening system sprung a leak from a broken pipe. We did not discover until hours later. We called Puro Clean and within 24 hours someone was here and eager to get the job going. His name is Austin, he was not only polite, professional but absolutely awesome overall. He took both of my great danes in stride which is sometimes difficult but they became friends. I definitely would recommend Pur Clean and especially Austin!! You will NOT be disappointed!!

We managed the job for our neighbor who had significant water damage in her summer cottage. Vince, from puroclean , arrived and was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable. He explained in clear terms the problems and issues the home owner confronted. He outlined very clearly the next steps which must be taken to resolve the multiple problems existing. Over the  next four days, Vince dealt with and resolved the problems. We were incredibly impressed with his work and highly recommend him.

Patrick Family Chem-Dry

We have been using the Patrick Family since they took over for the Perugini Family for Chem-Dry, whom we used to use in our area. We love supporting and working with family-owned businesses and when I tell you that felling hasn't skipped a beat since transition, it's the truth. Customer service was prompt and accommodating as i dealt with one of the owners direct, thanks Teresa, and Robert was a gentleman and respectful of the home when there doing the cleaning. They did a fantastic job on our large sectional and carpet and everything looks and smells great, ready for our kids and pets to go back in there and mess it all up although it looks so good i have keep it gated off for a couple days to enjoy it. The dog isnt happy. I also used them to do a large carpet cleaning project at our office building which as expected came out great. I appreciate their services, enjoyed working with them and will continue to use them in the future.

Highly recommend this company! I was thinking about getting new carpet but then I thought I would give cleaning a try. What a transformation! I thought it was not only new carpet but a new color!! Excellent service, very knowledgeable of carpet cleaning procedures and methods, and the professionalism and customer service was outstanding. Robert Scarveles was the Master Technician that provided the carpet cleaning service in my home from Patrick Family ChemDry and rather than just letting me pay for services I didnt need, he provided guidance to a more customized service which inturn did provide the best outcome for less cost.  My Carpets are 6 years old and I have 3 dogs; a pug, a Pit Bull, and an English Mastiff. They are big mess makers, not a lot of, "accidents" on the carpet but they love to play in the mud and be outside and inturn made the carpet just dirty and obviously smell like dogs. Robert worked hard and did the job without complaint and I loved his personality and enthusiasm. The final outcome could not have been better, its literally like I had brand new carpet. I  will absolutely use Patrick Family ChemDry for all of my carpet cleaning needs in the future, and I will for sure will request Robert for the task/s.

Patrick Family Chem-Dry did an excellent job cleaning my rug. They got the job done quickly, and it looked much better when I picked it up. Dave did a great job! The customer service was excellent and they were very responsive and helped me get my rug, which was a gift from my grandmother, back in much better condition. They were very kind people which made me feel well taken care of.
