Advanced Chem Dry

Greg and Tara are a great team. Cleaned our offices and removed all the puppy stains/smells. Highly recommend them.

After using a "Local" steam cleaner "Company"... Had a "Steam" company try to clean 16 year old, contractor grade, you know, the Builders Grade "Cheap" stuff.... On time, a third day helper and a 5 year "Experienced Operator".. For some odd reason, there wasn't any truck vacuum gauge reading...actually should have been as close to 30 in HG as possible...I'm nosey .....I look..... Told us it'd take 12 to 24 hours to dry?.....Hmmmm something wasn't right....seems like there was an odor we didn't have before, and the Machine Head marks, stayed in the carpet....wouldn't vacuum out.... Called to discuss issue was told there would be a "Service Call" charge to come back out...about 2 weeks into it.....carpet was looking like it did before "Steam" was used...well, let's try something different.... Called Advanced ChemDry, and spoke with Greg.....set up an appointment.... working as a Husband and wife team, I was amazed........ Tara and Greg were freakin' awesome......, Excellent People ,to say the least, I learned a lot more than I thought... Their pricing was well within budget and with the condition of "Original" carpeting....I'll be honest....I wasn't expecting the results....That Old saying "Happy Wife Happy Life"?...I was stunned it looked so good....So was she, my wife, and that odor...gone... Even with Our Bear..... I waited a bit to compare or "Let's put this to the test and drop a meat ball".....Normally I'd be "upset" with another "white spot" cleanup mark...actually, it's like it never happened if ya get it right...unlike that "Steam" company. Thank you Tara and Greg for all your time and information on how to handle messes, and yes, I did use a meatball..... Hands down, Tara and Greg have earned our Trust, Their work ethics and job Rating....Excellent Will I use them again?.....Count on it.......5 Star
