The Maids in Burlington

The Maids came to my house today for a "deep clean." The team of 4 did an incredible job and had our whole place looking fantastic in only a few hours. The girl who cleaned the bathroom was in there scrubbing hard and worked some kind of magic (I've tried cleaning that a few times.. didn't look as good as when she did it). The oven.. also not sure how they did that, but also looked great. Our windows had mildew and were awful, they look great now! I think it would have taken my wife and I two days of work to get this all done, and I'm glad we decided to get the help here. My only regret is that I haven't been doing this annually. I will definitely be using them again. Thanks Maids!

New to the area and needed a timely clean-up in our new home. The group of girls that showed up were friendly and efficient, cutting our move in time by a significant amount. They were helpful in offering to move various construction buckets and cleaning in and around the area. Given the amount of work there was and the timeline we had available, the service was excellent and I would absolutely have them back for periodic deep-cleans.

We had used the maids to clean our home twice a month. The work was inconsistent at best; depending on what "team" was available on a particular day. However, just recently, one of their employees stole $15 in cash that was left out in a glass jar during an unsupervised cleaning. This was money that my kids had just received in the mail from the Grandparents for a holiday card. Classy move Maids.. Needless to say, we will no longer use this service and would suggest finding an alternative. Who knows what else they could have taken over the time we have used them...

On 11/2/15, we had a house cleaning by the Maids; when i returned to our house, the front door was wide open, and the Maids were gone! The storm door was closed, but not locked, and the storm door allows complete visibility into the front hallway of our house. Our house was completely open to whoever wanted to walk in and rob us or surprise us when we came home from work. I called and expressed my concerns about my house not being locked after a cleaning service had completed their work. I spoke with Robin, operations manager, who indicated that i would hear from the GM; i have not heard from anyone. Robin also mentioned a 'small discount', which i have not seen. A cleaning service has the responsibility of securing the residence when they are finished, otherwise they are 'opening the door' to, at the very least, a very disatisfied customer.

Hired this cleaning service to do a thorough cleaning and was HUGELY disappointed by the quality of their work! What I got was at best a Superficial cleaning and they even left their trash behind. Master bedroom rug wasn't even fully vacuumed. They charged over $700-totally outrageous. They claimed that 5 people cleaned for 4 hours-not quite sure what they were doing-they wouldn't even touch the inside of the dining room chandelier as it is over the table(duh!) and their 3 step footstool can't reach it! Find a different cleaning service!
