A place NOT recommended to renew your driver's license. My experience was not good. When you have any health problem, no matter how small, a lot of problems, a lot of mistrust... in the end I managed to get the renewal but I didn't like the treatment in general.

I have been going to this center for several years and they have always treated me very well, both at the reception and two general medicine doctors, they are very humane, professional, they are with each person what they need. Some thieves. In October I started a 3-session laser treatment to remove a sun spot. After giving the 3 sessions the stain does not disappear so they recommend giving another 3 sessions. From December to May I was waiting to start this new treatment. They said it was broken. 6 months to fix a laser!!!! I requested a refund of my money, 500 euros, and as of July 16 I'm still waiting...2 months and without my money, dragging my feet since then. Reviewing opinions, I'm not the only person who doesn't get their money back, there are more people who have been robbed. Do not contract services with them, you risk running out of your money.

In March they sent me a message saying that they were temporarily closing due to a breakdown; The laser session that I had scheduled was scheduled for almost a month later.
Yesterday the same thing happened to me again. I received a message in which they canceled the appointment I had tomorrow first thing in the morning and without giving me an explanation of when more or less I could reschedule it, since they do not answer the messages.
The girls who serve are very friendly and I understand that if a problem arises it is no one's fault, but even more so than trying to find a solution.

The renovations are complete, and things look very nice. Once again small  parking area is available.

A highly recommended hospital.
Now everything is much cleaner and more organized, making it easier to find your query.
The personnel is very friendly. I highlight Doctor Prado from traumatology.
It has free outdoor parking and a cafeteria.

Simply unfortunate. I have also notified my insurance. Paying for them not to provide the service, it cannot be. A private emergency service where the doctor does not deign to get out of his chair. 3 last visits to the emergency room here, where you have nothing, 3 subsequent visits to the social emergency room where there was something and complementary tests.

Doctors all from outside, there must be a reason. Covadonga Hospital does not deserve anyone to trust it. Avoid it if possible in the emergency room

100% recommended, especially if you go with children. After going to another dental clinic with my 8-year-old girl and not having a cavity filled for fear of the needle and wanting to sedate her, I went here based on a recommendation from a friend and I can only say that the doctor has a wonderful hand in treating the children, he didn't even realize that the anesthesia had been injected.

1. My health insurance does not prescribe me at any time to have a curettage every year, but you have gotten that from God knows where.
2. In the previous 15 years, carrying out the annual cleaning with my insurance in the province of Toledo, they have done it completely normally and without having to perform any curettage, in fact, some of the times they have indicated to me that it was perfect.
2. What a coincidence that all the negative reviews of the clinic are about doing the annual cleaning and saying that you are going for the insurance, is it for a reason?
3. As they say, it has nothing to do with cleaning on your own or through insurance, which at least has not been demonstrated to me.
4. I repeat again, if you are not interested in health insurance, do not collaborate with them because to treat the client who is on the safe side, you do not collaborate and they are better off.
5. Lastly, I spend my money how I want, for what I want and where I want.

I went to have the annual cleaning that my health insurance includes and before entering I mentioned it. The receptionist came into the room where the dentist was (I understand that to tell him that I was going for the insurance) and when I passed I told him that I have always had problems with inflammation of the gums and that it had been two years since I had a cleaning. He told me that he didn't think it was too bad that he was going to "go overboard a little bit," so much so that he was done in 2 minutes. What they did to me and nothing is practically the same, I have lost my annual cleaning but they do charge from my insurance. I don't know what the care of this clinic is like in general, but I certainly don't recommend it at all if you have insurance and from what I see in the comments I'm not the only one.

The treatment has been very good from the first moment, they quickly gave me an appointment to carry out a review and cleaning with my insurance. They have been attentive, appointment reminders and although I had to change the day there was no problem. They have even given me tips to manage my dental health. From my point of view they have done a very good job, painless process and attention to detail.

When they assist me they tell me that the skate cannot enter the center, but at no time have I seen any sign announcing it, they tell me to leave it between the two doors because they keep an eye on it (they will keep a close eye on whether they are wearing a hat and with a line that you can't see the street door) I ask them if they will take charge if it is stolen and they tell me no
Therefore they don't treat me and I go home with the illness.
I plan to file a claim for leaving me without medical attention

Deplorable center and attention. The pediatric service is not covered after 7 pm and they do not provide emergency general medicine services because they are children. They tell us to go to the León Hospital and send the bill to Adeslas to see if he is willing to pay it. They make it clear that they treat you as clients and not as patients. The coverage and assistance of this insurer is getting worse and worse.

To make things even worse, when you call they have a receptionist who doesn't understand anything at all, a little serious, we paid a lot of money for some terrible professionals. Every day we are getting worse in Leon, and asking for a specialist has a ridiculous waiting list, it means having private insurance for nothing.

It's a shame how the trauma service and the center work. I had to be treated this summer and since I was out of my city I went to this center, and when I left, they did not give me the medical report necessary for rehabilitation treatment. I called to make an appointment with Dr. Antonio Rodríguez, who was the one who treated me, so that he could send me the medical report by mail so that I could be referred to the rehabilitation clinic and after four scheduled appointments, in which I did not receive any type of I called from the doctor, the only answer the center gave me was to reschedule an appointment. The treatment they gave me had to be blind and conservative because there was no medical report and there was no way to contact the doctor. The health care operation of the center is a Kafkaesque shame, both on the part of the doctor who ignores up to FOUR scheduled telephone appointments and of the center, incapable of sending me a mere copy of the medical report that the doctor is supposed to prepare when he visits you, something of which I doubt supremely.

I've been trying to get through for 5 hours and they don't take the call. It seems to me a lack of respect and professionalism, if they see that they are not arriving, not receiving new users.

They charge €75 for the psychotechnical when the traffic fee is only about €20... In other sites it's half that. On top of that, they don't accept credit cards... I don't recommend it at all. Better look for other alternatives, there are.

This afternoon I took my son to a sports medical examination, the tests they did on him were shameful. They charged me €55 to take his blood pressure and hide it. You can't deceive people like that, especially when it's a health issue. .

A good hospital. One of the super friendly people at the reception resolved by phone an authorization that I was missing and without which I could not have had a treatment at that moment, which I needed quite urgently. The same was true for the people who were in the emergency room and who treated me excellently. Something very appreciated. There should be many more people this kind in the world. I congratulate all of them.

Bad attention. Overflowing emergencies after a holiday and only 1 doctor attending. Minimum wait of 2 hours. This center is not recommended.

I want to thank the Hospital for an operation on my mother. The treatment was very good close, attentive whenever he was well and at the minimum they saw they intervened, it's nice to meet people like that and they don't treat you as numbers as many do but as sick human beings who are not there for fun. I recommend it 100%.
And Susana is also a heaven of a person, she solved problems I had with some appointments and immediately helped me with a smile or earring from my mother every day and a smile is nice.
I also want to thank the physiotherapy service at the Recletas de Tres Cruzes center for their good treatment and good work done. Especially Tamara is a charming girl, always attentive, a worker of 10, always smiling and as a masseuse, she is truly priceless, she is a glory with her, I have a 10 left. Recommended of course without a doubt.

If I give one star it is because it cannot be valued with less.
The service that both the center and the Recoletas Hospital are providing is shameful.
Answering the phone must be preferential treatment for God knows who, because I've been calling for three days trying to make an appointment and they must be too busy with coffee to do their work. I do not understand how paying almost €70 a month for private healthcare can mean for this group that they are offering the same care or even worse than public healthcare.
I have made an appointment at another private clinic, I repeat, private, for a month from now.
A month of waiting to be treated in private healthcare. This city is crazy.

I want to thank the physiotherapy service for their good treatment and good work done. Especially Tamara, she is a charming girl, always attentive, a 10 worker, always smiling and as a masseuse she is truly priceless, she is a glory with her, I have a 10. Recommended of course without a doubt.

Dr. Bardel treated me at the Recoletas Hospital. It seems that he was in a hurry to attend to me, he didn't explain anything to me and he caught me late. And I spent exactly 7 minutes consulting. He does not take his time examining the skin, he only seeks to serve clients quickly to make money. In addition, there are many agreements with pharmaceutical laboratories and they only prescribe those products to you. Agreement with Avene etc. Also, of course, since the consultation lasted 7 minutes, he prescribed a cream (EPIDUO) that discolors fabrics and he didn't warn me.

One hopes that when paying to be served they will not serve you in such a hurry. I paid 95 euros and Dr. Bordel gave me a treatment that did not solve my problem and she treated me in less than 10 minutes. They should explain and look closely at the patients' problems and follow them up.

Terrible attention. Today, 05/02/23 in the afternoon, I had a visit with a specialist. I called to verify that the visit was still valid since I have an hour away. They responded to me that they could not give me this information over the phone. When I arrived they told me that the visit was cancelled. When I asked how it was that they had not sent me a message, the surprising response was: "people don't read them." They didn't send me an email either. Very unprofessional attention.

I find it embarrassing that I attended an appointment and since I forgot my glasses, they didn't want to do it without giving me any option and wasting my time, so I had to make an appointment for the next day and when I was leaving the session there was another client who had forgotten his glasses and they told him “don't worry, we'll find you some and solve it”, they didn't give me any option, what is that called? Discrimination? Negligence? Incompetence?. He continued at the center because I already have many paid sessions but it is a shame and even more so when they tell you that it is due to “COVID protocol”, but first the COVID protocol apparently is elective among patients and secondly when I went to hire it well they lent me some Of course because they were interested in me hiring, right? Shameful.
