A good hospital. One of the super friendly people at the reception resolved by phone an authorization that I was missing and without which I could not have had a treatment at that moment, which I needed quite urgently. The same was true for the people who were in the emergency room and who treated me excellently. Something very appreciated. There should be many more people this kind in the world. I congratulate all of them.

Bad attention. Overflowing emergencies after a holiday and only 1 doctor attending. Minimum wait of 2 hours. This center is not recommended.

I want to thank the Hospital for an operation on my mother. The treatment was very good close, attentive whenever he was well and at the minimum they saw they intervened, it's nice to meet people like that and they don't treat you as numbers as many do but as sick human beings who are not there for fun. I recommend it 100%. And Susana is also a heaven of a person, she solved problems I had with some appointments and immediately helped me with a smile or earring from my mother every day and a smile is nice. I also want to thank the physiotherapy service at the Recletas de Tres Cruzes center for their good treatment and good work done. Especially Tamara is a charming girl, always attentive, a worker of 10, always smiling and as a masseuse, she is truly priceless, she is a glory with her, I have a 10 left. Recommended of course without a doubt.
