Answering the phone must be preferential treatment for God knows who, because I've been calling for three days trying to make an appointment and they must be too busy with coffee to do their work. I do not understand how paying almost €70 a month for private healthcare can mean for this group that they are offering the same care or even worse than public healthcare.
I have made an appointment at another private clinic, I repeat, private, for a month from now.
A month of waiting to be treated in private healthcare. This city is crazy.
I want to thank the physiotherapy service for their good treatment and good work done. Especially Tamara, she is a charming girl, always attentive, a 10 worker, always smiling and as a masseuse she is truly priceless, she is a glory with her, I have a 10. Recommended of course without a doubt.

He does not take his time examining the skin, he only seeks to serve clients quickly to make money. In addition, there are many agreements with pharmaceutical laboratories and they only prescribe those products to you. Agreement with Avene etc. Also, of course, since the consultation lasted 7 minutes, he prescribed a cream (EPIDUO) that discolors fabrics and he didn't warn me.
One hopes that when paying to be served they will not serve you in such a hurry. I paid 95 euros and Dr. Bordel gave me a treatment that did not solve my problem and she treated me in less than 10 minutes. They should explain and look closely at the patients' problems and follow them up.
Terrible attention. Today, 05/02/23 in the afternoon, I had a visit with a specialist. I called to verify that the visit was still valid since I have an hour away. They responded to me that they could not give me this information over the phone. When I arrived they told me that the visit was cancelled. When I asked how it was that they had not sent me a message, the surprising response was: "people don't read them." They didn't send me an email either. Very unprofessional attention.
