asked several times if I would like help. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Avid this store, I had a awful experience, bought an item and returned it on the same day, was given a receipt that it was credited back to the card i used. The money was never returned to my card, when I went in 3 weeks later with both receipts I was told to contact my bank, which I did while in the store , and they said the my account never got the refund, I talked to the “owner” he was incredibly rude and combative, I was honestly shocked at the way he talked to me, calling me names and talking to me like a child, telling me to shut up and that he didn’t care and ultimately telling me to get out, saying he didn’t care if I got my money back. Unprofessional, horrible customer service, 0 stars.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of specialty screws that you can't find at Home Depot or Lowe's.

Every time I've visited this store, the store manager/owner has been incredibly rude.  He acts if he doesn't want to be bother with certain people, but extremely friendly with others.  There seems to be a bias there.  I will not go back.

Walmart Supercenter

I have used their pick up service a few times now but items aren’t picked with care. Such as fruits and vegetables, the pickers definitely need some training and management should oversee quality of the orders. They also never pick up the phone. You can call at different times on different days and nothing they will let it just ring. I tried calling through the store number and select grocery pick up and forget it.. phone will ring 3 minutes until someone picks up and doesn’t say anything which very unprofessional and rude. I live close to this store but I will rather keep driving to the Estrella Parkway location the pickup team is much better and nicer and the inside of the store is also much bleaker and better stocked.

Staff was super friendly and helpful in finding an item I was looking for.A it the only reason I did not give them 5 stars.
It does not always feel the safest.  Going there by myself. Does not seem to be in the best of neighborhoods.

I haven't went into a Walmart in a couple of years. Honestly because the internet shows you so many ranchy things. This walmart was good. The way the aisles are shaped are a little confusing and go different directions. But other than that I was able to get really cheap hangers.

This review is strictly regarding curbside pick up. The employees are sooooo slow and it takes forever to get your items. It's always more than the 5-10 minutes that the app says. This last time there were a lot of cars and 2 employees right outside the door just chatting. Might have been faster if I just cancelled my order and went inside to get it myself.

This Walmart is very dirty.  They don't use the cashier lanes a lot and there's a ton of dust on the shelves.  My cashier was very nice and helpful.  The employee in the Christmas section was on the verge of a meltdown. He was pacing and talking under his breath.

Budget Blinds serving ALL of Northeast Ohio

I ordered silhouette sheer shades for my home through Budget Blinds and I couldn’t be happier with the product, the service, and the installation process. The shades are gorgeous  —they let in just the right amount of light while providing optimum privacy. There were so many great options I could choose from and Eric made the selecting and ordering process quick and easy! The service was also superb and everyone I had contact with were so helpful and accommodating. The shades were installed quickly and the installer was courteous and professional. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the shades and the process of ordering blinds from Budget Blinds!

I just called to check hours and this location is not a showroom. It also does not serve all of North East Ohio. It only serves certain areas according to your zip code. At least that is what I was just told on the phone. I would recommend calling first before wasting any of your time.

I have never been so impressed with a contractor in my LIFE! Our Ace Handyman, Van, was super professional, always on time, and courteous to boot. He got the job done perfectly, replacing the operator on our old window, and it looks just like new! I'm so, so appreciative to the rest of the team for all the time they put in researching it! That whole team deserves a raise.

UPDATE: Just had John over to repair the lights in my kitchen and the ceiling downstairs. What a wonderful experience! John was professional, on time and incredibly knowledgeable. 5 stars all the way!

We had some fallen sheet rock in the garage ceiling.  The handyman office gave me an estimate based on pictures they requested, for just the work that was immediately needed.  John arrived and discussed the fix with me.   He completed the work as scheduled, and the job looks excellent.  Scheduling was convenient, and I expect to contact them again when I need more work.

Derek and Rob were amazing, knowledgeable and professional. They handled a very difficult door install very well. I would highly recommend using this service. Price was very affordable, especially in today’s market. I will be using them again!

Bob gathered the specs for our door work.  AAron did a great job of installing new thresholds and jambs for the old door set.

We wanted to install a custom vertical cable rail system along the open side of our stairway with very limited space to work with. Robert and Ace Handyman Services were the ONLY vendors we reached out to who could actually scope and execute the project. Robert was extremely professional and spent hours on the phone with me discussing every detail, measurement and options for materials. He shared links for products, the pros and cons of each and how he planned to install them. Once we settled on the details and execution, he and his partner showed up on time and knocked it out it one day. We can’t say enough good things about Robert and his calming professionalism. The Home Depot Chihuahua Norte

Great selection of products and amazing discounts/deals for many of their lineup. I've managed to buy a washer/dryer from them individually and each had an amazing discount. So good I had to pay that same visit because it was more than a 50% discount on these brand new items. The catch was one was missing the electrical cable which I bought at a local hardware store by my house and the other was just because it was the last unit in the store.

Client attention was very good. They didn't have the laundry machine I was looking for but they sent me down to their other southern store where they did have it stock.

Good selection of items for home repairs. Bought mosquito netting and expanding foam filler.

Great Place to work, it's like a small city on the inside.
With dry cleaners, gym, CVS, Starbucks,"yes a Starbucks "
Multiple eating areas (like restaurants)& daycare with a full function school & playgrounds, greenspace outdoor basketball complex and walking trail.
Early in the morning before the crowds come to work, it's like being on a cruise ship early in the morning.

Purchased plumbing. Equiptment with the agreement that there would be 30 per cent off with first purchase after acquiring Home Depot credit card .  Got first billing statement and no discount of 30 per cent. Spent all day with 4 different departments. Basically the run around and no satisfactory conclusion. Would never had made the purchase

As of today my wife and I are currently trying to get Seventeen Thousand dollars credit back on our Home Depot card.  Never even started the kitchen remodel.. store 110 Home Depot are deplorable.  Can’t ever resolve matter.  If it doesn’t happen today we will call fox five news and hire an attorney for damages.  They keep charging us for cabinets we don’t have!!

I mistakenly scratched off my pin on a Home Depot gift card. No one at my local store knew what to do. Customer care still has not retrieved my pin. I was told I would be getting an email on options to get an e-gift card or wait for them to recover the pin. I’m still waiting on a email or call. I’m not giving up, it’s $50.  Home Depot please train your store employees on how to handle situations like this. It’s sad that no one knew what to do with this situation

I ordered from the website a Wen Jointer. The delivery date was supposed to be the next day. It didn't arrive, so I talked to customer service. Customer service said that they would have to file a complaint and this will take a few days. I said I would rather cancel the order and get it elsewhere because I needed it quickly to finish a project.  Customer service said I couldn't cancel. I guess I'll be returning it as soon as it arrives because when someone says "I cant...", I'll show them  that I can. The Home Depot website says next day delivery.  Don't believe it.

Gabriel w Ace just built me a set of very simple deck stairs on the back of our house to exit out our sliding glass door. The quality of the finished steps is absolutely wonderful. They look fantastic and were super affordable. The final cost was $200 less than quoted because it didn’t take as long as he’d initially planned. And the clean up afterwards was spectacular. Sawing/cutting a lot of lumber leaves a lot of scrap/sawdust. I could see it all during the build. By the time he left there wasn’t even a trace of sawdust anywhere. Really outstanding job! Highly recommend!

Tony Z. Was a great communicator prior to arriving at the job. Friendly and professional. Finished installing a storm door for me and I could not be more pleased with the work! The office staff were also very responsive and helpful! Good pricing. Would definitely recommend and use this company again!

This service was wonderful. The scheduling was easy and the communication was clear and helpful. Tony did a great job on our project (fixing terrible pocket doors), explained everything he was going to do in advance (including possible places for additional charges) and then completed the job on time and on budget! I can't believe the lousy experience for how great other reviews were.  Hired Ace to replace a few rotting boards in my deck in anticipation of having them refinish it, wall off the space below the deck to block raccoons from getting under it, and remove a bunch of old paver blocks we had in the way.  The Handyman did most of the work, disconnected a railing that was never a problem but now swings around, charged a 2nd $110 fee for another guy to show up to take the pavers (who then forgot to take the last 4 bricks) and promised to return with a new step once we got rid of some ants (next day) but never came back.  Arrived more than 1/2 hour late and left early both days, but still got billed for the entire quote.  When I called the office manager to explain all this, she said it would be an additional bill to COMPLETE the job.  NEVER AGAIN!

School of Rock

I work at the School of Rock. It's a great place to work, and a great place to learn to play music. We teach kids as well as adults. We've been lucky enough to reopen after the whole Corona virus scare and now the rehearsal rooms are filled with music once again. However we are being very careful to social distance from one another. It's a great place for kids and adults to learn how to rock out and work together in a band.

We are so happy with our experience over the past 2 years with School of Rock! Everyone is so wonderful with our 8 year old son. We would recommend to any kids that are into music!

Our son came in as a beginner never playing guitar before, and within a few weeks has gained confidence in the basics of his new instruments. He recently told me that he wished that SOR practice every day instead of only twice a week. This place totally ROCKS!

I can tell my daughter has found a place that she loves to be.  She anticipates each lesson and practice.  She practices at home and is excited about growing as a musician.  A lot of times, when asked how something went, the response is "fine," or "good," After leaving her School of Rock lesson, there is always excitement and eagerness to share what was learned.

My son has been a student at the School of Rock Cleveland West for for over five years now and he plans to continue until he graduates from high school.  He loves it that much!  His voice and guitar teachers are top notch and they encourage, engage and challenge him to continually expand his musical skills.  He loves performing in the shows and is now very comfortable onstage in front of an audience at the young age of 13.  I highly recommend the School of Rock for any kids (or adults) who are not only interested in music but want to learn in a professional and fun environment.

Clean, but poorly stocked. I went there to buy socks and underwear. Found the socks, but the underwear department was in total disarray. I also wanted to pick up a package of Potato salad and a Rotisserie chicken for dinner. At 3:30 p.m. in the afternoon there was NO chickens for sale, and no deli attendants to be found, so I put the Potato salad back....and stocked by Burger King on the way home.

This Walmart was 1 not very close to my home, but  I needed a specific car cleaner and looking online found that Walmart carried it.
I didn't know where in the store to find it.
I found a young man who was stocking things near the front of the store and he was able to quickly and correctly tell me exactly where in the item was .
No need for me to wander in an unfamiliar store and waste my time not finding what I needed.
And the store was very clean, and well stocked.

Went in with a grocery list. Then decided I wanted some fried chicken went to the Fried Chicken counter no boxes were ready to pick up and bring out and nobody behind that huge Department to wait on me. So I went up to Publix

Sabina at the pharmacy was soooo very helpful in getting my prescription transferred that I was unable to get filled at any other pharmacy due to a shortage. She was so kind and took the time to get all my information and call the pharmacy to have it transferred, and I am so grateful!!! Thanks for the great customer service, Sabina!
