The lady at the register was wonderful. She seemed worried that I was going to carry a bag of soil across the parking lot and asked several times if I would like help. They were all very friendly and helpful.

Very organized store and helpful employees. They saved the day for me and went above and beyond to help! Antonio is the man!!!

Avid this store, I had a awful experience, bought an item and returned it on the same day, was given a receipt that it was credited back to the card i used. The money was never returned to my card, when I went in 3 weeks later with both receipts I was told to contact my bank, which I did while in the store , and they said the my account never got the refund, I talked to the “owner” he was incredibly rude and combative, I was honestly shocked at the way he talked to me, calling me names and talking to me like a child, telling me to shut up and that he didn’t care and ultimately telling me to get out, saying he didn’t care if I got my money back. Unprofessional, horrible customer service, 0 stars.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Great selection of specialty screws that you can't find at Home Depot or Lowe's.

Every time I've visited this store, the store manager/owner has been incredibly rude. He acts if he doesn't want to be bother with certain people, but extremely friendly with others. There seems to be a bias there. I will not go back.
