Great Place to work, it's like a small city on the inside. With dry cleaners, gym, CVS, Starbucks,"yes a Starbucks " Multiple eating areas (like restaurants)& daycare with a full function school & playgrounds, greenspace outdoor basketball complex and walking trail. Early in the morning before the crowds come to work, it's like being on a cruise ship early in the morning.

Purchased plumbing. Equiptment with the agreement that there would be 30 per cent off with first purchase after acquiring Home Depot credit card . Got first billing statement and no discount of 30 per cent. Spent all day with 4 different departments. Basically the run around and no satisfactory conclusion. Would never had made the purchase

As of today my wife and I are currently trying to get Seventeen Thousand dollars credit back on our Home Depot card. Never even started the kitchen remodel.. store 110 Home Depot are deplorable. Can’t ever resolve matter. If it doesn’t happen today we will call fox five news and hire an attorney for damages. They keep charging us for cabinets we don’t have!!

I mistakenly scratched off my pin on a Home Depot gift card. No one at my local store knew what to do. Customer care still has not retrieved my pin. I was told I would be getting an email on options to get an e-gift card or wait for them to recover the pin. I’m still waiting on a email or call. I’m not giving up, it’s $50. Home Depot please train your store employees on how to handle situations like this. It’s sad that no one knew what to do with this situation

I ordered from the website a Wen Jointer. The delivery date was supposed to be the next day. It didn't arrive, so I talked to customer service. Customer service said that they would have to file a complaint and this will take a few days. I said I would rather cancel the order and get it elsewhere because I needed it quickly to finish a project. Customer service said I couldn't cancel. I guess I'll be returning it as soon as it arrives because when someone says "I cant...", I'll show them that I can. The Home Depot website says next day delivery. Don't believe it.
