Drybar - Fort Worth

Convenient way to get a wash, blow out and style for an event or more regularly. Prices were reasonable.
Everything is Drybar branded products and hair tools. Unfortunately my curls fell within the hour, but my hair still looked nice for the photos.

So I requested a cosmo style (defined curls) and they didn't even last an hour. Yes product was used. By the time I got home and did my makeup, the curls were basically gone! I also requested the curls start about cheekbone level...yeah, they missed the mark

The front desk were so rude, also they charge my little daughter same price for adult even they didn’t put any products in her hair and when I asked about the spray at the end, she tried 3 empty bottles. I called the manager , and she was rude as well.

I went this evening and had Megan as my stylist—she was awesome!!! Gave me a great wash and my hair looks beautiful!!! My hair also feels so soft and fresh, I loved my experience!

Never going to question where I need to go to get my hair done ever again. My lovely gal Jackelyn C. really did an amazing job and I couldn’t be any happier! I mean just look at the photo, her work speaks for itself!! 10/10 the salon vibes are also pretty immaculate!

The Skin & Body Co. Brazilian Waxing

Kristie is such a great esthetician - and beyond her waxing skills, also is so great at making you feel relaxed and unbothered even with the pain. I have pretty sensitive skin, and general jumpiness with waxing, but she does a fantastic job with making the situation as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend for people who are nervous or new to waxing!

The shop itself is also completely lovely -- sleek and clean and quiet, and very professionally decorated and appointed. Look forward (as much as one can) to returning!

This was the best experience I’ve had with waxing! Not only did I walk in to a warm greeting, the studio was so clean and the environment was welcoming. My brow artist Miliah was amazing! She was so sweet and my brows came out perfect, I will definitely be going back.

I give this place a 10 out of 10! HIGHLY recommend!! My esthetician Miliah is one of the sweetest people out there! She will take care of you above and beyond what you would expect from a regular visit! I always look forward to going because she is so gentle, patient, and understanding! I've never felt more comfortable in what can be a quite vulnerable situation (Brazilian waxing, etc)! If you are a first-timer she will make you feel like you've gone there for years!! My next appointment can never come fast enough! Thank you ladies for all that you do!!

I had been seeing Kristie for months at her old job and was happy to find out she has her own place now. Never thought I’d have a painless waxing experience, but she’s the best! Always so professional and easy to have a conversation with. Not only will she make you feel comfortable, her room is very clean & she definitely uses the best products out there. Highly recommend her!

This is a fairly new establishment. Kristie and her partner have  learned the very best methods and use the best products for your waxing experience.  I’m telling you, their methods  are practically  painless, Kristie is extremely careful, and you get a sleek  result. - Centrally located, easy parking, online appointments. Do try them!

Drybar - Dallas - Uptown

Went in for glamorous waves. 2 hours later I left looking like a joke version of Shirley temple. Green haired stylist said the style was difficult for her and blamed it on the length of my hair. They didn’t charge me because it was clearly awful. Never again.

I was seated promptly. My original stylist could not do my hair and had to switch with someone even though I have curly hair listed. I’m glad she changed because in the end I had a great stylist.

I’m a lawyer and get my hair done at least once a week because I need my hair to look good constantly. - so im not writing a bad review for no reason. The only reason I went to DryBar today is because my usual hairdresser is closed on Friday evening (and who is pricier than DryBar) was closed that afternoon. Trust me when I say this was the worse blow out I’ve even gotten in my life - I would have gotten the same result had I done it MYSELF. I have fine hair but a LOT of hair. Not only did my technician not know how to correctly wash my hair (she was only scrapping the top of my hair!!) but my hair was frizzy and I had to literally tell her how to do her job! My legs literally started shaking as I needed my hair correctly done that night and my hair looked the worst it ever had - just like I had got into a rainstorm. I got furious and my face got red when I saw how my hair looked and literally asked to have another technician finish my hair. Well, the second one wasn’t even better. Please read carefully the other reviews because they’re right! Avoid this place! They’ll also give you a side eye when you leave if you complained (which you should have someone gives you a terrible service!!)

I called and was fortunate to get a same day appointment. My stylist was Subrina and she was AMAZING. She was so friendly and did a fabulous job on my hair and I will book again with her.

I had an amazing experience at this Drybar location. I have thick and curly and unruly hair AND three rows of extensions - my head is NOT an easy job which is why I am sometimes reluctant to schedule blowouts. From the very beginning, I felt extremely comfortable in Celest’s chair. She transformed my wild hair into a tame, smooth, beautiful masterpiece in just one hour. She was kind, professional, and definitely knows what she’s doing behind the chair. I will absolutely return to this location and am considering getting the monthly membership, as my experience was that good.

Drybar Fort Worth Hulen

I am completely in love with this place. The customer service, professionalism, and cleanliness are top-notch. I highly recommend this place as I have never seen my hair look so beautiful and it lasted for four days, looking completely natural. I received numerous compliments on my hair and I will definitely be returning.

If you're looking for that fresh from the salon feel this isn't it. I wish I had done it myself. I asked for the Cosmo with volume and it fell flat. I'm not even sure she used a round brush for lift. The curls lasted but it just didn't have any wow to it. The stylist was pleasant but the experience was mediocre. I'm glad I opted for the complimentary glass of champagne.

Marilee does a fabulous job of listening to her clients. She is a professional and works with you to optimize your hairstyle. Staff is courteous and attentive. Love the location and easier parking. ✨💛✨

Excellent atmosphere. Steve does a great job with the haircuts and beard trims.

Besides being fantastic stylists, they are great people who make getting your haircut alot of fun. No boring weather talk around there!

Steve and crew are awesome and amazing.  My first time there, was an excellent experience.  I've never been to a true full service old school barbershop before, and he was very helpful and Informative on what he is doing and using. Great products, friendly service and awesome personalities all tje way around.

Edited:  received a call from the owner who apologized for this experience.  I appreciate that so much.  My prior three experiences here were phenomenal.  I understand that the young ladies working there that night did not reflect the professionalism of the entire salon.

Prior review:  I arrived at 5:17 on Thursday, December 21, 2023.  The front desk attendant asked what service I wanted and I asked for a hair wash.  She turned to two young ladies and asked who wanted to do it.  Both stated they had dinners to go to and could not do it.  The front desk attendant then said, “Sorry we close in 40 minutes so we can’t do it tonight.”   I understand changing business hours (the door says 7 but she said they close at 6 now) but I do not understand turning away a customer 40 minutes before closing.  I am truly disappointed.

Salon 202 & Day Spa

Full time RV'ers, took a chance to see if I could get a pedicure and luckily Jess had a cancellation and fit me in!
Found the place was very clean, staff was very friendly and professional.  Not only was I able to get a pedicure, I also got my brows waxed and a trim!
Definitely a place that you should check out.

Horrible!! I went in to go lighter slowly. Was early for my appt. My hair hadnt been touched in over a year...I didn't even want a trim. She fried my hair and took off 8 inches And layered it To try to hide the damage.!!!...she turned it orange and white!!...Ruined my hair over 6 months ago and it's still trying to recover! The 1st pic is when I went in, it was long, dark and healthy...$206 later..(fee for using a card) I  can even post proof of payment!!!...i wanted to cry...do not recommend this place! Even the lady at the counter was super rude!! DO NOT GO THERE!!

Emily was very sweet and did an amazing job on my hair. I showed her a photo of what I wanted and she worked with me to make my experience a great one. I will be going to her from now on, for all of my hair needs and wants.

Dry It Salon

I called one morning asking if they could do french braids on my hair. They said “Yes, we could do that.” She got the french braid done but put absolutely no product in my hair, the bangs i went in there to hide were still poking straight out, and she proceeded to charge me $40 for braids that fell out within the NEXT HOUR. I would not recommend seeing her for braids.

Beautiful place and the staff is so nice! I got a shampoo and blow dry and loved my hair! The environment is wonderful and you feel so welcome:)  definitely going to go back

Shear Madness Haircuts for Kids

These two ladies were so wonderful!!! They were slammed but still got us in on Christmas Eve! Honestly I didn’t realize how busy a hair place would be - our mistake but really appreciate how kind they both were with my daughter and even though they were busy they took the time to make sure it was done right! Thank you so much! Fans for life!

The ladies cutting hair here do a fabulous job! Love bringing my kids here and I'm sure in a few months or so when my youngest has enough hair, he will go here for his first hair cut!  For reference, my oldest son has a lot of cowlicks in his hair, and each lady there has done a really good job of shaping the hair cuts to take those into account and make his hair look great!

We took our daughter for her first haircut. As we checked in we ended up waiting almost 10/15 past our appointment time until we were told to pick a chair. Our stylist without considering the type of cut WE wanted for our child had our 3 year old choose between long, short or medium. Each time I continuously tried to explain what WE wanted she would talk over me. During the “cut” I noticed she was barely cutting anything off of my child’s hair, not even half an inch. She continuously spoke about inappropriate topics in front of our child including a time she caught her grandchild, drinking tequila. Not appropriate!! After the appointment as they were putting together our first cut package, we waited almost 20 minutes for that package. We spent more time waiting in the lobby before and after the appointment than the actual appointment itself. I was at the counter waiting to pay and the receptionist found it more important to answer phone call after phone call as I stood there and waited to pay for my child’s services. We didn’t receive everything the package included. I paid $55 for a 10 minute uneven haircut 2 rubber bands and some glitter. Didn’t even receive the type of cut I requested. It just so happens as I was leaving a tip on my receipt, the stylist and receptionist were openly speaking about how her last client “didn’t leave her a tip” but then realized they left her a cash tip instead. It made me very uncomfortable as I was signing my receipt. Not the best experience for a child’s first haircut. Ripoff and very unprofessional.

Took my almost 2 year old there for a haircut because he doesn't let anyone touch his head and had a bad experience the last time he got his hair cut. But at shear madness there was lots of fun stuff to keep him happy and distracted he even let the dresser use clippers on him! When he did get upset a couple times they were patient with him and quickly got him back to being happy to finish the haircut in a good amount of time!

We enjoyed our visit ! Short and sweet how we like it. Great haircut ! Fun place and we like the stuffed animals and books they offer for sale. My son enjoyed a movie and playing with a pop it while getting his haircut (thank you for accommodating my autistic son ). His favorite was the sitting on the Dino. He enjoyed his lolipop after. The price for the great haircut was the best of all. Would highly recommend!

Blo Blow Dry Bar

I was in town for a wedding. My daughter and I needed blow outs. Found this place. The stylist were so friendly and we loved our hair.

Always awesome to go here. Love it. Highly recommend over any salon in town

My makeup stayed on from 10 am - 1am the next day! My hair stays in tack forever and I absolutely love them here!!

Spoiled myself with a blow out before a big show and was super happy with the time, care and result. Great price and great results.

I have been to this location twice & have enjoyed both experiences! The ladies are kind & do what hairstyle I want perfectly! I do have tape in extensions & they are able to give me the blow outs I need properly! Love this place & will def be back!
