Paul Davis was selected to restore our basement after a pipe burst on Christmas Day. Three months later, which was expected, we were told a crew would finally be coming to our home to make the repairs. The first crew spent weeks working on our basement, and it was clear that they had no clue what they were doing. I alerted Paul Davis of my concerns, and they reassured me things would be ok. I was very skeptical, and I should have been as I have never seen drywall do terrible. The rough ceiling pictures are what crew 1 said was "done" and at which time Paul Davis was ready to invoice me. I informed them on how terrible the work was, then a second crew was assigned to come re-do the entire ceiling and finish the remainder of the work. This process took over two months with multiple visits and revisits. The ceiling was finally right, but still there were lots of ugly areas elsewhere that I had to decide to ignore for the sake of finally getting my home back. Once the second crew was "done" I still had to replace some recessed lights as they did not install what I asked for, and I still have some drywall and trim cleanup and repainting to do. The quality of work is inconsistent as one crew does everything, whether they know how or not. I expressed my dissatisfaction to deaf ears. Paul Davis's response about the first crew was that "those were Mark's people"...I don't care. I signed a contract with Paul Davis, but apparently they do not take accountability for their subcontractors subcontractors or whatever was going on. Needless to say, I would never recommend Paul Davis.

We had a major water issue that required kitchen floor and bathroom tear out. Cody and his crew were amazing they came in and cleaned up someone else mess, and did a great job got the job done! Would highly highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! My basement flooded and they were out here immediately with the evaluation and removal of everything damaged. Lindsay and Matt were both extremely professional and efficient even dealing with my 3 year old wanting to talk to them every 5 seconds! Over the past few days while the basement was drying Lindsay was over the top amazing with communication, times she would be there to check on everything, and answering my questions. I would recommend this company for anyone going through such a highly stressful situation!

There were gaps in the process which took longer than I had anticipated but because of good communication between the team and the homeowner (me), it all worked out in the end. The excellent workmanship more than made up for the time it took to complete the job.
