Super pleased with the team from PuroClean - Andy, Jamie & Norman! They were responsive & kept in communication throughout the process. They were very knowledgeable about the mess in our home & did an awesome job cleaning things up. Grateful for the peace of mind they provided!

We recently had a major sewage backup in our basement. It was evident that the cleanup was beyond our skill level. PuroClean came to our rescue. I commend all those employees who provided the remedy. Shara is delightful. Tommy was professional and timely. The team of Deji and Edvin spent a considerable amount of time moving, sanitizing, cleaning, etc. I was very impressed with their work ethic and sensitivity to my distress and many questions/requests during the several days they were in our home. Thank you, Deji and Edvin, for making a most difficult situation tolerable.

PuroClean came to the rescue @a time of our home being in contract to sell & during an unusual midwestern freeze within days of Christmas morning! They were prompt in arrival, professional in assessment & timely in addressing the three immediate issues of safety 1st, stopping the issues & preventing further damage. Communication was clear & concise both immediately & throughout the process whether it was with the team & leader on site or staff in office. PuroClean acted on my behalf w/my home owner’s insurance providing daily estimates, photos & all updates. They surpassed my expectations on their availability to me & my insurance co. throughout the process! PuroClean took the steps to test for air & mold quality saving my insurance thousands by knowing which items, such as kitchen base cabinetry & flooring could be saved & deemed safe w/their high tech equipment! The midwest & my area in Ohio was experiencing a shortage of professional grade dehumidifiers & house fans due to the winter storm, yet PuroClean delivered, saving my home in many ways; in expense & in efficiency, as the rebuild could begin sooner than later w/less damage. PuroClean was a most valuable team player, working w/both myself & realtors, They provided us the reassurance, labor, equipment & data needed to finish the home & get it to premium quality for the sale! Do not recommend. There are a lot of positive reviews for this company, but note that the majority of reviewers have no other Google reviews and I'm suspicious of whether they are legitimate. I had a toilet leak that damaged the floor of the bathroom and the ceiling of the room below. They were quick, effective, and helpful while performing tear down. The reconstruction process took about 6 months total, and was a *horrible* experience. Demolition occurred mid October. I was given a tentative schedule for reconstruction. I did not hear from them at all, reached back out, and was given a new date. This happened repetitively, and reconstruction didn't start until mid January. The repair itself was even worse than the waiting. They consistently scheduled to be a the house on a given day, and would either be hours late or would not show at all. There was no communication between the contractor doing the work and Puroclean. I repeatedly (~5 times) took work off or scheduled someone to be at my home to let them in, only for them to not show up at all or only be there for a very short period of time. To make matters worse, they did a very poor job. They cut tile inside our home without any kind of dust collection or mitigation, they even left the door to the attached closet open and covered the bathroom and everything in the closet with dust (I'm not even sure how they made so much dust with a wet tile saw). The tile was entirely uneven and the grout immediately started chipping and cracking. After I complained to the project manager, they came back and attempted to fix the grout multiple times. The end product looked (and still looks) significantly worse than the original floor. Total time to replace a tile floor ended up being 7 months, and Puroclean was consistently disorganized, unhelpful, and unprofessional. It would've been cheaper and easier for me to take a week or two off work and do the job myself.

Your reconstruction crew, Deji and Edvin, skillfully restored our bedroom and bathroom ceiling after wind damage led to water leakage from our roof. The ceiling actually fell down to the floor, creating a snowfall of blown-in insulation. The PuroClean crew assured us that they would rebuild our ceiling and blow in attic insulation. They showed expert workmanship throughout their five day project from moving furniture, drywall ceiling repair and stippling to the final stage of painting. They conscientiously communicated with us following each day of work to explain what to expect with each step of the process. Thank you, PuroClean, for sending us your experienced, competent team!
