Absolutely amazing! They were great to work with and did an amazing job. The entire crew was amazing. Cynthia, Thad & kaorie were great to work with and did a fantastic job! The paint jobs looking incredible. Absolutely loved them and will be working with them again.

Cynthia arrived in a timely manner for the estimate.  Cynthia and Gary handled the replacement, painting and hardware for a new exterior door.  Jay worked remarkably long hours installing tile on a bathroom floor.  The estimate was high but then I had underestimated the amount of work and time involved.  Expect the best!

Angel was so nice and helpful in scheduling my job, and Cinthia was kind enough to let me know of an earlier availability, arrived on time and assessed my projects to prepare a proposal. Excellent service so far. Also, very happy with the Ace brand, which I trust to be very dependable.

I was scheduled within 48 hours of making an inquiry.  Daniel was professional, courteous and arrived on time.  He did an excellent job installing the AC window unit neatly.  It looks great, and he did a thorough job cleaning up when he completed the job.

I will certainly use them for future projects.

I recently had Koala Insulation insulate my attic, and I couldn't be happier with their service. They were highly professional, arrived on time, and did an excellent job. The team was efficient, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Koala Insulation for any insulation needs.

My experience with Koala Insulation was stellar! From estimate to installation. I also got much more for my money in comparison with another well known company!

Communication was super quick and less than 48 hrs after my initial online inquiry Neal was at my house giving a free estimate. He was SUPER thorough. He spent over an hour at my house. First waking the entirety of my attic in the blazing summer heat, taking pictures of everything, and then talking through all his recommendations for my particular setup and different options he could quote. Very friendly and helpful and made me want to use them even before seeing the actual price. Which again, ended up cheaper than others I asked!

Jonathan, Cole, and Ryan continued the positive experience with their on time and quick installation. Communication with Jon and Bethany regarding when they would arrive was quick, clear, and accurate. The install crew was also very friendly, professional, and kept me well informed about what all was going on which I always appreciate. They were in and out quickly and cleaned up after themselves.

A short while later, the second crew arrived to install the solar fans I opted for. They were equally friendly and professional and got things done quick. Both phases of the project done in the same day!

I chose to leave this thorough review because I have nothing but positive things to say about Koala and always want to share and support companies when that is the case!

Jason and Jon handled everything from the office side. Very professional. Never felt like we were given the run-around. Cole, Jonathan, and Ryan came over to do the actually insulation. They were great. Polite, fast, and cleaned up when they left. Attic insulation looks great. Estimated job time of 4 hours took only 2 hours. Couldn't be happier.

The crew at Koala insulation did a great job.  The first good impression was, they worked well my schedule. The salesman was able to meet with me at 5 o'clock on a Monday and the installation team came on a Friday morning. The installation team was very respectful of my property. They took the time to insure that nothing was damaged or left in a mess. The owner was polite and quickly responded when I had questions via email or phone call. I would definitely recommend Koala insulation to anyone in need of their service.

I used Ace Handyman service to help me with a number of tasks around my home while I was in the process of moving in. Nate put together bed frames and boxspring kits, unloaded my mattress in a box, put together a cart, and worked with me to reprogram the garage door openers. He worked steadily all afternoon and went the extra mile to break down boxes and take them out to the garage when complete. Nate is very professional, helpful and easy to work with. It was such a relief to have his assistance!

Excellent service from Glass Doctors! Glass matched as identically as possible to my brand new Cadillac, whose window was busted only 1 day after purchase. This was the fastest response I could have asked for, and he was extremely friendly and very gentle with my new car. He also didn't mind when I sat outside to watch, as I've never broken a window before. Thank you so much to you all, super fast service and no more rattling glass in my door.

The service was great!  Arrived on time, finished in a Jiffy - though for the first appointment they noted that the insurance company had not advised they needed a windshield with crash detection.  When they went back to get a new one there was a downpour so we had to wait, but they kept me informed and updated every step of the way.

Premier Pools & Spas

Procuring a pool is no easy feat. So many contractors and choices. I’m about halfway reality the build with these guys and I’m pretty impressed. Exceeding expectations and milestone dates.

They have also minimized the damage to the yard and kept the site very very clean.

From initial consultation to final fill and startup, the Premier Pool team was great! We are first time pool owners and had a ton of crazy questions along the way but Chip, James, and Ward were all about helping us understand the process and give us peace of mind. There were hiccups with scheduling but it’s just the time we live in right now with worker shortages and supply chain issues. Either way our pool still got built faster than any other pool builder we contacted! Any issue we had, James was quick to jump on it and get it fixed! After relocating from the Midwest to Alabama, the Premier pool team gave my family something to anchor us here and set down roots. I went from public enemy number one in my house to Superman!! It was definitely money well spent on a great family investment with a great pool company! Again, I can’t say enough about the entire team, everyone was super friendly, super helpful, and put their heart in their work! We are already working out the details on our next project and upgrades!!

Without a doubt, James and the team at Premier Pool and Spa are the only team I’ll trust with my pool and spa business!

We had a great experience meeting with Chip Farrell at Premier Pools. We were very impressed with the information he supplied us with and the detail of the 3D presentation and pool design. We had previously met with several other companies and this by far exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend them if you’re in the market for a pool. Puroclean came to my home for an estimate. Took measurements, had some communication regarding floor pricing and where to go to pick out floors, then never heard from them again. I thought we had a good relationship from the start, I guess not. I reached out but no response. Not very professional in my book.

A few months ago, I ran out of gas in front of Puroclean. I am not from here and have no family here, but these guys didn't know that. I sat there for maybe 2 minutes before a man came from the building and asked if I was okay.. told him I ran out of gas and within 30 seconds; he and another man was back at my car with a gas jug and wouldn't even allow me to pay them. I cant speak for the services they provide; but the willingness to be a helping hand and FAST, speaks for working with the public on it's on and the company they work for. I wish I would have gotten their names! You're so appreciated!

Puro Clean sent two technicians right away. John and Shawn were on time, professional, and thorough. We have used Puro Clean twice for water damage and would recommend this company and the employees.

I was at a loss when a storm caused a tree to fall thru my roof. Jerral was there to help and guided me thru the entire repair process. When Puroclean finished the job, my house was like new! Thanks Puroclean.

Koala Insulation of Chattanooga

Koala did a great job blowing in the insulation.  They answered all of our questions, plus took  pictures to show us, ( since we can't climb ladders.)   They cleaned up after they were done.  The guys were so kind and friendly.  We highly recommend them !!

I highly recommend Koala Insulation! Moe & his team have been wonderful from the moment they answered the phone. Polite, courteous, prompt, great service and a great price. These characteristics are hard to find these days in any company. They were able to add me to their calendar quickly. Arrived on time and worked within my work schedule.   They added insulation to my attic and installed an attic door barrier.  I can already tell a difference that my home is able to stay cooler and retains a more consistent temperature.  I had spoken to a different local insulation company prior and never proceed with them due to price & attitude. So again, I would tell everyone to contact Koala when you need insulation. I am very pleased.

Moe came out to my home to provide an estimate for attic insulation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in giving me a better understanding of the process and needs of this project as well as breaking out pricing for specific options. The installers, Chris and Elijah, arrived on time and performed the work quickly. They were professional and cleaned up after the work was finished. I highly recommend Koala Insulation.

PuroClean Emergency Restoration

My upstairs flooded and came through the ceiling to the first floor. Caleb and his crew were super responsive. They showed up the same day that I called. They took the time to explain everything they were doing and what the restoration process would be. They went above and beyond in getting our carpet and furniture cleaned. We highly recommend their services and would use them again.
