PuroClean Property Restoration Services

Had a great experience with PuroClean. I recently put in a new AC and the installers didn't check that the condensation was draining correctly and they also didn't add kill switches for when water started to build up. So a week later when two upstairs bedrooms, the hallway, and the ceiling in the garage were damaged by water dumping down I googled for a restoration company. I called John with PuroClean and he was there in about 20 minutes to check out the damage and start working on restoration. His team were in quickly to tear out the wet stuff and start drying everything. It was very reasonably priced. John took care of providing all of the contractors to come in and replace everything and it was professionally done. They worked hard to meet my schedule and were flexible but prompt. They even found a piece of an old intercom system that was in my house and had gotten wet causing the rest of the system to mess up. His electrician found the part and came out and replaced it. Highly recommend PuroClean.

A slow leak in the dishwasher caused an extreme amount of mold inside the walls. They came out and addressed the situation, then after removing the molded material and treating the remaining structure, they tented the area and placed a commercial size dehumidifier and heater. Mold and odor gone!

John and team helped us replace our living room ceiling earlier this year due to a leaking upstairs shower. Great experience start to finish. Quick turn around and all of our mold concerns were taken very serious.  Thanks

When mold appeared in our garage, we spoke with several companies. John, the owner, was the only one who discovered the root cause (water damage from leaky pipe in shower). He was very professional, made sure we had a full understanding of the issue and answered all our questions. He put us at ease and made us feel confident that the issue would be handled properly.

We were VERY pleased with the removal of the mold, along with the construction work on the garage wall and ceiling. If we ever need a contractor to repair water damage, etc, PuroClean will be the first company we call.

Working with this company was as nice as could be, from start to finish! Super prompt to reply and schedule, super helpful and did such a nice job!  I hope I won't need them again but if you're dealing with water damage, don't hesitate! I'll also say they were half the price of another restoration company I got a quote from!

The final product turned out even better than the original order. His level of communication never left us wondering, which can be rare these days. Very impressed!  I reached out with an issue with my doors deadbolt fully engaging.  Dakota responded the same day was able to tweak it and get it working very quickly.  I will definitely be calling him when I am ready to replace my door!

Kyle and Lucas came out to install a new furnace in our old home. They were on time, professional and courteous. They did a great job and we so appreciate the company and their inspections!

The service techs for both Mr. Rooter and Air Serv had to coordinate efforts to get my boiler system up and running this morning and it was practically flawless. All taken care of within just a couple of hours, start to finish,  unreal! The office staff is just as stellar, willing to do whatever it takes to make it all look easy. Good hands to be in.

Our initial contact with AireServ was with Jared as our furnace failed to start.  He showed up within a few hours and did a complete review of our furnace and determined we needed a new heat sensor.  We were so impressed with his professionalism and knowledge that we decided to replace our HVAC system as ours was 20 years old and was causing issues that would require a service call.
Ian talked to us about options in a wide range of costs and features.  At no time were we pressured to choose any particular system.  Instead, he provided information to help us decide which system would work best for our needs.

Ace Handyman Services Sioux Falls

Brian replaced 3 outdoor electrical outlets and 7 indoor light fixtures. He discovered he had the wrong parts for outdoors and had to go find others. He did not charge for that tine. He was careful and clearly explained his work. I am pleased with his service.

Through no fault of their own, Ace Handyman had to reschedule the installation of my garden shed doors.  The last crew had to figure out where someone else had left off after leaving the job uncompleted, but they managed to create a barn-door effect for my shed doors and reuse the old hardware.  Great improvement!

Scheduled an appointment. Individual arrived as scheduled. Promised a quote within a few days. Still waiting for that quote. Never heard so much as a peep. Will not recommend to anyone. No communication since day they stopped to check out the job. Since been done by someone else.  I have read lots of reviews stating the same thing. Guess they must just cherry pick. Not interested in Ace Handyman.

After having ABC Seamless  put windows and siding in our first home, we knew exactly  who we would  get to do the same work on our second  home. Pure perfection  from getting a salesman to come out and go over everything  with us right up until the project was finished  and cleanup was done. All the workers were very polite and answered any questions  we had throughout the process.  Showed up bright & early every day!  As of now we just had all of our windows replaced. Next step is the siding and I know from experience  that we will be happy when the final project is finished! Central Iowa Fencing

The day my fence went in was not a pleasant day and the team worked from chain link to privacy. They worked around a knee wall of my neighbors as well. I would have to take a point off because of a screw up in billing I was overcharged but they fixed it right away without haste. After the bill was paid I sent a message to have a gate stabilized as it wasn’t latching. I fixed it best I could myself since their after service seems lacking. They did an excellent job with clean up though. Overall I’m loving the chain link to privacy to chain link again.

Unfortunately I had to visit Harmon Auto Glass/Glass Doctor last week with a cracked windshield. This has been my go to place for many years and I've always had good luck with their workmanship. This time was no exception with one of our Honda CRV's. They used seat and floor liners to protect the inside of the vehicle as well as covers on the hood. They did a great job on the windshield install as well as the recalibration on the vehicle camera & associated electronics. Their pricing is less than a dealer, however, the recalibration cost as much as the windshield glass itself. Good people there, good workmanship, and I definitely recommend Glass Doctor/Harmon Autoglass!

Super nice and fast - called on Tuesday night and was able to get in Wednesday AM! Affordable and super friendly. Plus they fixed the inside handle of my trunk that was broken without us asking!
