UPDATE SEPT 2033: if you do some research you'll find out Sherwin actually has a class action lawsuit against their deckstain for exactly what my June update stated, cracking and peeling. Jimmy and his crew came out and applied a different stain to correct and fix the ENTIRE deck at no cost to us so I can confidently say they do stand behind their services and work and are great to work with even when the unlikely problem dies arise. Thanks Jimmy and V!

UPDATE JUNE 2O23: While the service and personal interaction was great, in less than 1 year our deck looks worse than before we started due to sever peeling (see new photo). I would hate for anyone to have the same experience. I will absolutely update our experience and review if the work is redone and the situation remedied to a stain that lasts longer than 8months.

Jimmy and the crew were fantastic, one of the best experiences we've had UpNorth with contract services. They were on time, got the work done quickly and most importantly did a fantastic job. These guys do top notch work...not just washing. But deck sealing and painting. A little delay on project circumstantial.  But made things right with good communication along the way. Deck looks great!

We would highly recommend The Wash Doctor. We called the Wash Doctor to repair a water damaged spot on our drywall ceiling downstairs. They found the source of a slow leak which they repaired as well. The ceiling repair is so good you would never know the patch is there. They cleaned up everything and left the house spotless. This company is efficient,  responsive and easy to work with. We wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to our friends.

Jimmy at The Wash Doctor and Dave at The Wall Doctor along with their entire crews are simply the best! They transformed our old deck into the 21st century! The guys at The Wash Doctor did a great job caring for and cleaning our home. We have hard water which leaves a lime residue on our siding from the sprinkler system. They used just the right cleaning agent to remove it, leaving the red vinyl siding looking brand new. I highly recommend using The Wash Doctor.

A/C installers did a great job replacing my very old, inefficient unit. They were friendly, on time, answered all my questions and cleaned up completely. I thought the pricing was reasonable.
They also replaced my heating unit.

Braxton Cleaning Solutions

We are getting our house prepped for sale and we needed to have our carpets cleaned, as we have a lovely husky that likes to shed everywhere. We scheduled Braxton and they were easy to schedule and communicate with. I asked for them to arrive when I wasn't home and they had no problems coming in and getting the job done. They completed our whole house in a very short amount of time and the carpets look as good as new again!

My white couch, which i felt was not able to be cleaned enough to keep, was amazingly revitalized by cleaning team. As embarrassing as my couch was before, i feel i need to share this photo. They explained they have a solution they mix in house and wow what a difference it made vs. my attempt of cleaning my couch with my bissell. Price was cheap but not the quality of service.

The pic was taking while they cleaned, so yes my couch was black looking but now its white looking. As you see the before and after in this picture. Note it brightened up even more once it dried. Two thumbs up … try to clean before buying new it was worth it for us. Kids are now banned from my living room at least until I get to enjoy my white couch again.

Getting my condo “market ready” has been nothing but a nightmare for over six months! Starting with a scam artist of a contractor who took me for thousands, hiring people who never showed and everything in between! I’d basically lost all faith in humanity.
But today Josh and Will, from Braxton Cleaning  Solutions completely restored that faith! They were two of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite individuals, I’ve had the pleasure of working with in years! They were there a few minutes early, did a walk through with me and explained in detail what my options were. The carpet was 20 years old, had some obvious stains but instead of replacing it, I decided to include a carpet allowance in the selling price. But I at least wanted it to look as good as possible for showings.
I was blown away with the end result! It was above and way beyond anything I ever expected! Unfortunately it is rare these days to come across the outstanding customer service, work ethic, and pride Josh and Will provided! And it wasn’t just them, Paula who I spoke with to schedule this service, took the time to answer all my questions, was extremely personable and helpful!
Braxton Cleaning Solutions is one in a million when it comes to customer service, from start to finish! Can not recommend them enough!

We got our carpet cleaned today by Josh and Will and they did amazing! Our carpet is so clean and fluffy again. They were even kind enough to use a pet deodorizer so our carpet stays fresh, longer. They made sure to be thorough as I have a 1 year old that loves to play on the floor. Highly recommend!

This company does great work. My carpet was cleaned  last month by another company, but I saw a major clean difference with  Braxton Cleaning Solutions. And I must add how much I appreciated the professionalism, punctual and awesome quality of Josh,Gage and Will. Ace Handyman Services Florence

I’m so happy to have found Ace for my handyman company!  They’re reliable. They’re professional.  John came to measure for a small countertop, but since I paid for an hour, he was more than happy to do a few small jobs so I’d get my money’s worth for the whole hour, plus John’s work was excellent!  I plan on spreading the word about Ace.

John from Ace Handyman was amazing. He was able to finish everything on my long to-do list in a day and a half. I am so happy with their services that I plan to use them on an annual basis just so I can keep up with the house repairs. They were also very affordable. Highly recommend!!

Peter hung 3 Hunter fans. He was knowledgeable and took great care in hanging them. Ran into a small problem regarding the fans not being compatible to the Lutron light switch but he was able to call someone and got it figured out which resulted in me being able to return the three Lutron switches for a refund.

Bobby hung an outdoor TV and he knew exactly what he was doing. Did an excellent job. The instructions were not written in English but he was a professional and did the job right. Very pleased with Ace Handyman Service.

Norman hung an interior door and was super quick done in less than an hour saving me money. Done a great professional job and looks beautiful. Have used them like 3-4 times already and will definitely use them again.

Glass Doctor of Huntsville

My daughter called 10 minutes before me, and they gave the price 295 plus tax. I called to see if I can apply coupon 25 of 250 like their website says and before I say anything about the coupon I asked for the price, and they tell me 325 plus tax. I do not understand how in 10 minutes goes from 295 to 325. I ask the later and she says go somewhere else ruddily. Make sure they give you an estimate on writing because they can change price apparently at any minute.

We had a great experience with this company.  Con was courteous and responsive to our call, which explained our need for a quick estimate & repair.    Eddie installed the new door and did a fantastic job.  Great employees!  Professional, kind, efficient, neat ,tidy, and the installation was perfect! We love the new door & enclosure! Quality materials used. We cannot thank them enough for understanding our potentially dangerous situation and for being so kind and responsive!

Aire Care was recommended by a co-worked who has  always received a great service from them. When my furnace went down they were quick to respond and had a used part on hand to get my heat running in under an hour. Highly recommend Aire Care Heating & Cooling.

Aire Care gave me a great estimate, but the real reason I chose to go with them was that they treated me seriously and as though I and my thoughts and questions mattered. Other companies talked to me as though I was a silly old lady who shouldn't  trouble her lil' ol' head over furnace and A/C issues, but Aire Care treated me with total respect. They have done a lot of work for me and the work has always been done at a good price, in a timely fashion, with 100% cleanup afterwards, and with respect. I highly recommend them.

Jeanette at customer service was so nice and friendly…like talking with a good friend. Scheduling maintenance service for my heating unit was easy and timely.
Jeremiah performed maintenance on my heat unit. He was very thorough and we had a good discussion about filters, smoke & carbon monoxide detectors, surge protectors, etc. Jeremiah was professional, very friendly and personable.  Appreciated his advice and input on possible future projects.  I enjoyed talking and laughing with him.

Coery and partner were great.  They were very friendly and knowledgeable. They kept me posted on the progress of the job.  A tree root had pushed the pipes up disconnecting from the house. It didn't take them long. I highly recommend.

Sophia has a sixth sense when it comes to design and space.   She worked with us on our Bozeman addition, that turned into a full blown down to studs remodel ( and during covid).  We presented a few ideas of what we liked, she completely got us and took off with her process.  The results are well beyond our expectations.  We have a home that is beautiful, warm, comfortable, stylish, useful, and inviting.  Our home is a place where no one wants to leave, it really is a haven from the hustle and bustle of the world.

We value Sofia so much, we are now working with her and crew on our second home remodel.   And today, we saw plans for our first and second floor remodel - which are fabulous.  (And, if anyone can make you ecstatic about a laundry room design-it's Sophia. )  I cannot wait to see these plans come to fruition!

I worked with Sophia and her team at Sanctuary Interior Design to remodel our bathrooms, update our lighting, refinish our garage, change some flooring, add drapery, design custom cabinetry and storage, as well as furnish and decorate our home. She quickly understood my aesthetic and always delivered thoughtful and prompt presentations.

I love working with her for so many reasons- she is communicative and proactive, works well within a budget, respects my own taste and aesthetic direction, and has a great eye and make very thoughtful suggestions. I've worked with other people and had very different experiences, which makes me appreciate her and her team all the more. I cannot recommend Sophia enough. I am a real estate broker and refer most of my clients to use her services from full design projects to small updates. Each client that has utilized her, cannot say enough about how she expertly guides them through the process and is always conscious of their budget, individual styles and needs. Some designers seem to design homes with a similar look and feel for each project that develops as more their own style. Sophia is amazing! She is professional, friendly, and extremely talented!  We have worked on 2 projects over the last 7 years.
