Braxton Cleaning Solutions

We are getting our house prepped for sale and we needed to have our carpets cleaned, as we have a lovely husky that likes to shed everywhere. We scheduled Braxton and they were easy to schedule and communicate with. I asked for them to arrive when I wasn't home and they had no problems coming in and getting the job done. They completed our whole house in a very short amount of time and the carpets look as good as new again!

My white couch, which i felt was not able to be cleaned enough to keep, was amazingly revitalized by cleaning team. As embarrassing as my couch was before, i feel i need to share this photo. They explained they have a solution they mix in house and wow what a difference it made vs. my attempt of cleaning my couch with my bissell. Price was cheap but not the quality of service. The pic was taking while they cleaned, so yes my couch was black looking but now its white looking. As you see the before and after in this picture. Note it brightened up even more once it dried. Two thumbs up … try to clean before buying new it was worth it for us. Kids are now banned from my living room at least until I get to enjoy my white couch again.

Getting my condo “market ready” has been nothing but a nightmare for over six months! Starting with a scam artist of a contractor who took me for thousands, hiring people who never showed and everything in between! I’d basically lost all faith in humanity. But today Josh and Will, from Braxton Cleaning Solutions completely restored that faith! They were two of the most professional, knowledgeable and polite individuals, I’ve had the pleasure of working with in years! They were there a few minutes early, did a walk through with me and explained in detail what my options were. The carpet was 20 years old, had some obvious stains but instead of replacing it, I decided to include a carpet allowance in the selling price. But I at least wanted it to look as good as possible for showings. I was blown away with the end result! It was above and way beyond anything I ever expected! Unfortunately it is rare these days to come across the outstanding customer service, work ethic, and pride Josh and Will provided! And it wasn’t just them, Paula who I spoke with to schedule this service, took the time to answer all my questions, was extremely personable and helpful! Braxton Cleaning Solutions is one in a million when it comes to customer service, from start to finish! Can not recommend them enough!

We got our carpet cleaned today by Josh and Will and they did amazing! Our carpet is so clean and fluffy again. They were even kind enough to use a pet deodorizer so our carpet stays fresh, longer. They made sure to be thorough as I have a 1 year old that loves to play on the floor. Highly recommend!

This company does great work. My carpet was cleaned last month by another company, but I saw a major clean difference with Braxton Cleaning Solutions. And I must add how much I appreciated the professionalism, punctual and awesome quality of Josh,Gage and Will. They were very kind and informative and did my whole 2brm apartment in a good timely manner! I'd recommend these gentlemen and company to anyone who needs cleaning services. They were awesome and I am please. Thanks guys,I'll see y'all again!
