We had the pleasure of working with Dewey on the design for the remodel of our kitchen. He helped us along each step of the process and was very quick to get back with us anytime we had a question. We are beyond happy with the outcome! I would highly recommend at least giving them a chance. S.N. the backslash has not been installed yet.

We have been working with Dewey Morris on our kitchen design and remodel since April. Dewey's attention to detail, addressing our needs and issues have been second to none. I walked into Builders Surplus for the first time ever today. I had two brand new, but broken kitchen cabinet pulls with me. My wife and I had purchased the hardware from another company whose representative told us that she would not “waste her time” repairing. At Builders Supply I was introduced to Dewey Morris, a kitchen designer. He listened to my challenge, looked over the broken parts I brought with me, and started working on a solution. For at least 30 minutes, Dewey worked on finding me the right replacement parts to fix my kitchen cabinet pulls. Keep in mind, I had never met Dewey, nor had I ever made a single purchase at Builders Surplus. He found a solution, the right cabinet pulls…and charged me all of $55 for his time, expertise, and the parts. Seriously, that is amazing customer service…to someone who wasn’t even a customer! I’ll be going to see Dewey for our next home project materials!
