I highly recommend Ace Handyman Services! They are professional, punctual, focused and personable. We had them install a ceiling fan, a wall mounted dog door and three wall mounted TVs and they completed the work to perfection and efficiently.

Field Supervisor Danny was kind, courteous and very informative.  Hoping to get on the schedule quickly!

Easy scheduling process. Called once to gather information and called back to schedule the work. Staff was very helpful. Received texts and emails regarding my upcoming appointment. Received a 24 hour reminder call (on a holiday) from a person, not automated. Arrived on time, got the scheduled work done in a timely manner and more on my to do list! Very impressed, will definitely use again. Needed curtain rod hung, curtains hung, ceiling fan installed and more curtain rods.

The toilet flushes as it should and the new sink faucet is great. Works fine!
Added on a light switch that wasn't working and now it's fully functional. Also, had the bar stools shortened so they fit under the counter!
It was great to have all these annoyances fixed!! Wonderful service and super nice repairman.

I just used Greenwood’s Ace Handyman for the first time, but I’m confident it won’t be the last. Scheduling was easy, with an upfront estimated price range based on the needs I described. Jason arrived on time, was efficient, pleasant to work with, and knowledgeable. Since he completed work faster than had been estimated, I was able to add on a few other small tasks and Jason completed those too, all within the allotted time.  Overall it was a great experience.

We have used them multiple times in the past and always are happy with their work and pricing.  Patrick came out today to fix a leaky shower.  He was on time, friendly and had new part installed and out the door in 15 minutes.  We will definitely use them again.  Highly recommend!

The process of getting an estimate for work to be done was simple enough. Although communication of the process was lacking a bit. The individual that provided the estimate did not seemingly do a good job because the handyman revised the scope of the work once he was onsite. The handyman, Chris, was great and worked efficiently on the tasks assigned. The work itself looks better than what we had but was not exactly what was expected. We may opt to use Ace's services again, should the need arise.

Chris is skilled, knowledgeable and easy to talk with.  We had several jobs on our list, but only one really concerned us.  There was rotten wood around one of our exterior doors and we were concerned how serious it might be.  Chris immediately checked it out and told us that it wasn’t too bad,  He started working on it and had it repaired within an hour or so.  We were relieved.  He then went on fixing 4 more jobs on our list. Chris did a great job!

The Hamilton County Ace Handyman Services group NEVER misses.  We've hired them 5 or 6 times in the past three years and they are always on time, efficient, respectful, and (most of all) really effective.  They always send someone who knows what they're doing (and why), and they are able to adjust on the fly if needed.  Bill A. was here most recently; he expertly repaired the drywall and mantle after my TV fell out of the wall (previous homeowners didn't mount it into studs). Can't tell anything ever was wrong.  He also repaired my bathroom ceiling, replicated the texturing, and made a great recommendation for a different paint than I thought I would need.  Really expert work.  Not necessarily looking forward to another need in the future, but I do know exactly who to call when I have one.

Third time using their services and still completely satisfied. Sean did a great job installing new blinds for me. And he was fun to talk to. ;). Will continue to use them for future projects.

North Indy Fence, Deck & Rail

I met Bob Ray,  owner of North Indy Fence, at the Indiana Flower and Patio Show this year.  I liked his display and how helpful he was to his visitors.  I knew I needed a new fence and also liked everything he had to say.  I called him and was quickly put on his schedule for installation.  Tyler came and measured my backyard and made some good suggestions.  A week later here they came with their big trucks and trailers.  Tim and Dimitri were the absolute best.  They put up my fence perfectly straight and it is so sturdy. Tim and Dimitri worked so well together and what was so impressive about them is they were so polite and happy to be here.  They both had great things to say about the company they worked for and great things about Bob.  They worked every minute that they were here. I never once saw them just standing around doing nothing.  These two guys were simply amazing.  I highly recommend this company and if you would like to see my fence just come on over. (Ask for Tim & Dimitri of course)

Super fast service both in getting it scheduled, finding the new glass and the actual replacement of my 2012 Volt windshield. Very professional. Came out during a major t-storm and did the job inside my garage.

Great company as they stand behind their work!  We have had windshields replaced in 2 vehicles, and while waiting for a sliding door replacement, they installed plexiglass in the old frame.

I unfortunately broke my windshield a couple years ago, and it was not something that could be filled by safelight. I called around to multiple locations glass. Doctors was above and beyond the least expensive of all the choices. They were extremely professional, got it done within 7 hours and even had a one year guarantee on it.

The owner was professional and was there to help us every step of the way. We were involved in a minor accident where someone’s vehicle part flew off and shattered our windshield and put a hole in it. He drove to jackson picked up the windshield and repaired it at our home in Clinton so we would not get rain damage with the hole in the windshield. Caring and dependable. Excellent service- highly recommend.

I hired Ace Handyman Service to remove old kitchen cabinets and counter tops. I like the dispatch service; I received a text informing me when the technician will arrive and it shows a real-time GPS of his location. This helped me prepare for his arrival, rather than wait and wonder when he’ll show up.

Mitch got right to work the moment he arrived. He was careful in removing everything and loading it on the trailer for donation. In fact, he finished earlier than expected. My kitchen is now ready for the new cabinets!

We had Ace move our washer and dryer from the basement to our upstairs. They ran water lines, installed a drain, ran 240v power to new location, and installed a vent. Thank you to Charlie for his work and knowledge.

I recently purchased a car that had a chip in the windshield. Dealer said it had already been repaired but, with a big road trip and winter coming up, you can never be too careful.

I called Thursday morning to see if they had room for me the same day and it worked out perfectly!

The location was easy to find, and there were plenty of open parking spaces. Customer service was fantastic! The office is decent and straight forward. Super friendly folks who know what they're doing. Highly recommended!

The glass doctors hooked me up with a custom piece of tempered glass for a pinball refurbish project. Great price, and project was completed perfectly

They came right out and replaced  two windows for me. The service  people from the phone to the installers were all very professional  and did a awesome job

Called for a quote. They said since I have lane departure etc it would be btwn  $950 and $1000 installed. I called another place, same service,  $600. I had one house window replaced several years ago due to storm damage. It was $350 for one standard size window.  They need some local competition to bring prices down.

If you dont send them pictures and measurements of the glass you are trying to replace, they send a guy out for $50 to diagnose your situation and he doesnt even bring any glass. Gotta wait for the next guy a week later. They stop making house calls at 3 pm.

I ended up measuring my window pane and going to ace hardware where they cut glass to size and have window caulk. Took me a grand total of 10 minutes.

I had one window glass replaced this month. Office associates are friendly. Technician Myron and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about the job. They were on time and finished job within one hour.  Highly recommended!

Professional good quality replacement of broken window.  A small inconvenience when they said they would be at the house on a particular day between noon and 4 and then we got a call at 3:30 that they needed to reschedule to the following day.  Luckily, we had flexibility and it wasn't a big deal, but it could have been if we had to take off work or something else scheduled.  Slight inconvenience but overall, a job well done!

I rarely write reviews but I want to thank Chip, Matt, Myron and the rest of the crew for an outstanding job replacing our large arch window in the foyer. Great teamwork, fast turnaround and awesome finished product! Thanks guys!!
