HORRIBLE. The quality of work is very poor and they over billed the time and sent additional persons without billing approval.  I had a double bathroom door changed to open from the inside rather than the outside.  Now i'm going to have to replace the entire frame/doors after they butchered them. Looks like I did it myself! Handyman came for 1 day from 10am-5pm and noon-5pm the second day. Total of 12 hours, right? He had a helper show up for a few hours both days which created double billing without any approval.  I was billed for 26.5 hours @ $120 hr.  and they barely got anything accomplished. $3180.00 for 12 hours of poor quality work. Hung a chandelier and had to redo it 3 times. So much time wasted. 1st time, hung it about 2 ft above the bed because he used the full length of the chain meant for very high ceilings, the 2nd time he hung it upside down with the candles facing the floor and finally got it right the 3rd time.  Hung living room TV even with the entertainment center below it, so now can't use the top of it or it would obstruct tv.  He accidentally cut a huge hole in bedroom wall trying to install cord hider for tv wall mount and had to do major sheetrock repair...more time wasted. Using this company was a huge waste of money and time.  We complained to the owner and they discounted $1000, but even with that the $2,159.50 we had to pay was way overcharged for the time and got we hardly any completed work out of it.  Unscrupulous business practices and poor quality work. DO NOT USE! BEWARE.

Alex from Ace came out today and did a fantastic job mounting two outdoor security cameras and installing a solar, motion-activated flood light. He arrived on time and was incredibly efficient and helpful in determining the best placement for everything. This is the second time I've used this company, and they're always great! Definitely plan to keep using them for any household needs.

Alex did a great job on my drywall repair. He also removed one plank of engineered flooring that was damaged and replaced it with a new piece. I was so pleased the more of the flooring didn’t have to be replaced. Alex was also very friendly and arrived on time each day. Thanks Alex!

Had a very successful  experience with Chris the lovely handyman assigned to the job. Quite a pleasant gentleman and very knowledgeable.  I would recomend using Ace for your handyman jobs. They use high end workers, guarantee  their jobs for a year, and arrive promptly  on your appointment.

I had a long list of things that needed to be done in my home.  Many were small jobs but things I couldn't do myself.  I found Chris to be very professional. He was able to do all of the various jobs quickly and it was such a relief to get these things crossed off my "to do" list. I trust Ace Handyman Services because I know the employees are vetted and Ace will stand behind them and their employees service.  Update:  Chris also followed up on finishing the drywall area he had done a couple of days ago. Also during this visit, he gave me information on household equipment I have and we discussed future jobs that I need taken care of.

I am so happy with the work Chris did for me. He is so fast and meticulous. Excellent problem solving skills. I’ll use Ace handyman services again for sure!

Today was the 2nd time that I have used your services. Chris made sure that he explained to me what he was going to do ahead of time. He also showed the completed work. PuroClean Disaster Restoration

PuroClean came to my rescue after a toilet over-flowed and did substantial damage.  They contacted me immediately, and had someone on site in 4 hours - with water removal and mold remediation starting the next morning.  They saved what they could - including recently installed countertops - and kept me informed every step of the way.  I could not be more pleased with their service and professionalism.  Special thanks to Beth, Everett and Tina for their great work.

PuroClean just finished water damage clean up and mold removal in our kitchen where our fridge flooded the laminate flooring and soaked through to the OSB subfloor, ruining several cabinets, floors and wall. I was very happy with how quickly Puroclean came in and inspected what needed to be done, and then very quickly came to set up a safe and sealed containment area in the kitchen to keep our family safe while they dried, treated and removed the water damage.
I had great confidence in Everett and his experience, he had a plan and knew what had to come out versus what could be saved. They used a professional air scrubber machine and cleaned thoroughly when they were done. I loved how after they left, I didn't have to clean up after them. His team of Mariah, Jeff, Eli and Jen were here very quickly to get the job started, and in only 2 days the flooded area of the kitchen was dry, cleaned and free of mold. Everett and Beth were also very helpful in working with our insurance company to document damage, and make sure we were taken care of.
This team was friendly, honest, hard working, and quick! When a flood disaster happens, these guys are awesome!

They tore up my carpet and opened holes in the floor. After finding pre-existing water damage that the insurance wouldn't cover, they closed up shop and left. I understand that since they are getting paid by the insurance company. However, I find it unconscionable that they would leave my home in such a state, especially knowing that I have small children. It's it reality too much to tack down some cheap plywood?

Everything about the experience was awful. They lied to us from day one and that never stopped. They used poor materials. My cabinets don't close correctly. My front porch was torn up by their workers and they only fixed part of what they damaged.  My kitchen floor now tears every time I have to move the table, fridge, or whatever. The shelves in my pantry are laughably small. It's a pantry I need to store food there. Electrical still isn't working right. They left my bedroom window unfinished after they were "finished" so long that I just covered the whole wall with a sheet so I wouldn't have to look at it. The list of issues is so long I couldn't fit it all on a review. They changed major functional areas of my home to where they're barely even functional. I've corrected some things myself. They threw everything of mine away without contacting me even after I had 4 people with the company promise me they'd call me before anything hit the dumpster. They threw away all of my identification, my college degree that barely even had smoke damage. The exterior of it had a little bit of black which I easily wiped off. The stuff of mine that they did "save" and supposedly put in storage they then lost it before we could get it. We weren't compensated for that, they merely apologized after bringing us someone else's empty drawers. The list of offenses is so long I'm really considering contacting an attorney. I will never forget this company and what they did to my family. Oh! And on a regular basis their employees would drink in my house and leave the beer cans and they'd smoke in my house. When I tried complaining all they said is "well, those individuals have been let go"  but how is that supposed to help me? If the company isn't just a bunch of scam artists then someone got in way over their heads somehow and screwed things up big time and tried to cover it up. I really should contact a lawyer though.

We contacted Puroclean after the first restoration company refused to return calls and set a date for cleanup.  Everett Jones came out right away and walked the property and took pictures.  We had the quote back in 2 days.  We had a few questions and Beth was very helpful and answered them.  The cleaning crew of Tina Roberts, Cesar Urena, Branden Cave, and Halee Hensley did an amazing job with the clean up and kept us informed all the way.  Thank you Puroclean for everything.  I will definitely recommend you to others.

Wow! Super impressed with the service! I called Monty yesterday and explained to him another company canceled on my grandma, and she has family coming from out of town and needed it done by Friday. He got his crew here The next day (Tuesday) and was even cheaper than the company that canceled on her! My grandma was amazed at how clean the carpets came! Thank you so much for the excellent and professional service!

Monty does a great job! The carpets looked even better than I expected after he was done. Monty is also a really nice, personable guy, who is very easy to work with. We were moving into a new house and he even squeezed us in on a Saturday so that the carpets would be done after the house cleaners on Friday, but before the move on Monday, which was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs a carpet cleaner in South Central Indiana.

I had a fire and a busted pipe at my home.Very professional and wonderful employees. Highly recommend for any fire damage, water damage and/or renovations you may need. They do everything from start to finish. It made the process very smooth. They show the same compassion towards my stuff as if my house and stuff were theirs. Their office has a wonderful showroom of flooring and whatever you may need to renovate your home or business. My stuff was stored in their climate controlled facilities in crates with labels and everything. They are very well organized and will use again if I have a disaster or want to remodel again.

Got a new roof they left trash and nails in the garage then tell me it would be a hour before they would come to clean it! You pay for something you expect professionalism not what I got! Now he has text me name calling very unprofessional don't do business here!

Paul Davis Restoration was a life saver.  Immediatley showing up after our business fire and taking charge. The crew was hardworking and professional.  They very carefully documented our losses (there was a ton of stuff as we are a business).  They took pictures and presented us with them to make it easier as we reported our losses to State Farm.  We have now finished the first phase of clearing out the building and tearing down sheet rock and are beginning on new construction on the inside.  Dirk has helped us every step of the way and I have no doubt that should this ever happen again we would not hesitate to use Paul Davis REstoration.  We used another company once when we had a water line break and we never knew rebuilding would be this easy.  If you have a tradgedy do not hesitate to use Paul Davis Restoration.  Of course we also had a great insurance company for them to work with and we understand the bumps that come along with these jobs.  Again, I cannot express our gratitude to them for making this horrible tradgedy easy to bear.

Totally took control of the project from start to finish, the craftsmanship was outstanding, very easy to talk to and they even helped us with Angie their designer.

They did a very poor job with my Father's items in his house after the Fire.
He felt like he was taken advantage of in the aftermath of losing his house.
False hopes were given.  The items that did come back from them were damaged
or poorly cleaned.  All it did was waste some of the money he could have used
to buy the Items back new.

100% recommend this business. Aaron was very professional and explained how everything worked to me. We had called another larger company to come do preventative maintenance and clean up our unit because they were cheap, only $80. You get what you pay for. They told me the unit was in horrible shape and essentially told me I'd have to replace everything and quoted me over $11,000. That company barely even cleaned anything, if they did at all. Bought my house new in December of 2016 so a new unit was not in the budget. We called Aire Serv for a second opinion and I'm so glad we did. Aaron ran tests and fixed a couple things for us. Everything is working great.

Chris and Cody answered my calls and questions quickly. Got to my house the next day and took care of my issues. I would recommend them to any one looking for an honest trustworthy HVAC company.
