Out of all the quotes I got, he was best priced.  Was able to fit me in basically last minute.  Due to weather, he came to my office and picked up my car (only a few miles from his shop), replacement my windshield, and brought my car back a few hours later.  Great work! Definitely recommend!

We had Tim out to replace a windshield on an older vehicle. His service was top of the line, and he also spent extra time at no cost to help us diagnose a leak issue. Later we had him back to replace a window pane on our house. Super happy with Tim and will definitely use him again!

This was the first time I used the services of My Trusted Carpet Cleaners.  I had several questions and Tim was very responsive in answering all of them before I booked an appointment.  He arrived on time, calling before he came.

After reviewing what we wanted done, he actually reduced our estimate as he didn't feel we would need the deep cleaning we thought our pet accidents would require.  Saved us over $200!

Tim works fast - was done with the whole house in an hour and a half.  He let us know how long it would take to dry and told us he would follow up the next day to ensure we were satisfied.  If there was anything we needed touched up, he would come back and do it for free.

As promised, he followed up the next day and we told him how happy we were with the results!!  No need to return!  We've found our go to carpet cleaner and are so happy we don't need to keep wading through all the carpet cleaning promotions we get in the mail!   Tim will be our first and only call.  Thanks Tim!!

We had Tim come out before we moved in to clean our carpet and two rugs. The former owners had a cat and I'm highly allergic. We also had our "dog rug" and a bedroom rug cleaned. Tim did a fantastic job and he was so fast. We'll have him back to clean our furniture once we finally get moved in.

Had a great experience with Garage Doors Plus. Dave came out to give quote to replace a broken spring and was able to do repair the next morning. Our older home with very heavy wood door presented a few challenges along the way but Dave was ready and able to solve them all! Really friendly service and got the job done right. Even showed me how to lubricate the door and track.

Dave (owner) arrived 15 minutes early and first answered any questions that I had.  He then educated me on garage doors which was very informative.  He was done is less than an hour!  He then showed me where to lubricate and do some annual maintenance to get full performance.  I then couldn't find my curved door arm that I took off.  He then retrofitted an extra that he had on his truck and charged me an extra $1 for it - fantastic!  Hopefully I'll find this door arm that I put somewhere in my garage so I didn't lose it - ha ha ha!  It was a pain free experience, great value and a really nice guy to deal with.

Definitely the company to use for garage doors!  He put in a 2 car door and a 1 car door alone.  Best price after three quotes and considering doing it our self with doors from Menards.  Showed me what needed to be done for maintenance and what to do if the power goes out.  He cleaned everything and hauled away.

Air-Tech Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.

We had our 19 year old Furnace and AC replaced by AirTech.  I was impressed with Chris who came to evaluate and give us an estimate. Very professional. Then I was very impressed with Steve and his crew that showed up right before the horrible Polar snow storm and replaced our old furnace with a beautiful new unit.  This included a humidifier, and a new AC which I am sure we won't even need for another 6 months. They did the majority of work in one day, and under the crawl space. The finished work looks great, even new exhaust ports, removal of old duct work, and brand new connections from the AC all the way back to the blower. Very professional and clean looking work. The thermostat is state of the art and we hardly even notice when the heater is on because it is so quiet and efficient. 11 Stars out of 10 for this company. Many thanks to the AirTech team.

I called Air-Tech early in the morning (my A/C  had given out the night before) assuming a wait, they were able  to repair the A/C unit right-a-way. I asked if they could fix it later in the day due to my schedule - They were very accommodating, and there on time! He had it repaired in a timely manner  and he even cleaned the unit area! I do NOT recommend! I called on black Friday 2020, my gas water heater and stopped working weds night. Chris was efficient enough, he called me back within a cpl hours and showed up within a few but was all downhill from there. Very quickly changed our thermo couple without testing, charged me $160.50, for which I wrote him a check and he left immediately without another word and without waiting to make sure it fixed the problem. I soon realized it in fact did dot fix the problem and called Chris to let him know. He said he didn't know what to tell me, asked me the same few questions repeatedly like I don't know that its not working, he tried to give me some obvious line of BS about the cold water in the tanking causing condensation thats dripping on the pilot and putting it out. Heathen told me to take It apart and check this and check that. I said I would but I was sure I'd be calling him back. When that was fruitless and I did call him back he didn't answer. I left message. I called powder river and spoke with a knowledgeable tech named Josh who dropped everything and came right out. When Chris did eventually call me back he had a bad attitude and seemed upset I called somebody else. Never once was there an offer of my service fee back. I admit he did say several times that he'd come back if he "needed to", but he didn't. And id say since I hired you to fix it, payed you, you did NOT bother to check your work, and I called a couple times to let you know it didn't work that that meant you needed to come back and fix it? Duh. So yes I hired Josh with powder river heating to fix it and I highly recommend him, and I was ripped off and treated poorly by Chris with air tech for $160.50 and wouldn't recommend that anybody use air tech again. I did not cancel the check I wrote air tech, they can have it if they need it so badly but they better count it twice because its the last of my money they will ever get.

Eagle Garage Door Repair, Replace & Install

I went with a new garage door and opener from Eagle Garage. The sales person came on time and went through options thoroughly and explained everything to us. The order was placed and then the door delivered and installed long before we thought it would get here. It is so quiet, I don't even know when it goes up or down. The staff was great, courtesy and helpful. I am also glad I went with them because they will service the door if issues develop- not farm it out to some sun-contractor. I was glad to use a family run company that had been around a while and knew their stuff.  Thank you.

Had an front windshield replacement appointment scheduled for today.  Work was set up to be accomplished by their mobile service.  No problems setting up this appointment last week.  However, at about noon (day of the scheduled appointment) I got notified that they did not service where I reside.  Arrangements were made to ensure someone was at the house to meet the technician.  Meaning....taking a vacation day.  Wasted a day of vacation for nothing and simply got SORRY from their customer service.   Cannot review any service....just customer service.  More to follow if I am able to utilize their store services in Belleville IL

Tracy was very responsive and helpful getting my appointment. Jeremy was professional and efficient in completing the windshield replacement. MUCH MUCH better experience than my last experience with a competitor. I'll definitely continue GlassDoctor and have already recommended them to others!

We had Royal windows replace our bay window in our home in Hot Springs Village . They did an excellent job.  On time and everything was spotless when they left.  Well since we had such a wonderful experience , we decided to have them replace all the windows in our home in Louisiana.  They did a fablous job.  Windows look great.
Installer were excellent and everything was done as expected.  We would definitely recommend Royal Windows.  They are an Arkansas company located right down the road in Royal Arkansas.  If you need windows you will be very happy if you call this company.  They were recommended by one of our neighbors and they were everything they claimed.  Love my new windows!!!!

I love my new windows.  They keep out the heat from the sun better than I thought possible!  Everyone I dealt with, from the salesman, to the installers, to the general manager did a phenomenal job.  And they look awesome!  Does this look like a double wide,  mobile home to you?

Royal's salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Preston the installer was a soft spoken gentleman who was enjoyable to work with. Preston could have done the 13 windows in one day but if you know Mississippi's summers, it is very hot and muggy. We had a couple of screens that were damaged on arrival and Royal had them fixed in less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied.

Royal installed a large sliding storm door on our upper deck. Installers were very professional and knowledgeable about their doors. They cleaned up after finishing the job. We will use them again.

Royal delivered exceptional customer service, from the scheduling, estimating, installation and follow up. Tiger was great to work with. They had our roof replaced before we got home from beach vacation and left the premises spotless. Couldn’t even tell they had been there - except for a beautiful new roof!
