I have been using Aire Serv for several years and am always satisfied with their service.  The technicians show up as scheduled and are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable.  I highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.

I called on Saturday to have my AC repaired since it was not working properly.  Jennifer was very understanding and helped me to get a technician out as soon as possible.  Zach was the technician and he was prompt and did a great job diagnosing my system and explaining the issue.  He was honest about the situation and helped me to understand what was needed to get my AC running again. I don't usually write reviews, but I truly appreciate honest people doing honest work. I tried to believe the owner for 6 months the auto windshield for our specialty vehicle was ordered. After I called the manufacturer and found out the glass was not ordered, we took our business somewhere else and had a new glass installed a week after we contacted them.

The owner came out and gave me a quick bid, after diagnosing the problem on the phone without even seeing the damage. The window looks good and they did a nice job cleaning up their mess.

PuroClean Restoration Specialists

Found PuroClean in the North Dallas Best Pick Reports. They were the only company listed and Ive had nothing but very good experiences with contractors from this handy booklet. I had a water heater leak the day before Thanksgiving at around 9am. The water was seeping into my family room from the garage.  Dylan with PuroClean came out before noon and quickly assessed the situation and got down to working on getting the water cleaned up and fans set up. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, nice and patient. Fans picked up Monday and microbial spray applied. Thankfully the damage was minimum. Thank you Puro Clean for a great job and my anxiety relieved!

Nick came out same day we called and had 2 additional helpers.  They started removing wet carpet and baseboards right away.  Returned next couple of days to move fans around and check progress and remove wood floors that also were wet.  Bigger project than I expected.  He also helped move things that were necessary and was very caring.  I wouldn’t hesitate to call or refer him to anyone.  Very happy with results!

Dylan, was wonderful. Professional, honest, and did what he said he was going to do. I would highly recommend Dylan and ProClean Restoration. This company was so responsive on my late night service call , due to my water flood in my bathroom, hall, and a bedroom.
Nick brought out the necessary equipment for that night. Nick is very knowledgeable, and is an extremely good communicator and educated me as the steps and options he was recommending to take.

For a being in a bad situation, we had great service by PuroClean and our Service Team Leader, Nick Esquivel. Water damage to our 1st floor happened the day before we were leaving for an out-of-state vacation and our insurance agent suggested we use PuroClean for their professionalism and thoroughness. Nick was definitely on top of things! From the start we really felt the professionalism and that we could trust Nick and his team with our house while we were away. Nick worked hard until they got the job done that day removing all our flooring that needed to get removed. It just kept going and going to the point where he thought they were almost done, but stayed another hour because it just kept going and eventually took out 95% of our 1st floor flooring. They also provided a lockbox for the house so they could check on the drying of our walls until we came back from vacation. Thank you for all your hard work!!

Thank you also to Senior Project Manager, Ryan Bickerstaff, for being a resource on helping me prepare documents to invoice my insurance company for the water removal we did as homeowners before PuroClean came to help!

Overall, great team at PuroClean! I would definitely recommend using them for restoration if you need it!

As a side note, we decided on using our own contractor for the restoration phase of our water damage claim.

Services - Park Aire AC and Heating

Had them out today because the A/C unit wasn't cooling properly in our new rental home. They were prompt and diagnosed it as only a dirty filter, which I should have kept up on. Did not try to do work that wasn't needed and was very courteous.

Mike was there every step of the way, he made us feel important , took care of all our needs, and never let us down. When it came to selling our house Mike had it sold in 36 hours, he gave us valuable tips on what we needed to do to get the house sold, and kept us on track. He also made buying a breeze too, he showed us extreme patience while we wanted to look at everything under the sun. And eventually he found us the home of our dreams, and he made buying that a cinch also. We would highly recommend Mike for any of your real estate needs.

Working with Mike last year to buy my home was a very positive experience.  I came to him in a bit of a time crunch and he made time to help me get my home as quickly as possible.  I appreciated his knowledge of the area and the industry in guiding me to the right neighborhood and home for me.  He is very easy to get along with. Mike McGee with Remax was our selling agent on our recently sale. Did not tell us he would be out of state for our closing until the night before. Did not communicate well in the days leading up to closing. He had no one there to represent us at closing with him being unavailable, which the buyers agent and title company were extremely uneasy with. We had to negotiate an additional fee with the buyers agent on the day of closing ourselves as a result of this, which I don't believe we would have had to pay them in cash day of if someone had been there to represent us. We also had to communicate with the buyers agent prior to closing in regards to a final walkthrough ourselves which NEVER should have happened. Due to a lack of communication from Mike in regards to the final walkthrough, we had no idea the expectation was to be completely moved out for the buyers walkthrough which upset us, their agent, and them as they showed up at the scheduled time and we were packing a truck and still living in the house. As a result, we got rushed out of the house for their walkthrough an hour before closing and had the aforementioned fees we had to pay the buyers in cash on the day of closing. All-in-all, I absolutely would not recommend Mike. He was our buyers agent 2 years ago and was fine, but this time he seriously disappointed us.

Myself and my husband used Mike Mcgee to list our house in Springfield IL! Mike was such A wonderful man to work with he never questioned us on the things we wanted when it came to selling our house he was always answering his phone no matter what time it was! Mike really knocked it out of the park when it came to not only buying our new home, but also selling our old one! In 2016 we were at the end of a 2 year hunt for the perfect house, which would get us to move from our existing house that we had been in for 18 years. We found a house on Stockton Dr. on Zillow and sent an email requesting more information. Within a couple of minutes Mike called and we talked for a bit and then scheduled an appointment in a few days to see the house. A few days later, Mike called and said that he wasn't going to be able to show us the house because it had sold the night before. We were a little crushed, to say the least, and decided that moving just wasn't in our future, so we decided to stop looking for a new house and went about or business. Fast forward to a month later and we got a phone call from Mike letting us know that the house on Stockton Dr. was available again (because the initial deal fell through with the buyer) and he wanted to know if we were still interested. We agreed to see it the next night, not expecting anything, and walked in and knew we were in our new home! We made an offer and signed the papers 2 days later! Had Mike not have had the initiative to call us back to see if we were still interested (either in that house or another) we would not be in our new home today (that we absolutely love!) The whole buying experience was very smooth and Mike did an excellent job at keeping the ball moving. We moved in to our new house in December of 2016. The story continues.....we still had to sell our old house! In February 2017, we met Mike at our old house and he gave it a look over and gave us some very valuable suggestions on what he thought we needed to do in order to get our old house sold. We took his advice and had an inspection done, had carpets cleaned, painted rooms, update some electrical outlets, etc. (Mike’s past experience as a home contractor is a definite plus!) Also, during this time Mike moved from the Real Estate Group to Keller-Williams. While we were working on getting the house ready to be put on the market, Mike brought a couple of people over to the house that he thought might be interested, and boy we sure were glad he did. When we signed the papers to list the house, we were also presented with an offer. Our old house was listed and sold on the same day, practically within a few minutes of each other. Working with Mike and his partner Kathy Garst at Keller-Williams, we got our old house sold and the selling process was also smooth and easy! Mike is very good at what he does, as he not only has a passion for real estate, but also with finding you the right home! His input, suggestions, honesty, integrity and building knowledge is invaluable! We can’t say enough great things about Mike! If we ever need to buy or sell a house in the future, we would hope to be able to work with Mike again!

All Clean has been an amazing company to work with for a water issue that literally popped up overnight. Jeff was awesome and took time to explain everything to me when I called after regular business hours. Nick and the team that came out to clean up were attentive and through. I had a wonderful experience with All Clean Restoration services!  I called on Tuesday needing removal of some property on Friday (not very much lead time…).  Jeff made it happen, and upon arrival at my home, went above and beyond, hauling additional items as requested and addressing a small area of mold in my basement.  He and his team were professional and very accommodating.  I highly recommend All-Clean Restoration services!

Jeff Johnson was great and really easy to communicate with.  Hands down some of the best customer service I have experienced with any of these services around this area.  I made a call one afternoon and he had his team there the very next morning ready to start the job, which was over an hour drive away.  The service his team did for me was incredible.  We had a foul smell in the house that we couldn't get rid of for a couple months.  With a 3 day treatment, they got rid of the smell, and the house smells very fresh.  I would recommend Jeff and All-Clean to anybody in this area.  If I have another problem similar to this one, Jeff will be the first guy I call.  Was beyond satisfied.

These guys were awesome to work with. Our house is way far out in the Ozarks and it didn't bother them at all to come out, measure and install. If you live in a small town or out in the country, this is a company that doesn't just work in Conway or Little Rock. The owner is super easy to work with and accessible and texts like a teenager, so you can really stay up on your project and get updates. I even did my measurements over Labor Day weekend and he responded the same day.  The installers clearly know their business. I do a lot of my own work and I know what good quality is and these guys did a phenomenal job. I'm planning on using this company anytime I need windows or doors.

John, Harold and the other installers were absolutely wonderful to work with. If need new windows, don’t even both looking elsewhere. John tells exactly what you need to know and cuts straight to the point. He’s a good salesman but the work they do speaks for themselves. I had 1 question about our windows after installation. John called very quickly and even made a stop by the house. They found a small problem and had it fixed within an hour of original contact that same day. Their customer service is top notch and they did a great job. I’m a green thumb and they did a great job working around my plants which I really appreciated. Thank you John and Harold!!!!! Don’t waste your time with other companies. Stay local and get exceptional service! Their Google reviews do not lie.

John and his installation team of Nelson and David were extremely professional and easy to work with.  The windows were installed ahead of schedule and the attention to detail was second to none.  I highly recommend Premier Windows to anyone looking to upgrade to a great product with an exceptional warranty at a fair price.

Wintek USA

Absolutely horrible! My 1 star is only so I could write a review to hopefully stop people from making the same expense mistake I did. When they say they will repair any rotten wood, that's a lie. The windows aren't installed properly, so they don't even know the condition of what is underneath the old windows because they don't fully remove them. They don't close completely and aren't even installed straight(see video). My energy costs didn't improve in the least. To be honest, I believe they are worse than when I had my old wood windows. The outside noise is worse now, and when I go outside, I can hear my music or TV a though I have my windows open. The installation took longer than I was told it would, and the "finished" product, if you can call it that looks horrible! It is far from finished. They don't replace broken trim because they don't remove any trim to install the new windows. Please save yourself the insane amount they charge and buy your windows local and have a good contractor install them. It will be over half the cost, and you will actually get energy efficiency out of them. When I complained, they didn't seem to care. They already had my money.

The two gentlemen that were sent to my home we’re wonderful. I could not have asked for a better consideration of my home. Great job they started at a quarter till nine. We’re finished by 5 o’clock. I love my new windows.

We had over 20 new windows installed.  Two gentlemen showed up the first day to see how complicated the install would be.  They handle the entire install with ease.  They were very professional and friendly and wanted to make sure that we had walked around an was satisfied with the install before they left.  I would definitely recommend Windtek to everyone that owns a home and wants to get the best out of their energy being used.

So far, I don't really understand the purpose of why I was ever contacted in the first place by this company. Months ago, I was promised monetary thanks by allowing them to consult on my home. Was scheduled. No one came. Was rescheduled. No one came. The monetary amount promise was then upped. I was told that the worker in my area had a medical emerg and was on a leave of absence. Ok, no problem, I am understanding. Fast forward to now- last week I picked up what I thought was a telemarketer call and realized it was Wintek. Advised for them to call RIGHT BACK because I was at work and they never did. I called the following day, spoke with an Angie, and she said oh I am so sorry, let's plan to call you after 5pm (when i get off) tomrrow! Ok! thanks! No call. I called back next day and Angie remembered speaking with me. Promised another call after 5p for yesterday. No call. So I call back today. Got Angie again, and suddenly it felt like she did not remember me, although my name is not a common name AT ALL. And now all of the sudden, "the team is out of my area, so they will call back when they're back in the area." SAY WHAT?! What a waste of my time and theirs? I just don't get it at all. I could've used the extra money at Christmastime and I was blatantly honest with them about that. However I do have window repairs I need done at my house and tax time is around the corner. Think I'll utilize someone else at this point. Geez.

Such a wonderful company to work with when you have a calamity come upon you.  Burl and Susan are wonderful and their initial response to a very large oak tree falling into our church's sanctuary  was nothing short of amazing. Nate managed the project of rebuilding our facility and was very efficient and took care of all our needs. Great company who was out in a flash to start helping me with emergency needs. I used them 2x for cleaning up a big mess and drying up water damages. Every part of the process I had clear lines of communication and was able to ask and have answered any questions. Each process was explained throughout and they had their tools and testers to make sure everything was dry and not going to inhibit mold. They took great care around my possesions and they cleaned up all the mess included with my damage. They taught me a bit in the process which is always great to me. I recommend them and would use them again.
