I was pleasantly surprised at the cost to replace my huge picture window glass. When the crew showed up to do the work they were done in less than 2 hours. They were friendly, arrived when they said they would be here, didn’t leave a mess and knew what they were doing. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire the Glass Guru again if I need window work done again. Very satisfied.

Ace Handyman Services Twin Cities North

I am beyond impressed with Corey and his team.  Coordinating with Corey and/or Jordan was quick and easy.  We even had to delay a week when we realized that the shipment of flooring was chipped and rescheduling was just as simple.

I had initially started to demo a bathroom floor on my own and quickly realized that I wasn't going to be able to do it on my own. We initially had Michael out to patch some concrete floor and lay waterproof Shaw Ash Vinyl plank flooring over it.  He finished the trim and baseboards as well as completed the trim around our window.  It looks so great.  It's finally usable after being out of commission for a couple of months.  Thank you Michael!

Today we had Jeff out to repair a hole in our fence that our 2-year-old loves to escape from (with the supervision of course).  It's on a busy road so it was vital we get it fixed.  We were unable to get our hands on green fencing, however, the silver works like a charm and I figure I can just spray paint it.  It looks good as new!  He also fixed one of the gates that had fallen off the hinges and fixed a drawer in our kitchen that was sticking and difficult to use.  Thank you Jeff!

Marcos from Ace Handyman Services was able to come early and got the job done right. He advised based on the leaking and rusting of the bathroom faucets to replace both. He also installed curtain rods in a bedroom and took down the blinds. He was professional, courteous, hardworking, and got the job done. Highly recommend.

Offered alternate suggestions even though it would include not getting work done. I thought that was great because he wasn’t trying to get over. My handyman was Marcos H.  He was on time, professional, so nice and definitely knows his craft.  My project was doing work in my bathroom. Key's Garage Door Repair

Could not ask for a nicer or more helpful person to do my job. I had to replace all 3 of my garage doors this past fall. Was happy with the service of the installers from Key's Garage Door Repair company and love my new doors. They made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Would definitely recommend them for their great service.

Key's Garage Door Repair was quick to react to my query. I paid the price that was quoted to me. I received a text from the technician confirming that he was on his way. He arrived on time and completed the installation flawlessly! I'm really happy with my new garage door opener, and I'll definitely call them again when it's time to replace it!

Key's Garage Door Repair  was able to come over very quickly to diagnose an issue with our opener.  The technician was great to work with and detailed what had gone wrong with the old unit and that due to age couldn't be repaired.  He listed all the options and features and was able to install our new choice very quickly, walk through the functions, and left everything neater than when he started.  Definitely recommend them.

I didn't price shop this project because I was in a rush so I cannot speak about their pricing, but their service is outstanding. They arrived at my door two hours after I called, had the correct parts on hand to fix my garage door spring, and had the job complete within an hour of arrival. I highly recommend Key's Garage Door Repair service.

When I called Key's Garage Door Repair they were quick to get back to me. They were nice enough to come to the house,  while I was at work,  to replace the spring. Stephen is great! They do good quick work! We used them when I worked at a school and they always showed up as fast as possible. We tried some other ones that were closer to us but they would keep putting us off. I highly recommend them.

ABC Seamless

The whole team at ABC seamless was great to work with. We had siding,windows,gutters,soffit and roof done. Our house looks brand new thanks to ABC seamless. Did not think our old house could look this good.

Advanced Thermal Solutions

We paid for the furnace and never got a receipt that they received payment nor a install date until I called 1 week later from when the money was taken out. Than was told I would have to wait 6 weeks. After a couple weeks I called to find out exact date since I had to be there all day for them to install. I was told that my furnace was in but the guy who schedule installs wasn't in and they didn't know when he would be. So I left a message and he never responded. This went on for about 5 or more calls. When I finally got a hold of him he told me that he would check to see if it was in and would call me back, after I was already told it was, than he never called me back. Than after a few more calls trying to get a hold of him he finally told me a date. I was on vacation but I had some at my house to get it but never they never showed. I then had to call them and ask what happened in which he told me he forgot, and would have it done by the end of the week. I than called him at the end of the week and he forgot again but did finally get it installed that Friday after moving things around. The install team was great. Friendly and professional but overall a horrible place to try to get a furnace as the manager does not communicate.

We bought a furnace/air conditioner from this company three years ago. During the 2023 winter season the furnace stopped working. I called to get a service call. I was informed that they are swamped and not sure when they can fit me in. I was very disappointed and will not use them again.

Have used them for a few years, and have had to multiple times have them recharge our ac unit.  They have done regular maintenance on our unit but our unit has had a leak in it for years come to find out and they haven't said anything other than just recharging the unit.  They were nice enough and prompt to come out, but when it came down to it we were just paying for a bandaid instead of getting the problem fixed.  Now we have to get a whole new unit to replace this un-repairable one.  Thank God I got a second opinion on it from someone else.  Or else we would keep throwing money down the drain.

Recently had a full furnace and AC unit installed. They were great! Have us a very fair price quote and even with slight changed during installation they honored their original quote. The quality of work was amazing! They have even came out to help with troubleshooting and didn't charge a thing. Will definitely use them for all my heating and cooling needs

Had service technician Joshua over because my furnace was refusing to light properly. The whole process from the phone call to order the service to the service itself was a good one. The receptionist was friendly and got me scheduled right away, Joshua showed up when he was scheduled to on time, was very clean and professional, got right to the heart of my problem, explained what needed to be done in terms that I could understand, and got the problem solved. I am very pleased with this service and would recommend them to anyone who needs service work whether repair or maintenance on their hvac. I will be using them again.

Auto Glass Express

Auto Glass Express got me into their schedule the day after I called them.  I had full glass coverage through my insurance and Auto Glass coordinated it with them so I had no worries about coverage.  Dustin did a great job. Very professional and personable.  He returned a few days after the initial replacement with new side moldings.  Some of the tabs had broken off my existing moldings during the initial repair and Auto Glass Express ordered new ones and replaced them promptly.  I am very satisfied with the quality of their work and their courteous customer service.  Would definitely use again.

PuroClean Emergency Restoration Services

Waking up with a 1/4” of water on your bedroom floor at 5am is not a fun way to wake up. Panic, uncertainty, and just not knowing what to do. Allstate is my insurance, called them up and Puro Clean mitigation was sent out. They came out within hours which was awesome.

Kevin was my project manager and you can tell he has experience and the hustle, but is still compassionate. He treated me like a person which may sound weird, but he sees stuff like this everyday and still had a gentle tone. All his teammates as well were great. They are people like you and me.

They were quick, but very thorough with drying everything out. They let me ask questions, showed me how they measure and gave advice based off of what they have seen. Only time will tell, but I believe they did the best they could and saved the house from potential additional damage.

I am happy with the mitigation team. I know Puro Clean has serval contractors. I highly recommend the water damage team.

Sharing some photos so people can see what to expect if you get water damage. It’s scary at first, but it needs to be done.

Good luck getting anyone to come out for follow up visits. Based on a recommendation from our insurance company, we initially had them come out to assess some water damage and mold growth due to a leak in our ceiling. They cut a small hole in the drywall and told me to call them back after a plumber had repaired the source of the leak. I called back a week later after the repair was made only to be given the runaround for several weeks. Finally after 7 phone calls and several messages to the project manager (over the course of 2 weeks) the main office finally has Scott return my call. Scott calls and I explain to him that I have been trying to get someone to come back out and finish the job. He tells me that’s not something they can do. Such a waste of our time to wait around for weeks with a moldy hole in the ceiling only to be told they now are unable to help me.. very unprofessional and I will not work with this business in the future.

They were able to send a crew out the same day. Kevin came to see the damage and provide an estimate. I walked with him and he explained what would need to be done and would show/explain why it needed to be done. While he was doing this he had a new employee with him giving him on the job training (great to see). That same afternoon a two man crew arrived to set up and get the job done. Prior to them starting one of them walked through with me to verify everything they were to do. Great, knowledgeable, professional service, I would recommend and use them again.

Upstairs toilet overflowed down to first floor and basement. Response was immediate and they came in and got the job done and explained process.  It was a very stressful time and they helped put my mind to ease. Would recommend them if you ever find yourself in this unfortunate situation.
