I hired Surface Surgeons to deep clean my townhouse carpets this past December, and I couldn't be more happy with the results.  I had several pets that left stains on the carpets, and the Surface Surgeon team was able to not only remove the stains, but deep clean and decontaminate my carpets and refresh them back to their previous state!  I would highly recommend their services - they were on-time, polite, worked quickly, and answered all of my questions about the process and any follow up questions I had.

Surface Surgeons is absolutely awesome! I had them come in and clean my carpets. I don't know why I didn't hire them earlier. Now it's going to be an annual thing! One of my friends recently had water damage to their entire basement. They used Surface Surgeons too and were beyond thrilled! Feels great to hire local people who do great work.

I highly recommend Surface Surgeons to clean carpets. At the time of cleaning, we paid for Green Guard, and had Surface Surgeons come back six months later to clean up a recent spill at no extra charge. We have used their service for several years and give them a high rating.

I have cleaned my own carpet for years but now i'm too handicapped to
do it anymore. The first time we had surface surgeons come out to clean our carpet we were very impressed by not only the excellent quality of the work done but also the time the technician (on of the owners) spent explaining how their service differs from what others offer. We have since had them back several more times and will be scheduling them again in January.

This winter was a tough one and my sewer pipes froze and burst...water throughout my fully finished basement. Of course I was out of town!  Pure One was recommended to me and they were wonderful! Lauren and TJ were great. I had been dealing with our fence since May 2023. More insurance issue than anything. Once TJ was assigned it was constant communication and detail on what was happening. I had quick responses anytime I left a message or text. Work done was great as they were having to deal with shotty work done by previous company. I would recommend and use again. Thank you!!!

The crew that was sent out to my home was very professional friendly and explained everything very well to me that way I could understand the process. And I am very thankful that they were able to come out on the weekend to get the job completed quicker for me. I would recommend to others.

The insurance company recommended them when I filed my claim, I'm glad they did. Ben and his crew were great to work with. Ben showed an appreciation for the details of an old house and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! As expected when working on a 100 year old house, there were some surprises along the way, but the communication was excellent, the workers professional, and things were done when they were supposed to be done. HIGHLY recommend!

The whole process of refurbishing our deck was fabulous!  From the estimate to the finished product there was exceptional customer service. The people at Craftsman's Choice are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The craftsman that did the deck work were courteous, neat, clean and tidy. They were also extremely fastidious about making sure the installation was perfect. Craftsman's Choice also put Hardie Board siding on our house years ago and with the professional installation and top of the line product, it still looks like new.  I LOVE this company! In my opinion, get a quote and design from Craftsman's Choice and there is no need to shop further.

We worked with Craftsman's Choice about three years ago to replace the siding on our house and, at the time, we were very pleased with the work.  Fast forward to about a month ago, we had our air conditioner replaced and the company doing the work accidentally broke a siding board.  We called Craftsman's Choice only to ask them how we could order a replacement board thinking that we would just install the new board ourselves.  To our very pleasant surprise, they told us that not only would they order the new board for us, but that they would install it for us.  The whole process was very quick and the level of service far surpassed our expectations.  Thank you so much and we can't say enough how much we appreciate your efforts to go above and beyond!

We went through a different contractor for new windows in 2021. We had nothing but issues with them and even had water coming in this fall. I was referred to Craftsman's Choice to fix this issue since I was sick & tired of dealing with the other company.

The owner himself came out to take a look at the problem and we got it fixed today! I'm so grateful for this headache to be over & having a fix that I know I can trust. I will for sure be returning to Craftsman's Choice when we are ready to do more window replacements.

Craftsman's Choice has done it again.  Several years back, the Craftsman's Choice crew did an excellent job re-siding our home with Hardie Siding and helping with the design we were after.  Just recently, Phil LaFond and his team did a fantastic Hardie Siding repair on the side of the house where an old furnace/AC unit existed.  They matched the color and styling beautifully.  My wife and I can't be more happy with the repair completed.

Ace Handyman Services Casper

Just bought a house in Casper and needed someone to help with a few projects I was not able to do. Handyman Cliff came out and spent the day taking care of it for me.  He did a great job and was pleasant and tidy. Have contact ACE now a couple times and had Cliff out to take care of installing some fixtures. Will be using ACE again in the future!

James  did a great job replacing the flooring in our laundry room. He was prompt and on time. The work was excellent and the price was fair.

The handyman,Clifford, that came to my house was great. He was very knowledgeable in different areas and very thorough. He went beyond the call of duty!! He was friendly, professional, and he knew what he was doing. Would recommend him and the company to anyone. Very pleased and will be using them again.

Hired them to finish painting our home. Sandy & Cliff did an excellent job! Our home looks new. Highly recommend them if you need painting but can't afford a pro service. These guys are good!

High praises for Furnace Doctors! While other HVAC providers either didn't reply to my inquiries or never even came to their sales appointment, working with Furnace Doctors was amazingly simple and confidence-inspiring. They are honest, up-front, extremely competitive on pricing, very responsive and they provide excellent products and excellent service. I needed a furnace and an AC. A big purchase. They sell great products, the installer has over 25 years of experience, they laid out options and they installed quickly, giving me peace of mind as the winter approaches. They came highly recommended from several people and I am adding my list to those who recommend them. Do not give more money than needed to some of the bigger companies who may not even take the time to make the sale... why risk poor service later on? Superior Garage Door Repair

Great experience. My garage door was crooked and needed repair. Jayson was able to come visit me within 3 hours on a Sunday. Had a great set of tools and materials to get the job done within an hours time. Highly recommend.

Nick came over within 45 minutes of my call. And not only fixed the broken hinge on one side of the garage door, but recommended the other side be fixed as well. This is the best the garage door has worked in quite a long. AND, he got my garage door opener working!!! I haven't had a "clicker" for a year. Very, very pleased with his workmanship and courteous demeanor. I'm a very pleased customer. Thank you

when my garage door spring broke, I called Superior Garage door.  A technician came out, he gave me a price to replace my springs. ($1280.)  It seemed like a lot of money but he said he had to redo my system.  I said go ahead.  He finished the job in just a little over 2 hours.  It worked fine.  I signed the receipt and paid him.  He stated he would email me the receipt.  Well I guess I was stupid, but later that day I looked at the receipt he emailed me.  I expected that they would inflate most of the parts, but when I examined the receipt I could not believe it.  Everything was very inflated.  the striking example was for the 2 seven foot cables on each end were $189 for the pair.  Garage door cables everywhere I looked ran from $10-$20 dollars.  Other items on the receipt, I thought were way our of line.  I called and talked to several people at Superior Garage door.  They claimed they only use the highest quality materials.  They also said the technician also worked very hard on my door.  Well I guess I was stupid and they also felt I am stupid.  Don't call Superior garage.  If you do, make sure you check the prices and get other estimates. Don't get price gouged.

Prices are very high. To replace 1 garage spring. $250 just  for labor which was about 45 minutes. $90 just to lube a few parts. $170 for end bearing plates which I am not sure were even bad. You can buy on Amazon for $15. Total cost $745 for a spring replacement. WOW!!! And then they are looking for a tip!

Add on 11/21 : Then Jacob ask you to call him, so I did, and he never returned my call. So why even ask me to call you?

Jon was very professional. He surveyed the damage and gave me an honest estimate. Was very customer friendly with any questions I had in regards to maintaining my door and anything else I was curious about. Definitely recommend. Repaired right on site after the quote.

Rapid Glass

I had some sticker shock at the cost of a 13X26 pane of glass. I'm told that they can't use regular glass, it has to be tempored and once measured has to be ordered and shipped. That being said, the glass was removed and replaced on a 57 year old door with undetectable marks on the trim that was taken off to access the panel. It was done quickly, professionally, ahead of projected schedule and left clean and that was important to me as my dog uses that door and I often walk barefoot there as well. I would recommend this company.

Had three windows, all different sizes / styles that had the foggy, broken seals. We had Rapid Glass come to our home and fix them. They did a great job, the replacement glass and seal are noticeably better then the original they replaced and while the cost seems a bit high, it is a third of the cost of replacing the entire window so all good. We will call them first if we ever need any future window repairs!!

Holy hell, a $200 labor bill on a 30-minute fix. I have never in all my years of working with window replacement companies been surprised (shocked) with such an EXPENSIVE bill. The most I have ever paid for a similar repair is $104.32 and that included the materials.

My husband and I have installed many windows but never a window pane. The concepts are very similar. We custom ordered a window pane to install and it came quickly compared to waiting for a replacement window which is taking several months in 2022. Unfortunately, we were never told by any one that one side should be facing the inside and one side should be facing the outside. The sticker that indicates this is smaller than my thumb. We had installed the whole pane and then noticed the tiny sticker, realizing it was put in with the wrong side facing out. By the time we realize it the whole thing is already in and installed. Incredibly frustrating, we took off the trim, silicone, etc. Trying to flip it to be correct and ended up breaking the panel. That's hundreds down the drain, a simple heads up from one of the many employees I spoke to throughout the process would have saved us this fatal mistake. The sticker is stupid small enough so that we didn't notice it....

The stationery panel of my patio door had fogged up.   Replacing the entire door would have been very expensive.   A representative  from Rapid Glass came to my house, measured the glass panel to be replaced and gave me a date for the replacement.  The installers showed up on the date promised and installed the new glass.  They did an outstanding job and did it quickly at a fraction of what a new door would have cost.
