Rapid Glass is an amazing company. When a glass shelf of my 125 yr old curio was broken by a moving company I was heartbroken. The curio has been handed down through 3 generations and someday to my Grandaughter. The movers reached out to Rapid Glass and they were able to re create the shelves perfectly in a professional and caring way. And in time for our family Thanksgiving and into Christmas.

Terrible customer service. Tried to make an appt to fix a chip in my windsheild and they would not make the appt. Just terribly rude. I suppose business is good after our big hail storm last week so they don't need my business-nor would I give it to them.

Rapid Glass is great to work with. I had a vinyl window that needed glass replacement. Scheduling was easy, they were upfront on lead time for the replacement glass and the installation was fast, clean, and on time. Will use them again for sure!

Awesome job!  The guys save the prairie style molding on the glass and reinstalled it. Couldn’t have been better. Done right on time. Can’t recommend enough!

Glass Doctor of Greater St. Louis

I needed a new rear passenger window for my driver side because thieves smashed it in and they were quick to come out the very next day! I called and spoke with a lady named Tracy who was very professional and outstanding with helping me out. My service technician that came to me was Dana and he was remarkably outstanding he did such a professional job and kept me updated throughout the entire process! He even cleaned up all the glass that was scattered everywhere. I would definitely recommend this company to anybody looking for affordable professional window replacement!!

Great experiences with them! First one was my car windshield and I don’t have glass coverage. So I was dreading getting my windshield replaced. They were so quick and pleasant I could not be happier. Then I realized they also do residential windows! So I emailed them again(responses always fast and kind!) to get two foggy windows fixed. They came out to measure then back out to install within a week. Installation was so fast! Both the auto tech and residential window tech were nice, professional, and gave clear instructions to make sure the windows sealant cures right.
If I have any future glass concerns I will definitely use them again. I found out a neighbor used them too! They also had good things to say.

I had a freak accident where my back windshield cracked on a trip to Chicago. I called this business around 9:30am and asked for a quote. They immediately gave me one and told me they could have a technician come see me that afternoon. I drove back to STL and called them again to confirm. By 4:30pm I had a brand new windshield installed on my car. Austin, the technician did an awesome job. He was timely, polite, and thorough. He made sure my car is was clean and vacuumed and did an excellent job on the installation. I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish, they were AWESOME!  VERY QUICK response to our initial quote request, follow-up questions, scheduling, and doing the work.  They were the second lowest quote (out of about a dozen) - GREAT PRICE!  The mobile service person was SO NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and PROFESSIONAL.  They were very THOROUGH with the auto glass replacement (they clearly knew what they were doing, but didn’t seem rushed at all).  Honestly, the only way the experience could’ve been better is if we didn’t need it in the first place.  But this is St Louis.  Car windows get smashed.  We’d give ‘em 6 stars if we could.  HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

10/10. Amazing staff! Called a couple days prior with a crack in my windshield, these guys got me scheduled so quick, it was such an easy process. I showed up the day of and was in and out in just under an hour. Everyone was so helpful and friendly, Kk is an actual angel. There was even a sweet little puppy dog that greeted me when I came in. Any kind of glass work you need done, whether it’s automotive, commercial, or at home, I wouldn’t trust anyone aside from these guys.

Dubuque Glass Company

Dubuque Glass replaced an eyebrow section on a bedroom window. They were considerably cheaper than two competitors because competitors wanted to replace the entire window. An excellent installation was done in a very short time. We are very pleased with the result.

We had a curved glass pain break. I contacted Dubuque glass and a gentleman was right out to look and later give us an estimate. The installer was back in a very timely manner. The work was excellent. He cleaned up the mess.  I am very happy with the friendly staff and the workmanship.  Highly recommended.

Affordable Door Service

I didn’t know who to call to do some maintenance on our garage door, so just found Affordable Door Service online and gave him a call.  Joe was so friendly and showed up when he said he would and fixed the door at reasonable price.  Such a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommend.

The absolute BEST and most reasonable service you will ever find. Ask for Joe! He came on a Sunday during his busy season to help my elderly mother get out of her garage. This is the way business used to be done. A handshake and incredibly friendly service...and on a Sunday!

Definitely the best customer service experience ever!  Joe answered our desperate call on a Saturday morning when our door spring broke. He scheduled a convenient time for the service call, was here exactly on time, fixed the problem and did all of the maintenance in addition to the fix.  I definitely give him 5 stars and he will be the guy we call going forward.

Joe was awesome! Highly recommend. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is in working order when he is done as well as even looked over our other two garage doors and took care of maintenance on those to make sure no major repairs would be needed in the future!

Paul Davis Restoration of Greater MSP

Paul Davis Restoration was called by an employee of the building management    The workers who came in destroyed two closets and a bathroom, leaving the elderly owner in a home that was unsafe.    They left a 71-year-old woman without a toilet for almost two months.  The shower tub piece were left in the middle of the bathroom.    The owner was left without use of the bath sink and the shower for nearly a year due to the disagreement. The “plumber” left the sink drain leaking and the tub faucet dripping, he asked for buckets.
They insisted on dealing with the insurance company and completely underbid the project.   The employees didn't answer phone calls, or return voice messages or emails.    The final invoice billed for items that we're never attempted or finished.

The water mitigators were awesome. The content packers/ storage were awesome. The restoration rep often tried cutting corners to get the product for the project. He promised dates but did not deliver. He hired subcontractors and did not follow up with them. (They often cancelled their arrival, the day off). We were not a priority ever. I had to call Rep back after each part of the project was complete (closet doors, bathroom counter, baseboards etc) because they were not completed properly. He purchased cheap composite baseboards and said that these are pre painted white so it’s easier. (We had solid wood before. Shiny chalk on bathroom counter top that turned neon green, that I had to repair.  Framework on closet was not done properly and there is an ugly gap around the trim. Tried putting in a make-shift door (trimming and shimming to fit) instead of a custom door (due to the size) for a linen closet. When confronted on it, I was told it was “good enough” and “after a few weeks you won’t notice it”.
I ended up telling him to get out of my house because he kept coming in and saying “ok, I think we are done, let’s sign off on the project”.  I told him I will have to hire someone else to correct all the issues.  I have not even mentioned all the issues.

We're so grateful for the excellent service we've received from Paul Davis following a significant water intrusion in our basement. They dealt directly with our insurance company to assist with full coverage, and provide comprehensive, quick, and correct work throughout the project. Definitely would recommend!!

We had water damage on a Saturday in mid July 2023, underneath vinyl flooring and wood flooring. Filed claim with our insurance company immediately and notified PaulDavis restoration services that Monday. PaulDavis was quick to respond and sent a mitigation team that same day. All the staff that I spoke with, were respectful, courteous, knowledgeable and eased my fears. I received a call from Matt Abendroth, a restoration service manager soon after; which was our go to person through our the project.
I was concerned about timeline of getting projects completed, due to upcoming scheduled knee surgery in October. We needed all new wood floors throughout, new vinyl, painting of most trim and walls. Matt made sure that all services needed and all materials ordered; were scheduled and finished on time. They worked well with our Insurance Company as well.
We were very pleased, grateful, satisfied with the finished results.

Mitigation team was perfect.   They showed up promptly and did great work, attentive to details.  The restoration team had excellent quality folks.  All said and done, I would call these folks again if we ever had another water problem.

Viviano Windows & Door

I had Viviano do two separate jobs for me, first replacing an exterior door and then a few months later replacing three windows and two glass panes in existing windows.

We got off to a poor start when the employee who came to take initial measurements made a mistake that led to an incorrect price quote. Robert called me a few weeks later to apologize for the mistake, explained what had happened, and asked if I was still interested at the correct price. Luckily I had procrastinated on the project!

The crew that did the exterior door was polite and did solid work. I had to touch up the caulking after a heavy rain storm revealed a spot that was missed, but it wasn't a big deal. Based on that experience, I had them come back to replace several windows. I was blown away by the second job, both in terms of the quality of the windows and the quality of the installation.

Overall the company is easy to work with. Their supplier ships on a much faster timeline than some of their competitors, and installation was seamless. I wouldn't hesitate to use Viviano again.

Viviano's is acceptable if you go with every scrap of info you could possibly need. They are zero help with suggestions about the industry they specialize in.

And you better hope you never have an issue. My six week door order went past ten weeks. Viviano's answer was, "sounds like a you problem."

I will not use them ever again.

My company ordered a door on 07-27-23. Our door finally came in on 10-04-23.  It took about five phone calls to finally find out the manufacturer didn't do the door and we had to wait an additional 4 weeks beyond the 6 that we were told.

Nothing was done to compensate us being 4 extra weeks out or spurring the manufacturer to fix the mistake faster.

We have learned our lesson and will never use a company that is not in their customer's corner.

Living in a 100 year old house, we needed a storm door that would fit our "half round door" (i think thats the right term). These doors are very hard to find so despite living in NY, we ended up ordering from Viviano in MO. The experience has been great in every way possible. Great communication, knowledge, patience, etc. They have also answered questions and offered to replace something free of charge after the fact! Highly recommend.

Shout out to Viviano Windows and Doors.  I bought my windows 20 plus years ago.  I had a problem with a window, called them.  They sent out one of their representatives, he had the window fixed and working and locking in a few minutes.  Such a sigh of relief to have fixed as I'm expecting a grandchild soon and was worried with the window.  Now my worries and stress are gone.  Can't say enough about how grateful I am.  You are truly are an angle and have excellent business/customer satisfaction.

We had an excellent experience with Viviano. We needed 8 old windows replaced on our duplex. Viviano gave us a quote competitive with, if not below, the big competitors (window world, window nation), around $6000 . PLUS they were able to do it in a third of the time. From order to install was about 2 months, where other companies were estimating 4-6 months, which would have meant we miss the benefits of the windows through the winter. Plus, we made a verbal agreement with our sales rep about a discount, and the company was willing to honor it even though we had nothing in writing and the rep was no longer with the company by the time install happened. The installers were professional and kind. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with ABC Seamless Gutters the end result.

We bought this House and are giving it a lot of Love by doing a complete Exterior and Interior Remodeling job. So far, New Vinyl Siding, New Soffit / Fascia, New Exterior Doors and a New Roof has been installed. The entire Exterior of the House was completed, when ABC Seamless installed Gutters. The Gutters that I chose were not standard size and I chose a Gutter that was larger. The entire job was completed in 4 hours and it looks amazing!

They know what they are doing and are worth the Money.

ABC Seamless Gutters did an awesome job for me. They were very quick to schedule my preferred date of installation. They installed them in less than a day. The gutters look great! I was 100 % pleased with their price, workmanship and finishing product! And best of all they don't leak like my old ones.

I had ABC Seamless install new gutters a couple of years ago.  Then I recently had them install leaf guards over the gutters. They are just excellent, no more ladders for me. The installers did a great job - cleaned up everything perfectly.  I recommend!

We were having trouble opening our patio French doors that we use LOTS to access the backyard with 2 dogs. Zach did a great job diagnosing the problem and troubleshooting a short-term solution while we order repair parts from the door manufacturer. Very grateful to have a working door.

Zack did a great job changing our sink faucet and looking at an issue with our toilet.  Was able to fix it without replacing parts.  Very happy with the job done!!!

Zack was very friendly and worked very efficiently. He completed the job in the estimated time and made sure everything worked properly before he departed. I will definitely use Ace Handyman Services again for my next project I need help with.

The young man you sent out to hook up my garage heater, was pleasant enough and a hard worker BUT experienced with the electrical side.  He could not get the heater to start up. We thought it was a defective heater.  The people who ultimately hooked up the heater had to change the wire from the breaker box to the unit and the wire to the unit was also hooked up wrong.
The heater works fine,....now that it was hooked up properly.

Excellent service, varied projects including front door work, bathroom exhaust fans, barn door hanging, door seal corrections and other minor work.  Zack was professional, friendly, knowledgeable.

Would highly recommend and would hire again for handyman services
