Hands down the best service from the time I picked up the phone to call for help. My heater was out and they came the next day. My technician was so knowledgeable and kind. He fixed what I had, was honest about my old heater and never tried to upsell me but did tell me to “save my pennies”.

He stayed to make sure his repair was a success and I had heat!!!

We had our garage doors replaced today and truly do not have enough good things to say about this business! We decided to get a total of four estimates before deciding to go with Metro Garage Door. The pricing was very competitive and fair especially for the quality of work and wonderful customer service! Chad came out to give us our estimate. He was so kind and patient. He took the time to explain the product and understand our needs to set us up with the best fit for our home. Tyler and Cody came out today to do the install and they were wonderful! They were kind, friendly, and very knowledgeable about their products! From start to finish, every staff member has been a joy to work with and I would recommend them to any of our family and friends! Don’t hesitate to call this wonderful company!

My garage door was damaged and needed to be replaced, but I had to grapple with an insurance claim, which of course takes forever… So…
Chad came out and gave me a quote, told me what I would and would not need to remove from my garage before the installation, (because seriously, who wants to empty their entire garage if they don’t have to?), and he understood that we would need to wait for the claim to be paid first. Metro Garage Doors was super patient, and Chad touched base with me while we waited for the claim to be paid, to make sure we were still on track.
Once we finally ordered the door, Jim set us up with an installation date and let me know what would need to happen and how long it would take, etc. There were no surprises, which I very much appreciate.
Ryan, our technician, did an excellent job installing my new door and trimming it out. It looks great and works great, and I’m very impressed. Hats off to him, because I have a little old garage (70 years) that, like virtually all little old garages, is definitely not square anymore (as you can see in the photo), and if you know anything about fixing things, you understand how much more challenging it is to work with an old structure or item than it is to work with something that’s brand-spanky new. Ryan absolutely went above and beyond with the quality of his work, plus he’s a really cool friendly guy.

I'd give ten stars if I could. Joe and Brendan were so nice, explained everything and Abner all my questions.  Also, were flexible d/t current construction equipment that was in the space they needed to work in. The finished job looks great!

We wanted to go local with this purchase and Metro was 1 of 2 vendors we chose for estimates. They were quick and easy to deal with and had a great variety to choose from. While it was a little confusing as to who to contact for what, we got our beautiful new door ordered and installed easily. Sarah & Ryan were nice, professional and great to work with. I'd highly recommend Metro and will use them again/refer to others - wonderful experience, thanks Metro!

When I got home from work, I heard a noise that was not good coming from my garage door.  The door had come off the track as a cable had broken.  I called Metro Garage Door and within an hour and a half of my call, Sarah and Joe had it fixed and inspected and I was back up and running! I highly recommend Brittney  Madden If you are looking  for someone to do your real estate sales. She is top notch at doing her job. She goes out of her way to make sure you are well taken care of and she will stand up for you, her customer to get best price. Chris did a nice job and explained the work he was doing well.  We also had Ace completely refurbish our two-story deck. Andy and John were great and really thoughtful about improcing the quality. The before and after pictures are amazing.  Highly recommend!

Your handymen did a great job on my deck! Very intelligent, respectful and thoughtful. they were very detail oriented and took the time to discuss details with me. they also helped me find ways to cut costs. Also very organized and tidy.

I had a great experience all around. The hot water supply line to my washer blew off the nozzle late one night last week and flooded my basement. I called AmFam and got the claims process started. The next day the Claims adjuster was out and gave me a couple numbers. The only one that answered immediately was Paul Davis. DeMarius save DeMarcus were here the next day with floor fans, drills, and a dehumidifier. They explained what they planned to do to dry the deal and studs so no mold would have the opportunity to grow, did it, and were in and out quickly. Both of them were friendly, helpful, and professional. Couldn’t ask for a better response from a company.

Darius and Marcus are amazing gentlemen.  They showed up on time and were very helpful.  They even did the job with smiles on their face.  That makes such a difference for a customer when the workers are friendly.

My spring on my garage door broke as I was planning to leave on a trip. Couldn’t get out of the garage. Called Superior Garage Door. They  got there in a reasonable length of time. Nick was the repair guy. He was outstanding!  He explained everything and even got the door up so I could leave. He finished the job and we finalized every over the phone while I was traveling. Great experience with him and the company.

Called at 9am this morning with a snapped garage door spring, Brandon was out by 10am to replace it same day! Very informative and explained everything in detail. Very efficient and good at his job while educating customes, would recommend to anyone looking for timely quality service!

Fast, efficient, reliable, I can't thank them enough. Brought my car in to get a window replaced, they were done in about an hr. Not only that, they took the extra time to clean up the glass that was still left on the floor and car seat. THANK YOU!!!

They were the cheapest option and were able to get me in the soonest, I was a little hesitant until I saw the reviews. I booked, stayed during my appointment. I was in and out from a full windshield replacement and recalibration from safety equipment in about 2 hours. They did fantastic work and I will return if I somehow need to replace my windshield again.

I have had the pleasure of utilizing Deborah's services for remediation was I have been blown away by the exceptional results. Deborah's exceptional support and open communication create a trusting and collaborative relationship. It's evident that she values their opinions and strives to exceed their expectations at every turn. I will surely be calling again should a remediation need come up.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also very knowledgeable and came to our house to do the inspection giving us a lot of information and education for mold. They were very thorough with their work and helped give us so much peace of mind!

I had a funky smell in a basement closet due to a small water leak in the boiler line. Ultra Clean was prompt in coming out to look at the problem the same day I called. Even though it was a small job compared to their normal standards, they still treated me very well and gave me a good price. I appreciated that their antimicrobial spray was made from thyme and not harmful chemicals. Their service technicians were kind and helpful and did good work. I would definitely recommend this business to others.

100% recommend this company! If you are looking for someone to cleanup a mess you have, this is the one to go for. They are very honest and do not overcharge. They went above and beyond to make sure everyone was done well. Hopefully I will never need to hire a mold mitigation company again to cleanup after water damage and mold,  but I would I for sure go with them again if i was in the same situation. When another company came through and was way inflating the price of what needed to be done, Deborah and her crew came through and gave a much more reasonable quote. In the end the project we had hired her for ended up being a bigger project than Deborah was thinking initially (the house was in pretty bad shape), but she was honest and kept her word for the price. Very refreshing to work with an honest company like this.

Anytime you have water damage, much of which you can’t see, you need to find someone that is reputable and trusting. The time they took to analyze the situation and then provide honest feedback/recommendation, is something that isn’t easy to find (especially when the service job is too small). I would highly recommend them!
