Maner Fence & Installed Sales - Charleston

They first came out and worked up the measurements for our fence. They were very prompt in getting back with our estimate and once we had our HOA approval Maner Fence company was able to set up to have our fence installed within a couple of days. They did an outstanding job and were very conscientious about leaving our yard in pristine condition!

From the very start, Maner was very responsive and easy to work with. The estimator was on time and professional,  the paperwork process was easy, and the installation was SUPER fast. Love the metal frame on the gate so it doesn't loose its shape! They worked on getting the right permits and would have worked with our HOA,  if needed. Definitely recommend Maner for all your fence needs.

I was ready to change my carpets but a friend in Maryland recommended Custom Cleaning Pro back in 2019. I used their services to clean my rental property after renters moved out leaving the carpet in very bad shape. The before and after was out of this world.

In 2021 i converted my property into an Airbnb and Eric is now my preferred vendor to keep the place pristine. He does a great job with carpets, tile, upholstery and just keeps the entire property spic and span.

Water Damage Restoration - My house's basement was severely flooded and a friend did referral me to Custom Cleaning Pro. I can't regret having called them. They did such a great job. They came after hours to take care of the first steps. At least, the damage was not bigger. They were able to contact my insurance company and work with me during the whole process to get everything in place. The process was smooth and my basement was back in business in three weeks. The reconstruction was also covered. I am pleased with their service—100% recommended.

Erick came and cleaned our carpets and they’re like new again!!   He’s so nice and polite and cares about his work!  I would totally recommend his company!

I strongly recommend Top Value for repairs to damaged windows.  I recently discovered a damaged windows in my unit and after conducting a search and review of companies in my area selected Top Value.  I was pleased with my choice as Ben provided excellent service.  He quickly came to view the damage, took measurements and repaired the window in 10 days.  I will be using Top Value again for any other future repairs.

Fast response! I needed the glass replaced in a slider window in my kitchen. Pricing definitely reasonable. Anthony was very professional, did a great job and cleaned up when he was done. Before and after photos included. Definitely recommend and will be having glass replaced in another window soon.

Rock cracked our windshield. The insurance company said they will replace with an original GM windshield. Glass Doctor said I can’t put in the original. Said he would lose money. I said doesn’t insurance pay since they approved it? He said I just can’t do it I will not make any money. They did the same on my truck a few months ago. So I let him put in after market in my truck. He told me I would have to get someone else it I want Original GM WINDSHIELD. Seems weird don’t want insurance to be billed for original GM parts and get aftermarket. So I will be looking elsewhere

They replaced my windshield without any issues; however, my car cameras did not want to recalibrate to the windshield. Since my car was new, the problem had to do with a software update. They worked with me assuring me they would get the issue corrected and they did. I received great customer service and was truly looked after. We will only go to Glass Doctor for all of our glass needs. Thank you all again!

Ace Handyman Services Fairfax County

Pelham removed the two exterior lights and installed new ones. The light pole involved removing the concrete base on an extremely hot, humid day. He did a professional job, was courteous, and cleaned up well. We would highly recommend him for future homeowner projects.

We do not recommend this company to anyone who plans to relocate appliances, particularly washer and dryer. Their initial quote was $373, then this changed to $473 with a truck renting since they did not have any truck available on the scheduled day. The guy came to the house and asked if it is okay to pee on my backyard and he did. Normally relocating and installing washer/dryer is two-men job, yet he came out himself. He asked me to push the washer on the dolly since it was so obvious he was not able to carry 200+ pounds washer by himself.

The worst part was he was not able to install washer and dryer properly. My dryer has a steam function and needs a hose for water supply. The guy who told me he is well experienced professional did not even know why the four pins should be installed on the back of the washer (front-load). He had no idea how to install the three way hose to washer and dryer.

I complained about all the things what he did and got the $129 discount. What’s funny is we hired another guy to finish the installation and ended up paying extra $179.

Customer services related to scheduling and feedback are great yet they do not know who their professionals are. (At least they had no idea how ridiculous experience we had with that unprofessional guy)

I'd like to thank Ace Handyman Services, Fairfax for completing excellent work on my kitchen doors!  Marcos, the assigned handyman, provided, what I would characterize as the finest carpentry work I've ever seen.  He very quickly identified the issues/problems and completed the work in a most professional manner, while ensuring minimal disruption, dust, and noise. The whole experience was incredibly easy from start to finish. I spoke with Joyce who was extremely attentive and promptly dispatched Gilberto right away for a small project we had where we needed a heavy mirror to be hung on the wall. He arrived on time, quickly took care of the job, and was out in no time. He was extremely kind and professional. Just had the first half of my 30 plus windows installed by Ameriside. Awesome windows! Jose and Christian work the whole day straight. They did amazing work and left my home spotless. Oh, and did I mention the windows. I wanted to get some of the windows installed before I left for vacation and they were very accommodating. Now I'm sorry that I'm leaving. At least I have something to look forward to when I get back. The house is already quieter and warmer with just half done. Thanks Ameriside!

This company is great!!! We love the quality of the material and the installers. The gentleman that installed our siding & wrapped our fascia & eaves - has over 30  years of experience. Very impressed. We love our new siding and it looks different than most of the houses in the neighborhood of cookie cutter ranch homes. Our house is very beachy and we are looking forward to many years of no maintenance. Big investment but we are sure we picked the right company. Thanks

The lady over the phone doesn’t know how to listen and talks over you. I let her know I’m looking for a new window screen, I googled for that and they were the first thing to pop up. Why are you advertising your business towards a service you don’t provide? Wasting peoples time filling out the forms on your website and then making them call you for a service you don’t offer.

My experience with Ameriside is rather positive. We had the siding on our house replaced, picked Ameriside's bid and didn't regret it. The siding was over 35 years old, wooden shingle, and in pretty bad shape. We went with James Hardie staggered edge shingle and Ameriside did the great job end to end.
The entire process from the first contact up until the work completion was rather smooth. All folks involved including the owner, sales rep., project manager, and installers were very courteous, knowledgeable, and responsive.
I am especially happy with the installers Chang and Alex for their efficient work, great communication, and attention to detail.
Overall, the siding looks just like we envisioned.

We have worked with Ameriside twice now, and will be working with them again. We have had the most exceptional service!  We installed new windows in our very first home and were very happy.  One of the windows needed a new pane after 5 years of owning it, and Ameriside replaced it free because they stand by the warranty that comes with the windows.  We now own our second home and replaced the upstairs windows. Again, the work of installing them, the product and the professionalism was outstanding.  We are hoping to replace the downstairs soon.  We have dealt mostly with Dave at Ameriside and he has been great. Both times he has been professional, has recommended ways we can save money and has the work done immediately to our satisfaction. We recommend this company over and over to many of our friends. One of the best home improvement companies, if not THE best, we have ever worked with.  Honestly: can't say enough.
