I was ready to change my carpets but a friend in Maryland recommended Custom Cleaning Pro back in 2019. I used their services to clean my rental property after renters moved out leaving the carpet in very bad shape. The before and after was out of this world. In 2021 i converted my property into an Airbnb and Eric is now my preferred vendor to keep the place pristine. He does a great job with carpets, tile, upholstery and just keeps the entire property spic and span. I highly recommend this small and local business.

Water Damage Restoration - My house's basement was severely flooded and a friend did referral me to Custom Cleaning Pro. I can't regret having called them. They did such a great job. They came after hours to take care of the first steps. At least, the damage was not bigger. They were able to contact my insurance company and work with me during the whole process to get everything in place. The process was smooth and my basement was back in business in three weeks. The reconstruction was also covered. I am pleased with their service—100% recommended.
