Kevin Cooper was our project manager and he was amazing! He helped us more than our insurance company did. He called to keep us in the loop and helped us above and beyond what a mitigation team would normally do. If anything every happened to our house again they will be the first call that i make!

Kevin and his crew were called in to clean up my house after another mitigation/ remediation company had botched my job, making things worse after a water incident. From the moment I spoke to Kevin on the phone, I calmed down and felt more at ease. His crew came in and were 100% professional and knowledgeable about what needed to happen to get me on the path to renovations. Bill and his team at PuroClean were at my house within 30 minutes of a water spill on a Saturday. They were extremely friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They offered a turnkey solution for restoring my home back to its original state. We were in a panic after our fish tank broke and poured dozens of gallons of water into our HVAC. Christmas of 2022 brought single degree temperatures to our area (0 degrees counting wind chill). Like many who were affected, we had a pipe burst in our home causing significant damage. PuroClean was the only mitigation company out of others in the area that actually stayed in contact with us while we moved up their waiting list. This was important to us because we otherwise had no way of knowing how long we’d have to wait to even just have water removed and mold treated. Upon a spot opening up, Kevin was very prompt in setting up our inspection. When him and the team arrived and completed the inspection, they set up equipment the same day and got the process started. Joshua and Jimmie were the main guys doing our work, though I believe there were a couple I didn’t get to meet personally. They were very knowledgeable about the mitigation process and communicated with us every step of the way. We were always notified of when they’d be coming out, which helped in working with our schedules. The mitigation process was swift and handled with professionalism all the way through. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company to make sure everything was accounted for. Brandi worked with us on our account with them. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was very responsive throughout despite the demanding workload these companies were facing. PuroClean was the first to reach out in such a troubling time, and with how they took care of our situation we definitely know who to call in the future.
