Involved in an apartment complex fire where I met Jerry on the scene in which he stated he could help me get my items cleaned. Poor communication skills. My items were gone for a total of 2wks and when they returned they were still engulfed with soot that could literally be wiped off with my fingertip on many items. Delivery guy was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed in this company bc I trusted them to assist me with a very unfortunate event in the worse time of my life.

Mr. Jerry Hamilton and his team are great and always making efforts to become/remain involved in surrounding communities. They also show steady communication and dedication to their clients in times of need.

I had a great response from Jerry Hamilton with PuroClean on a Sunday in response to the flooding of my house and by Sunday afternoon he already had a crew working on the cleanup and had my house cleared up damage and dried in a very short time. Special thanks to Jerry and also his cleanup crew.
