Teriyaki Madness

Genuinely one of the worst service places in the world. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. When I ordered they didn’t even call out my name and had me sit at the place for thirty minutes. I had to go up to the counter and ask for it. On the other hand they called out another person’s order and even went outside to hand it to them. I am so disappointed. They even messed up my whole order so I had to go back and ask for a new one. They weren’t even apologetic! They said, “isn’t this what you ordered?” I ordered orange chicken and lomein. They gave me plain chicken with orange sauce on it. Not the fried orange chicken. I am never coming back here again and I will make sure my friends know to not come here either. So disappointed. Not only that but the food tasted so bad. It’s plain and soggy. This is what they gave me and it’s supposed to be “Lomein” please step it up. It’s literally just plain noodles. This is so saddening. Seriously never even thinking of coming back again. Spent so much time and money just to be let down. Oh yeah they also tried to tell me this was their “orange chicken.” I really wish I asked for a refund, but I was already frustrated enough with the situation.

Not much consistency here.  Half the employees are nice, the other half seem angry.  They seem to sometimes have large "corporate" meetings in or around the store, blocking the front door or other parts of the small store.  Barely aware they should treat customers with any kind of thoughtfulness.
Sometimes the food is good, Sometimes it is burnt or the portions seem like what they scraped together at the end of the bag or day.  We continue to go becuase of coupons, so decent pricing right now with BoGo. Unless customer service and consistency changes we would never pay full price.

Pretty good teriyaki chicken. I ordered it spicy, and it was slightly spicy as is... but it did come with an extra sauce. Spicy and flavorful. I shouldn't have added all of it because it tasted way better without that sauce! Next time, just a tad extra. Here is before and after the sauce photos.

This was my first visit to this company. The guy at the counter was friendly, which saved this place from getting a 1 star review.

When I came in Thursday night, I was told right away that they were out of noodles and no rice, too. I asked if veggies were good for a substitute, and it was not a problem. The problem I had was that the salmon filet was smaller than the palm of my hand and was overcooked. The veggies were not fresh and absolutely disgusting. It's definitely not worth $15 for a medium-sized bowl full of nastiness.

Great food at a great price, especially with the Columbine Rebel card. Really liked the fried rice and teriyaki salmon. The noodle bowl was a bit spicy, but overall great food, price and service.

McDonald's

I ordered off the kiosk at the same time as someone else and when my food came they gave me the other persons food. The person delivering food didn't say much at all and seemed to not really care about the customers and was only getting his job done. The decorations where minimalistic which is ok if you like that, I prefer a bit more detail and personality. The prices are outrageous for the quality of the food but luckily they have deals that can help with that. Along with getting someone else's food their iced coffee tasted like they just dumped a bunch of shredded ice in my drink, I'm pretty sure I chewed my drink more than my food so I do not recommend the frappe.

Waiting 20 minutes for simple orders is the norm here. No employees will speak to you and they all hide in the back. I order in advance on the app and say I’m there far in advance and still wait 10 minutes when I arrive for a biscuit and hashbrowns. Utterly unreal.

Came here around 9:30. Service was aweful waited 25 minutes for a Big Mac and the employees come up look at you get scared and go into the back without interacting with you. The manager on duty asked what I was waiting for and I gave her the order number. She then asked what was on it cause the order was gone and went to go grab the order. She proceeded to slam the bag onto the counter and yelled here’s your Big Mac with some ridiculous attitude for having such an easy job. As a teenager who’s worked plenty of fast food it really isn’t hard. Honestly I thought it was hilarious with my friend but still the service is constantly horrible here. I’d take the extra 5 minutes to go to the one off wadsworth and chatfield or just go to the infinitely better Taco Bell in the same parking lot. Everything is also pretty gross here. (see photo)

Literally go to any location except this one. I've had numerous bad experiences here but tonight was beyond expectations. Sure I customized two of the burgers I ordered, but they didn't get one thing right that I asked and messed up the regular stuff I ordered too. And they are rude to top it all off.

I ordered a quarter pounder and when I returned home to eat it, I found that the interior was still red uncooked and the patty was cold. Completely disgusting and hopefully the bite I actually ingested doesn't get me sick. Go anywhere else but this McDonalds.

I’ve had a few poor experiences here, but this one was ridiculous enough to review. I’m also hangry.
We got an order doordashed to us. All the food was old and stale despite the dasher being really quick. My filet o fish was cold and over-cooked to the point of being dry and tough. The bun was also very toasted (it’s not supposed to be).
I was hungry enough to drive to McDonald’s and request a new one. I waited a very long time for someone to help me, but the manager who finally did was kind. Unfortunately the replacement sandwich was exactly the same as the first, down to the toasted bun and weird half piece of cheese. I just went home😭
A filet o fish is the only thing I get at McDonald’s, so I’ve eaten my fair share of less than ideal sandwiches. But these were so bad I didn’t even eat them. One bite was more than enough. I’m so frustrated🥲

I came through the drive through at like 12 30 ish and was there for 20 minutes before pulling around to see if this location was still open, I had put in a mobile order so when I saw that they were still open I came through again, the meat on my burger was so crusty and old, not even up to temp, my chicken nuggets were also not up to temp and were rubbery, then I had to come back because after I left I realized they forgot my hot and spicy.

I don't know why but it's always just me who gets something terrible, the rest of my family's orders are usually good.  Last time I was there I waited 25 minutes for a staff member to replace a very burned chicken sandwich with a new one.  He forgot about it and then handed me an even worse sandwich.

The biggest problem is that staff will stand there and laugh at people at the front counter, because they no longer need to talk to customers.  I do appreciate the order kiosks, but it results in staff completely ignoring the front.  I saw an older gentlemen try to get their attention for what seemed like an eternity, until I got so annoyed that I had to raise my voice before anyone acknowledged he was there.  Just shameful.  Laughing at your customers because you no longer need to engage them is sad.

My sister and I always come here for breakfast, the employees have been super rude several times, they don't give us what we ordered, but my main problem is that I always ask for breakfast with eggs and pancakes, they always give me raw. It looks disgusting and when I ask for it to correct it, they make me rude and behave very rudely, saying that's how they are. I don't understand why am I still going to a place where they give me raw food, my mistake, when I hand him the plate with the raw egg they threw everything(pancakes) and they give me only the egg, when I ask them kindly they answered me in a very rude way. Thay always have very bad service and you can hear them saying things about you and the service they give you, I do not recommend it at all, last time I come here

Received my online order but the lid to my drink wasn’t fully secured which resulted in a mess but that’s partially my fault for not paying attention. Went inside to refill my drink and noticed leftover food all over the tables, the drink station had items scattered everywhere, straws were soaking wet and scattered throughout the ice catchers, smudges of food everywhere and the tea needed refilled (had to tilt the drink container to get the last bit of tea).
When I got home I noticed I had half a container of fries instead of a full container and my Big Mac had a patty that literally looked like someone split it in half and only gave me a partial patty. I understand it’s hard to maintain quality service and a clean environment if it’s busy and understaffed but it was fairly quiet.
I’m not fond of complaining because I know the food industry is rough but this store needs improvements

Chick-fil-A

Super fast! Chick-fil-A for pickup order! Decently busy at the time and still a 3 minute wait on food.

They don't have curbside. When you order, it's under your first name, not your last name.

Otherwise a typical Chick-fil-A! Yum!

Food is always amazing! Drive through service almost always has missing items tho. I always make sure to check the bag before I leave the parking lot. This food ain’t cheap so I want what I order. The employees are super chill, especially Alec, he’s a G, great energy all the time. I like that ordering is fast, that’s really nice.

Update June 2023: Drive thru wait times are often excessive. I go elsewhere if the drive-thru line looks long. However, the line length can be deceptive. Today it was very short and still took 13 minutes to get through for a chicken biscuit. This was probably my last visit.

The cauliflower sandwich is tasty, but not $7.19 tasty. It's a bit smaller and certainly less satisfying than chicken. Once and done.

Never have I had a less than stellar experience at Chick-fil-A until tonight. I was the only person in line, but had to wait several minutes before I was greeted and my order taken. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was a slower night and the store seemed fully staffed. Behind the counter, one person was on the phone presumably taking a phone order, while other staff members including managers were standing behind him, chatting and laughing. I don't mind employees having a good time at work, but one would think they would have seen a customer standing at the register and stepped out of their personal conversation to take my order. No 'apologies for the wait' or anything.

The food was good and came out quickly, but the customer service was the worst I've experienced at any Chick-fil-A. It definitely did not meet standards and expectations that the brand was built on.

After going weeks without chick fil a I realized I never really liked it that much, just had some weird psychological connection to it, maybe chemicals in the sauce/ food. The moment I tasted dark meat it was over for chick fil a. After I deleted the app, I don’t have to feel stocked every time I drive by a chick fil a. Should have been over with anti-lgbtq

Waited in the drive thru for 25 minutes just for them to be rude when taking my order. I had a code and had to give it to 3 different people just to get my order started. Then they proceeded to give me the incorrect drinks and after I drove off I learned they didn’t even have my order correct. 10/10 do not recommend this. If you hate working customer service that bad, get a different job because making someone else’s day have a bad moment just because you seem to hate life is wrong.

Waited 20 minutes for a mcdouble and small fries. Lady at the window whose shirt said "Manager" was on her phone the whole time. Someone handed her my bag and asked if I was the one who ordered the mcdouble and small fries; the lady looked at her and said "I don't know" and handed me the bag without even verifying. I guess I was an inconvenience to her. My fries were good but my mcdouble was a mess. There was so much ketchup on the tiny little burger. WHY? McDonald's, please hire better employees to run your stores. Better pay could get you better employees.

Long wait to order at counter. Eyelash employee and manager were sitting on sidewalk outside. Came in but walked right by with no offer to help or get help. As mentioned before, no smiles, no welcome, no thank you.  I hate the new model for McDonald's.  They want me to order for myself, but i can't get refills for myself.  I need ice for my coffee  but am intimidated to ask.

Stale buns for the second time. The apple pie was drier than hard tack. When I first moved here, the service and food was great. Now it's total garbage. There is definitely a big difference between the morning and evening shift personnel. It's advisable to avoid this place after lunch. I will never be back after what I was given.

In addition to the miserable food, the service was garbage as well. When I pulled up to order, there were several minutes before anyone asked if they could serve me. Finally, I  was asked what I wanted. I asked for a McDouble and apple pie. Right after I said "apple pie" I heard a male voice say "no." Then to add insult to injury, I received food that I wouldn't feed to my dog. I want my damn money back.

The worst store and staff I ever encountered at McDonalds. I’ll never come back to this disgusting place. Don’t even get me started on the horrible and filthy look of the store. Somebody needs to report them to the health department.

Shell

Great gas station near my gym I go to. Prices for gas are not bad usually and the shop is great. Pumps in good condition too. Took a star away because car wash wasn’t working when I got there unfortunately. Would recommend this Shell gas station.

Go in to ask for the person at the counter to unlock the door, bathrooms already located outside car wash. They were nice and clean.

$20 CAR WASH. BS. Needed a car wash very badly was desperate and stopped here. Put in my credit card thinking it couldn't be more than twelve or thirteen dollars. It's no wonder they don't post the price for a single wash on their kiosk.  Turns out it's $20 for a miserable car. Before I even drove in I went to the cashier and asked if I could get a refund before I even went in. He said no. Don't waste your money here. Useless cashier. Useless car was FOR $20?????????????????

First off, I have a Shell Gas card and this is local to me and it should be my go to.  I've purchased items inside the store and since I began paying attention, the last 5 times, I've been overcharged each and every time.  Sometimes on multiple items, today on 1 out of the 4 items.  The price charged for an item that was clearly marked  $2.49 was $2.79, a 12% markup.  Overcharges on one or multiple items, on 5 separate visits, cannot be accidental.  Scaled up to 100s of customers a day, and the con is quite profitable.  You at corporate, who are reading this, have it within your means to spend a couple hours there and verify for yourself if you made an unannounced visit, and you should.

I was a regular here. There was a soda sale sign up and when I went to check out the cashier told me that there was really no sale. They charge you full price! They also started a new scam. They never give you a penny back in your change They tell you "no pennies".  This isn't the Covid coin shortage but they always tell you they are out of pennies. After the hundreds of transactions of the day the stolen pennies add up.

I work near here but I will drive far to avoid this place..

Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Please have the women put their hair up when they are making pizzas or a hairnet or something. I should have canceled my order after watching the hair drag across the top of someone’s pizza - super unappetizing. Salad looked great on the top, but was wilted and going bad underneath.

My appointment across the street took a lot less time than expected, so I showed up almost an hour before my scheduled pickup to get the food. The staff there was awesome, helped me out, and were very polite. Great crew tonight!!!

The website is confusing when you want to customize. Wanted half cowboy, half pepperoni. Order showed customized Cowboy, but clerks print out showed both halves customized the same way. A phone call confirming the order would have been nice, but employee didn’t care…that’s what the website order said. Even though she knew it looked weird to her…maybe if something looks weird, it is weird. Could pick up the phone and at least ask.   Why would someone order a Cowboy and take all the ingredients off when they could have just ordered a pepperoni?? No common sense. Second time my order has been messed up at Papa Murphy’s online. Won’t order online again.

This has got to be the worst location ever, horrible service, errors on orders, but this last visit takes the cake. Placed my order online with a pickup time of 6:00pm, I even arrived at 6:30 to give them extra time in case they were busy. My pizza was not ready when I got there, and I was told they had not even started making it yet and I would need to wait another 40 minutes for it to be ready. No apologies and when I said that was unacceptable and I could not wait and to please cancel and refund my order, they became even more rude and said they would try but it would be tomorrow at the earliest and they could not guarantee I would get a refund. Truly horrible and sad business practices and a terrible representation of the Papa Murphy’s name.

Ordered a triple  pepperoni pizza. 3 different kinds of pepperoni  the pizza was more like a cheese pizza  with very little pepperoni.  Very disappointed.  Also tried to call in my order twice.  No one ever  answered the phone. Had to go there to order. Most times papa Murphy's is great.. not today

Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Good product, a bit pricey but had to go to this location to get the choice I needed.  Very friendly personnel at this location.

We stopped in and happened upon the self-serve chocolate and wine bar, and loved it. All five of the chocolates we tried were fantastic (dark and milk), and the staff were super friendly.

I was there from out of town on 1/3/23 and the asian lady behind the counter seemed annoyed that I was showing my wife the choices via facetime so we can spend $$ in the business, maybe because she was on her phone doing "God knows what?!" and I must have interrupted that so she can do her job. Then it was her and an older man going back & forth with issues with the card reader. It would have been so much easier and quick if you had an Apple/Google pay receiver. Never again! There's no excuse to be rude, especially when I go there from out of town and I am "showing off" your business via facetime. If it wasn't because my wife REALLY wanted caramel apples, I would have walked out.

AVOID!! 5 chocolates for $18 and terrible. Should have know better. Low traffic = old chocolate.

Saw the reviews prior to coming and I definitely agree about the lack of good customer service. My husband asked a simple question regarding one of the treats and the lady just had a sour annoyed face on her the whole time and told him to read the sign like he was incompetent. The woman also acted the same when my brother asked a quick question too. She looked so mad and annoyed lol. “Why you mad bro?” Anyway we did give them our business but we won’t be back after this experience.

I ordered here and agreed to pick it up so I could pull the ol "wow, they ate a slice of our pizza!" on my wife. To my surprise when I bit into it l, it was raw. I had questions on why it was so soggy, then I looked up to see take&BAKE. You gotta bring this shi home and cook into yourself, don't be like me. Always read first.

We ordered online and were told that they were a little behind, 5 to ten minutes... no problem. I asked if my pizza was in queue and he said yes. I waited 40 mins out of the store 40 mins in the store for 80 minutes for no pizza after being reassured - it's on its way... repeatedly. Never again.

Love this location!! They are always doing a great job! Clean location, they are friendly and helpful. Most of all they answer the phone. I have called other locations and they just don’t answer the phone. I drive out of my way to go to this specific location. Great service!

Amazing pizza best around at a affordable price will always use papa Murphys for our pizza needs love the New York style option my favorite.

This place is good. Fresh pizza that you cook at home. I really recommend the double stuffed pizza, it's literally two pizzas stacked on top of each other. On Tuesday,  it's only $10. The place is clean with friendly staff. Only issue I had was sometimes they don't have enough staff for the pizzas they have to make. Ordered here several times and always been satisfied.

Beau Jo's Fort Collins

Dine inside or outside. Family and dog-friendly. There were 3 adults in our group and we shared the Mountain Crust Sky Hawk XL size for $45. Honey at every table for your pizza crust. Super good we will come back for sure!

I've seen Beau Jo's commercials literally thousands of times during Rockies games over the years and figured I'd try it while in Colorado. I was pleasantly surprised that the pizza lives up to the hype. I ordered a medium sausage combo pizza which comes with pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers, red onions (which I opted out of), and mozzarella. I ate about half and took the rest home. It was delicious. The outside of the crust was nice and crisp, but the inside wasn't dry. The toppings were abundant. Adding honey to the crust is a must.

Service was decent. I was seated quickly - after they cleaned off a table. My server, Hunter, was soft-spoken, polite, and attentive.

The atmosphere was okay. There were some areas that could have been cleaned up more quickly (a spilled order of fries sat on the floor in my view the whole time I was there) but overall the meal was enjoyable. I will definitely visit here again.

The cost I listed as $20-$30, but if I had been dining with a friend, the per-person cost would have been less, as there was plenty of food for two.

Food was pretty good. The crust was a cool idea but I wish there was more to add than just honey. Maybe make it a garlic butter crust or something? Or make stuffed crusts?

That being said the pizza was pretty solid.

Great place to eat in Idaho springs! One large pepperoni pizza was kind of pricey but the place has a coupon for $10 off when you text a code. That was really nice! I’ll be back with more of us next time.

Stuffed mushrooms were nice. pizza was good.Not much say about pasta .Pretty bland with marinara.Good selection items to choose from.The service was fantastic and friendly
