Great menu, little bit of everything. Been a couple times now. Today my chili and hubby's Cajun pasta were both over salted. Hard to eat either dish and we like our salt. Everything else was great tho.

Great burger and onions rings. Service was fantastic and the K State paraphernalia was perfect for the atmosphere of this college town sports bar and grill.

The food is delicious. They have a good selection. Enjoy the wrap with a Blue Moon.

I ordered the Wagyu burger with onion rings and they were delicious. The nacho appetizer was also delicious with with a good amount of toppings. This was my first time here and I was not disappointed with good food and clean dining experience. I would not know how the experience would be if this place was busy since I went on New Years day there were only a few people. The staff was great.

OK The bottom of one side of the Rye bread was soaking wet from the corned beef. Not everything needs Bacon on it.  My associates cheeseburger was cooked properly but also just soso. Smallish for a 16$ burger.

Piedmont Bistro by Venue

Wow! What can I say really! It was my first time going to Piedmont Bistro and I had such an amazing time. The atmosphere was so soothing and so relaxing. I love the layout of the restaurant — the open kitchen, the fire pit, the bar, everything!!! Our waitress, Claire, was super nice, super polite, and made my experience that much better! The food was literally heaven on a plate! I can surely taste the quality and freshness that goes into every dish. Give my compliments to the chef! Overall, Piedmont Bistro gets an A++

Andrew served us! Andrew is very polite, and gave us some good recommendations upon inquiry. We ended up choosing two items that were mentioned. I had the Scallop and Pork Belly Carbonara. It was a good portion size with delightfully buttery scallops and deliciously tender pork belly. I loved the creamy egg yolk sauce! The lemons garnishing the plate added a nice zest.

I also got to try the Honey Soy Glazed Chicken. We don't have any gluten intolerance, but that dish happens to be gluten free and I can vouch for it being a great choice! I particularly enjoy how this dish is out together visually. It's beautiful, and I love the glaze on the chicken.

We finished our meal by sharing a slice of Chocolate Dobos Torte, and I don't remember if we were told what sauce was glazed onto the cake but it was a pleasant way to finish our evening.

As we ate, I looked over to the bar area, and the staff were smiling and laughing together during a brief moment. While this was only a glimpse, I sincerely hope the staff enjoy working here as much as it seemed they do.

I always make sure to leave a good tip, but I hope you're all getting paid well because it seems like you're doing fantastic. Be proud of your work!

Ate here for the first time today. We had heard great things and was not disappointed at all!

Things we loved:
1. Biscuits and gravy—best I’ve ever had. The homestyle potatoes were uniquely tasty as well.

2. Our server Dawson—best server we’ve had in Lincoln in the past two years. So attentive and professional.

3. Rye toast—because rye toast is amazing

Things that could’ve been better:
1. The drip coffee (Seattle’s best) could’ve been much better if they wanted to take urn up a notch.

2. The table next to us was so loud (which obviously the restaurant can’t control).

Looking forward to coming back for dinner!

Best brunch in town! We stopped on a Saturday and the food was amazing! We had eggs Benedict with salmon. Simply delicious! The staff is friendly and fast. They have a beautiful patio where dogs are allowed. We went there with our chihuahua and they immediately brought us a bowl of water. They even have a dog menu! This place is absolutely a gem. We will definitely go back to try their dinner menu.

Everything was delicious! We ordered beet fries and Brussels as appetizers. Then ordered Green goddess salad with salmon and the Asian chicken salad. The beet fries and Brussels were amazing - highly recommend. They have happy hour 4-6 so cocktails and appetizers were marked down. They have a great large patio and the service is as great!

Hooters

Hadn’t been to Hooters for about 10 years. It’s true the waitress’s (Chelsee) are easy on the eyes, personable but in addition the service is very good. The drinks were good and the wings were very tasty. I’ll be going back more often.  The food is fairly priced and the drink prices are on par with other restaurants.

My first time going to Hooters, the food was fairly enjoyable although it wasn’t much of anything to write home about. Prices are as expected for this type of establishment. The premises seemed to be rather cleanly. Our waitress did not appear to be in the best of moods which could have been just a bad day. To be honest it was a very underwhelming experience. Not to be that person but Twin Peaks was a better experience for me. I may go back but I certainly won’t make it a priority.

We were traveling from South Dakota on our way back to Dallas, and stop in for a rest from driving, we chose to eat at you location, the waitress was friendly, and make us feel welcomed. When the food was served it was hot, and she check in on us frequently , it was a great experience.

Had a GREAT time at Hooters Today! I was Greeted at the door By a stunning Server Nia, who walked me to My booth where I watched the game and had a drink or two the wings were 10/10 my server was 10/10 And chad The store manager was funny and nice thank you Nia for the Lovely experience at hooters!

Everything was fine until I asked my server Nia for a couple extra ranch cups. 20 minutes went by and I finally was able to get a couple from the bar back. 30 minutes later when Nia finally came back to check on us, she asked me how we were doing? I jokingly said to her, I'm glad I'm still not waring for that ranch, she replied well im busy out here instead of apologizing. Her demeanor was very unprofessional and I didn't appreciate it. I spent over $100.00 and I was a customer as well, I don't care how busy you are.

Servers were distracted, and kitchen staff was outside for awhile. YES TAKE BREAKS. But should still meet customer needs and bring food when it’s ready. One order was completely forgotten about. Wings were a little cold and fries were not very good/seemed dried out or over cooked. Wasn’t worth the time to ask for new food because of the delay originally.

Good prices though. Fan filler is a great price.

Incredibly disappointed. Ordered over the phone. Was told my food would be ready in 20 minutes. I walked in no one there to greet you. Walked up to the bar none of the 3 servers said anything to me. Sat there for 5 to 8 minutes before the bar tender came out took my payment but felt like I was more of a problem than an customer. Paid $22 for cold sad wings... I didn't even know they made wings this small especially for $22... when I pulled up I was shocked to see maybe 7 cars... walked in and saw maybe 8 customers with Monday night football... but after dealing with the front of the house staff and seeing the wings I completely understand why no one was there... would not suggest. If you do go good luck.

I don't get to eat at Hooters very often since this location is about 2 hours away from where I live but I'm glad I had the chance to travel through the area & grab a bite to eat. They have the best breaded wings around in my opinion. I highly recommend the Cajun seasoning! Along with the wings, the fries were good, & the mozzarella sticks were fantastic! The famous Hooters girls were friendly, attentive, & everything you expected them to be!

We have issues every time we eat here, but it's the closest location to our house. Servers almost never get our order right when we dine in. For example, we'll ask for grilled boneless wings and get naked bone-in wings instead. We're almost always missing sauces or silverware. Last time we dined in we waited almost 20 minutes after we got our food, and asked our server for silverware, before I finally had to get up and go ask another server to bring us some silverware so we could finally eat. While we waited for silverware we watched our server clean three tables that did not need to be cleaned at the time. There were maybe 8 tables in the entire restaurant being used at that time with no guest wait. Tonight was the first time we ordered delivery and we had no sauces. I called the restaurant and said my fiancee would be picking up the sauces we needed. When he got there they went back to grab the two sauces I had already requested, that he told them we needed IN PERSON, and they still came out with the wrong sauces. We probably should go to the Council Bluffs location from now on.

Top notch food and attentive service. We took our son there and he had a great time. I've never seen him eat so much as he's picky. Wait staff assisted us in taking pictures and made us feel really welcomed.

BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The premium restaurant of the northwest corner of Kellogg and Rock. The dining setup here is outstanding with well spaced out tables and very comfortable booths, which is what makes BJ’s deserving of a visit. Peak hours can give the staff a lot of steps to travel but the room to enjoy the experience is worth the time. There are daily specials and online rewards to assist with a somewhat pricey menu, and a very solid happy hour is offered in the bar area during weekdays and games. I can recommend BJ’s for a ton of reasons and encourage everyone to return or try it out for what should be an incredible first time.

Kim literally gives the BEST customer service possible. Definitely LOVED her and how helpful she was when picking our options. We came on Tuesday for the first time this week and decided to come back for the weekend.TWICE IN A ROW! Definitely want to go back again tomorrow with her. That’s how you know this is definitely a place to go to! The pizookies are definitely WORTH TRYING! THEYRE AMAZING, definitely the best thing I’ve ever ate.

My husband and I went for a date night. We have never been and figured we would try it out. The service was great and the food was AMAZING!! Our waiter was Winter and he was amazing and made sure we had everything we needed. Definitely would go back.

I've enjoyed dining at BJ's in the past, but Saturday's dining experience was sub-standard in comparison.  The food was "OK", the service was "OK", the gluten-free pizza crust is not worthy of a repeat buy.  I ordered a BJ's Classic Combo, the toppings saved it, the portions of meat, cheese, mushrooms were nice, got the zesty notes you look for in a sauce, but the crust - the foundation of of pizza pie - was less-than-stellar.  Served up thin and crispy style, the GF crust I got was thin and chewy.  I know it's a challenge to do a good pizza crust with GF dough, but this crust didn't "rise" to the challenge.  My buddie's Hickory Brisket Bacon Burger was lacking the brisket, and his wife's Sliders were nothing to shout home about.  Our server, while polite, wasn't all that attentive.  She performed most of the obligatory functions, but the follow-ups just weren't there, the little things such as a timely drink refill, and the clearing of dinner plates before dessert arrives.

Went here for the first time and was very pleased with the food.
Many different choices, and everyone in our party of four liked their dish.  Our waitress was nice, but soft spoken so it was hard to hear her with the music & voices.
Had to wait for a table despite there were many open tables.  Didn't understand that, but did not have too wait long.
Overall a good experience and I will go back.

Twisted Fork

Been here many times. Food is always good. Drinks are always great! Can’t beat their Manhattan!

Had many entrees here over the years. Had the meatloaf this time. It was a warm, wholesome and filling meal! Mashed potatoes were delicious and buttery.

Sautéed veggies were cooked well with a slight crunch to them. Mac m cheese was fabulous addition to the dish!

Got the creme brûlée dessert, it was divine. Highly recommend. Can’t go wrong with this dessert! Crisp sugar top, creamy brûlée, sweet strawberries! So good!

Great place for a good meal & date night! Nice place where you can hear the person next to you. Will visit again and again!

Great food, great prices, will certainly be back! Brussels on app menu were yummy and not too greasy like they often are at places. Salmon meal and salmon cessation salad were both great! Tequila mule was awesome. Good variety on the menu!

A great place to meet up with old friends! The food was wonderful and the service was exemplary. I asked for a different cheese on my sandwich, and when they realized it was wrong, they were out with a new sandwich in minutes. I absolutely love this place! 🧡

Correction! This is a great space to get together with friends and the staff went above and beyond. Our waitress was amazing. I had a steak salad and meatloaf. I really enjoyed my salad. It was so much fun and the ambiance was great. I really felt like I was on vacation. Omaha was our last city of a 5400 mile trip.  It was wonderful to eat amazing food in such warm, relaxing environment.  Thanks to the staff for great food and amazing time!

The atmosphere and service were great! I was super excited about the food from reading the menu and seeing photos. Spinach artichoke dip was not what I was expecting. Almost more of a soup, it tasted good but didn't have many chunks of artichoke, and I'm not sure if there was spinach in it. It seemed like it was almost clam chowder minus clams or potatoes. I would order it again, It's just not what I was expecting. French dip was just okay. Auju and beef had almost no flavor and for the price, I would never order it again.

Never had a Philly from Hooters before but I've definitely been missing out. Meat was juicy and loaded as you can tell.  Service here was good and drink are always on point.

MUCH better experience this time than my last when I visited the Kennesaw GA location. Food was hot, flavorful and plentiful.  The wings and tenders is the way to go IMHO. And "Jade" was right, the waffle fries are way better than curly fries. I was surprised to find they have new sauces that are hotter than three mile island...  overall very good experience, I was pleasantly surprised!

Only gave them 4-stars because it was a little too cool in the main room and the bathrooms could have been cleaner. However, Kiki was awesome and the wings, SECOND TO NONE!!! Wish Des Moines would reopen a Hooters. I’ve read the other reviews, guys it’s a wing joint, period. Anyway, you can always count on the bone-in, naked and hot wings to be rockin, every time. Good job gang!!!

On 11/22, I ordered a Buffalo chicken salad to go. I didn't look trusting the quality of the food. When I got home, I opened the box and.. well,look at the attached photo. A total waste of money. Even the worst restaurant in Council Bluffs could do better than this.

I got the Western BBQ burger, burger was warm.  Onion rings on top of burger barely warm.  Fries are barely warm.  There are 12 people in the restaurant and they just opened so why is everything not fresh ?  Three waitresses are sitting with some random customer on the other side of the restaurant by the patio on their phones and drinking energy drinks, coffee.  Is the food dying in the window because they are more worried about this one customer they are sitting with?  Manager did walk by I should have been honest with him. . .. my bad

23rd Street Brewery

Sunday errand day! And so while traveling south on kasold we decided to try 23rd street brewery for the 1st time. Bellied up to the bar and whoa! Lots of craft beer choices! I had Wave the wheat and hubby had watermelon ale. Both were delicious and icy cold. Note: the bartender graciously gave us samples (!). We both ordered the classic Flatbread which comes out as a pie shape and NOT a rectangle! Just the right amount of toppings that meld together in harmony! The ambience is lovely as you can talk to each other without yelling to be heard. The women's bathroom is large and very clean. All in all, definitely a 5 star place and as hubby said, "we've found a place that rivals Mr. Brews ". Yes we have and we will absolutely be back. We also bought 2 cans to take home and on Mondays they're 2 for 10.00. WOOT!

AND...we're back! Stopped by after a Menards trip. We both had salads. I had NO IDEA the salad I ordered (avocado greens) was going to be able to fee my entire family! Jeeminy! Look at the size of this salad? And the toppings were also huge portions! I bet they used 2 avocados! Just delicious and fresh! Hubby had a side salad and fries (the usual). I had a polly olly beer which was crisp, light and a little happy. Hubby had a bitter professor which he proclaimed delicious! Our new watering hole! We're the ones that sit at the bar. Very clean restaurant and bartenders wipe down surfaces with Microban which is huge thumbs up!

We stopped by today and WOW! the place has been transformed into a snow globe. It's absolutely beautiful! We sat at the bar and our favorite bartender, Kelly,  was on staff! YAY! The menu has changed but still offers mouthwatering delights! I ordered the Angus burger (medium rare) with fries. Hubby had thr chicken tenders with fries. So, even though the menu has changed, the portions have not. First, my burger was perfection! So many places shy away from a medium rare anything. Not here. Just cooked brilliantly.  The burger is huge-like the size of a saucer and thr amount of fries is wickedly huge. No different for hubby's plate too. We have food for the next 2 days-no lie. I enjoyed a "wave the wheat" beer and hubby had a beer to whose name I disremember. It was delicious. Both were served frosty cold. I love the fact we have CLOTH napkins at the bar. So elegant! Kelly was attentive, efficient and friendly. If you have an opportunity to visit this place during the holidays, you should! The atmosphere is an incredible experience with the multitude of lights and decorations.  Don't miss it!

Hubby and I met bff and her hubby here to experience the snow globe as they had never been. We were seated in a booth and quite frankly, the booth seat was in very sad shape. The tear was at least1 foot long and 6 inches wide. I'm unsure why it couldn't be repaired? Really tacky. Our server was lovely and as there was a party going on, drinks and food were slow. Drinks arrived 20 minutes after ordering and food 30 minutes later. So let's chat about the food. I'm guessing the chef has been replaced because this time the food was pretty bad. I ordered fish and chips (see photo). Bff took one look and said, "it looks like it was pulled out of the Kaw, cut the head off, and fried!" She's wasn't wrong. It just looked gross and it was way overfried and very, very bland. Hubby's chicken salad, same thing: overfried and tough. Bff ate 1/4 of her meal grimacing the whole time. Her hubby's burger was overcooked and looked like a piece of leather. Again, not sure what's going on but somethings changed and it ain't pretty OR tasty. I'm bringing my kids here to see the snow globe BUT we'll have a beer and move on to another food venue. I hope this restaurant returns to its former glory. Fingers crossed!

I have been here quite a few times in the past few years and of generally always been pleasantly surprised with the service, prices, and variety as well as quantity in what is offered here.

I have not been here in maybe 6 months or so and they've drastically decreased the size of their menu buy drastically INCREASED their prices. I know inflation and post-pandemic adjustments had to be made in restaurants of all types. But these prices seemed a little steep in comparison to other establishments in their tier. They wanted $25 for fish and chips, $31 for some pasta with salmon...and the average price for a burger was around $18. We left and went to Johnny's West... they have double the size of the menu, their prices are about $10 less than some of the same things offered at 23rd Street. And I've eaten at both places, multiple times... and unless 23rd Street had a 5-star Michelin chef hiding back in the kitchen, then....

They also took all the flatbreads off the menu and those were delicious.

On the flip side, their beers are always amazing and ever-changing. So at least keep doing a good job with that.

Will be back for drinks, but probably won't be back for food. Which is sad... you guys used to be really good. ☹️

We were here with a large group celebrating a family event. Excited, noisy crowd, and the staff was outstanding. Managed to get us to order even though we were all distracted.  They were on top of everything, really great job all around. I had a burger, excellent. The group had anything from salad to wings, and everyone had positive reports. The beer is OUTSTANDING. I stayed with the Irish Red, tried the House IPA, and both were top notch. Really great place. Good food, great beer, but like anywhere the ate staff is what makes the place - and the staff is incredible! Our waitress was Emma, and she was a serious pro with all the craziness happening. Fantastic.

Food was amazing, but what really won me over to the 5 star review was the dessert. The warm butter toffee cake is absolutely phenomenal, and even better than the desserts at Gordon Ramsay's steak house. The service was phenomenal. Lina was one of the best servers I've ever had. I will definitely be returning.

Very friendly staff, great service, really great food with large portions and a super holiday atmosphere. Best Christmas decor I've seen this year so far!!

Spectacular visit as most times are! This was the first time at this location and it was a success! Great waitress, atmosphere, food taste and temperatures, and drinks made to perfection! The facility was clean throughout and the seating was nicely arranged! There's nothing we would've changed with this visit!  Excellent job!

We stopped here, one night on our vacation because it was close to our hotel. They weren’t very busy, but the hostess/server mention they were shortstaffed. She seated us immediately and was super friendly. She gave us time to order and grabbed our drinks immediately. Overall, I thought we had a great experience. Our food was correct, and it tasted great. Even with a large party of nine everything went very smoothly. The restaurant was clean as well as the bathroom.

Ordered online, no one sitting at the front to greet me so I could pick up my food. Wondered over to the cooks counter and saw my order sitting there. I made sure it was mine with my name on it. Not in a bag. Had to carry it out in my arms, and I ordered 50 wings with fries. I get to my destination and 1 set of the wings has zero seasoning. Just fried wings when I ordered lemon pepper dry rub seasoning. Never have I had a good experience at this location.

The food was not very high quality for the price and the service was not good at all. Never came to check on us and I had to wave them down to order the drink I told her I would be ordering. Went for a birthday and she “forgot” to come back out with dessert.

Most recently I went in for lunch. I sat at the bar & Alex was my server. She was really great! Great service, great conversation, & great beer & wings!!

Dave & Buster's Kansas City

The burgers here are really delicious! It's a nice place to go out to. Been out there a couple of times now the first time was absolutely fantastic. The second time could not even compare to the first. I personally think going during the daytime is a way better experience than to go in the evening.UPDATE I went back  for that burger 🍔 I was hesitant because of last time 😬. But it was good this time🤩☺️, and it was the evening time!! I love this location!! I can only show half the burger because I couldn't wait to take a bite! Or three!🤗

I had never been to a Dave & Buster's but will definitely go back! For a restaurant that caters to serving/offering primarily family-friendly activities and food I was surprised about how good our food and drinks were! Of course we played some games too but went specifically for lunch while out shopping. We sat at the bar to eat and bartender was very good and quick service. We tried a couple of their specialty cocktails and they were delicious! We had fish'n chips and the grilled chicken with balsamic reduction, both were very very good. Only down side is this ended up being a pretty expensive lunch with only two mixed drinks included.

My kids said these were the best arcagames they ever played. I have to agree these were on a different level from everything else we seen. The only thing I would say is that it is pretty expensive. Everything is now a days so it's to be expected but just a warning. To get a decent amount of credits for 3-5 cards you will spend around $150+ this is before any food or drink.

The food was amazing, I had the Chicken Hawaiian burger was absolutely phenomenal. Their service was the crappiest service I ever had . They have nothing but teenagers running the whole place, ended up having to get a manager waited for 20 to 30 minutes before we finally got some assistance and I don't even think it was from a manager maybe a team leader. Some of the servers were really rude. The atmosphere was kind of cool they have a live DJ there playing music so that was kind of different, and as it being a Saturday there wasn't too many people there so it was nice it wasn't very crowded but overall experience I would give it a six or seven out of 10

I wasn't expecting the food to be as good as it is. The dinning room has lots to watch while you wait. Everyone said their meal was excellent, service was great, and we all had a great time. It has wheelchair ramps to every part of the building. The games are fun and has a large selection of all kinds of games. Def will recommend and will return when in town.
