Chick-fil-A

Super fast! Chick-fil-A for pickup order! Decently busy at the time and still a 3 minute wait on food. They don't have curbside. When you order, it's under your first name, not your last name. Otherwise a typical Chick-fil-A! Yum! Enjoy!

Food is always amazing! Drive through service almost always has missing items tho. I always make sure to check the bag before I leave the parking lot. This food ain’t cheap so I want what I order. The employees are super chill, especially Alec, he’s a G, great energy all the time. I like that ordering is fast, that’s really nice.

Update June 2023: Drive thru wait times are often excessive. I go elsewhere if the drive-thru line looks long. However, the line length can be deceptive. Today it was very short and still took 13 minutes to get through for a chicken biscuit. This was probably my last visit. The cauliflower sandwich is tasty, but not $7.19 tasty. It's a bit smaller and certainly less satisfying than chicken. Once and done.

Never have I had a less than stellar experience at Chick-fil-A until tonight. I was the only person in line, but had to wait several minutes before I was greeted and my order taken. It wouldn't have been a big deal, but it was a slower night and the store seemed fully staffed. Behind the counter, one person was on the phone presumably taking a phone order, while other staff members including managers were standing behind him, chatting and laughing. I don't mind employees having a good time at work, but one would think they would have seen a customer standing at the register and stepped out of their personal conversation to take my order. No 'apologies for the wait' or anything. The food was good and came out quickly, but the customer service was the worst I've experienced at any Chick-fil-A. It definitely did not meet standards and expectations that the brand was built on.

After going weeks without chick fil a I realized I never really liked it that much, just had some weird psychological connection to it, maybe chemicals in the sauce/ food. The moment I tasted dark meat it was over for chick fil a. After I deleted the app, I don’t have to feel stocked every time I drive by a chick fil a. Should have been over with anti-lgbtq
