Teriyaki Madness

Genuinely one of the worst service places in the world. The employees are so rude and disrespectful. When I ordered they didn’t even call out my name and had me sit at the place for thirty minutes. I had to go up to the counter and ask for it. On the other hand they called out another person’s order and even went outside to hand it to them. I am so disappointed. They even messed up my whole order so I had to go back and ask for a new one. They weren’t even apologetic! They said, “isn’t this what you ordered?” I ordered orange chicken and lomein. They gave me plain chicken with orange sauce on it. Not the fried orange chicken. I am never coming back here again and I will make sure my friends know to not come here either. So disappointed. Not only that but the food tasted so bad. It’s plain and soggy. This is what they gave me and it’s supposed to be “Lomein” please step it up. It’s literally just plain noodles. This is so saddening. Seriously never even thinking of coming back again. Spent so much time and money just to be let down. Oh yeah they also tried to tell me this was their “orange chicken.” I really wish I asked for a refund, but I was already frustrated enough with the situation.

Not much consistency here. Half the employees are nice, the other half seem angry. They seem to sometimes have large "corporate" meetings in or around the store, blocking the front door or other parts of the small store. Barely aware they should treat customers with any kind of thoughtfulness. Sometimes the food is good, Sometimes it is burnt or the portions seem like what they scraped together at the end of the bag or day. We continue to go becuase of coupons, so decent pricing right now with BoGo. Unless customer service and consistency changes we would never pay full price. Pretty good teriyaki chicken. I ordered it spicy, and it was slightly spicy as is... but it did come with an extra sauce. Spicy and flavorful. I shouldn't have added all of it because it tasted way better without that sauce! Next time, just a tad extra. Here is before and after the sauce photos.

This was my first visit to this company. The guy at the counter was friendly, which saved this place from getting a 1 star review. When I came in Thursday night, I was told right away that they were out of noodles and no rice, too. I asked if veggies were good for a substitute, and it was not a problem. The problem I had was that the salmon filet was smaller than the palm of my hand and was overcooked. The veggies were not fresh and absolutely disgusting. It's definitely not worth $15 for a medium-sized bowl full of nastiness.

Great food at a great price, especially with the Columbine Rebel card. Really liked the fried rice and teriyaki salmon. The noodle bowl was a bit spicy, but overall great food, price and service.
