These folks are awesome. I can almost always find what I need, and they don't mind me walking by dogs inside with me. They always have treats for them. The selection of gear for my home, garden, and work is almost all-inclusive. I've always found what I need for my pets. Plus, they always have, at least some, knowledgeable staff on hand. If they don't know what I'm asking for, they find someone who does.

This is a review of the four corners location. Love all the awesome stuff they have in store. My problem are the 2 older women that work in the clothing dept. They’re always rude whenever I ask a question just mean and you can tell they’re unhappy…..I’ve also seen them be very rude to the younger associates who are working!! I try to avoid them whenever I’m here. My husband and another friend have had the same experience with them. It’s too bad.

I'll start by saying I shop at murdochs quite a bit. I had a situation at this store in specific that was handled extremely well. I purchased a trailer that was labeled as a specific size. Did all the paperwork and hauled it home only to find out it was quite a bit smaller. I was irritated to say the least.
i immediately called, assuming I'd be stuck with it.. I spoke with the manager, who was understanding and very helpful through out the whole ordeal. He told me to bring it back and made sure I got one that would work for what I needed. Just want to thank Reed and his team for the great customer service and for getting me straightened out. Made the process super easy.

Great place to shop if you need any outdoor apparel or equipment

Nordstrom

Excellent service at this location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean, organized and easy to navigate.

Parking is also fairly easy. When there are sales, the prices can be competitive- otherwise, when you pay more for things you know it’s because of the great service and high-end selection.

Wanted to do curbside pickup because of a bad knee but when I arrived all 7-8 of the curbside pickup spots were occupied by the empty cars of customers who apparently decided the curbside pickup parking spots were in fact meant for entitled customers who didn’t want to walk more than 50 feet to the entrance. Not one car was occupied. Not one car was running. If you’re going to offer curbside pickup at least make sure those spots are being used for that purpose and not lazy, entitled customers. Done shopping here.

I just bought my first cologne Creed Aventus, Customer service was 100/10. Joe helped me and he was funny, charismatic, friendly, helpful , and overall fun. He gave me a gift on the house for my birthday as well. Shoutout to Joe

I bought 3 separate pairs of the same shoes for my wedding and each pair was clearly used. They can't replace them in time before I leave for it and are telling me they can't compensate me for getting a damaged item. The most recent pair was missing the shoe bag, the shoes were significantly creased and scuffs on the left toe. Thought I could count on Nordstrom to stand behind their brand and I've never been more disappointed with a purchase in my life. Was excited to have unnecessarily nice shoes for our special day and now I will either have to completely pivot to other shoes or wear used shoes that cost me almost $1,000. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Nordstrom moving forward.

I got the pleasure of working with Dennise at the Chanel Counter and I have never felt more comfortable and satisfied with a shopping experience. I have a variety of skin concerns and she was able to carefully listen to my needs and help me find exactly what best suited me. I feel so confident with my new skin routine. Target

We always stop here because it’s convenient when we travel, but this is by far the worst & messiest target I’ve ever been in.. I once got severe food poisoning from the Starbucks here. Then today I buy a thing of gummy vitamins only to find several hours later that they expired in March of 2023 (it’s now August).

This Target location in my opinion is not up to normal Target standards. Disorganized, bathrooms dirty…like gas station dirty.
Employee help was subpar. Asked about backpacks and I got I don’t know shrugged shoulders.
Store has beggars located at front door.
No one was at food area to service.
Starbucks located there had nice friendly employees.

Nice, clean location. Shelves were stocked neatly, and everything was easy to find. A good variety on options with every department. Overall, it was a great place to shop. Also, everyone should sign up for a Red debit card. You save money and earn back as well! The app is very helpful. It shows items you have purchased, let's you know that it is on sale, and there are coupons and extra savings as well!!

Clean store. Always stocked. Fast checkout. Attentive staff. Great experience as usual. Keep up the great work

This store always has what we need, there prices are usually decent and the atmosphere is really nice and always very clean restrooms. This is the place to buy family games or just toys in general, clothes, food, home decor, kitchen, arts and crafts, personal etc, you name it they probably have it. The staff has always been decent but never over the top friendly which is nice especially when you want to get in and out in a hurry.

Walmart Supercenter

Nice and clean store. Well laid out and almost all items are in stock. They rely heavily on self checkout as I went on a Saturday after lunch and it was very busy. All self checkouts were open (around 10) and then there were only 3 lanes open for associate to check you out.

I’m heading out of town to go visit an old friend and bring a nice bottle of whiskey, along with other groceries. I found the first employee and they immediately called the manager and then said to me I think they’re in the office .I waited over 20 minutes for someone to unlock the liquor cage. I have ask two employees ,I have seen 6 employees that never said a word to me. I called the store and talk to the manager., she. said she was  coming. She never came .Don’t go here if you’re in a hurry.. The service personnel for other companies commented to me that it takes forever to get liquor because only one person has a key. An employee finally asked me if I needed help and immediately took action which in total took about three minutes. I shop here often and spent $300 today. I will be changing my liquor purchases to super one where there is no wait.

Did a grocery pickup today. Didn’t get the rotisserie chicken I ordered but they charged me for it. Telling me I need to bring it back to the store in order to get my refund!!! Every time I do a pickup there is a problem. Either the produce has mold or bags of flour is busted. I ordered microwave chicken rice and I get cauliflower. Y’all need to do better!

That’s how Walmart respects their customers
i found those but when I scanned the price was different the cashier wasted my time 15 min after that the sheren manager said we not gonna give them that price
I Said already checked that’s same barcode was $7.48 and now it’s $2.62 but she said no that’s $7.48 then I said those are markdown and after all those I don’t have time to go back and get something else that’s not my fault
BUT SHE SAID I DON’T CARE

Great and friendly service. The people that work there are always helpful and knowledgeable especially the front greeters and front office people that run the store, even the grocery pick team is always nice and courteous. This Walmart is the closest location for while for me and it has a wide variety of products to choose from to the food, garden, electronic, and home sections. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is in the area and in need of a really well kept and put together Walmart. Keep up the good work guys love this Walmart location.

Shoe Station

I don’t like when I’m overcharged!  Price was $54.99 got 20% off so why did I pay $60.72.
Saved $14.00 & sales taxes was only $4.73….
54.99-14.00 = 40.99 plus tax is $45.72……

Was actually able to find reasonable priced size 14 for my son here!!!!! They even had some 15!! It is so awesome to find that in store! Except there was beyond helpful both when I called in and went into the store. When even my 6'3"13 year old son could reach something they were on top of it.

OMG! I resigned here after only working 5 months due to getting a new job that fits my college major but I will say the manager Carrie here is soooo amazingg!!!!!. He's sweet, respectful, and understanding with full-time college students. I dreaded having to break the news :( This was by far my favorite job out of all. Thank You Guys sooo much for the opportunity.

Arrived during the noon hour and there only a few cars in the parking lot. Found out after I spend time selecting shoes that their computers were down. So I was able to leave my purchase ar the register to come back later. Came back an hour later at 1:30. Only one register open. Had to wait about 15 to 20 minutes before I finally got checked out. Should have been more vigilant in seeing that RETURNING customers were handled quickly. Everything else was great. Recommend.

Dillard's

Sheila in the fitting department for suits was extremely helpful in finding the right suit for me! I tend to have problems getting suits to fit me without looking boxy, and she helped me find a suit that fits while also being comfortable. Highly recommend going see her! Very direct without being callous and rude, and having the sole purpose of the customer looking their best! I did end up spending $800 for the suit, but she did her best to try to find cheaper options before I went the expensive route, which I appreciate! Outstanding service, and good quality suit to top it off!

All these people work in their when you need to purchase something no one around. The item I wanted she said they were out but tried her best to get me to purchase what she wanted. Online it said they had the item. I'll never go back.

Staff in the dress clothes department are snooty and rude. Don’t come here looking for something on the more affordable side (less than $700 for a suit) and expect them to be kind and helpful. You’re better off shopping online where nobody is looking down their nose at you.

I always love shopping the sale rack for the shoes here! I will inevitably always find something that I like at a great price. They carry so many stylish brands. This used to be the ONLY place to buy MAC makeup when I was in high school/college that was closest to me so I have loved buying makeup here for decades now! I love how many other great makeup lines they carry here as well now, everything from ABH to Bobbi Brown also Kiehl's creams and Sigma brushes. Of course the OG MAC counter can still be found located in the same location that it has been since the 1990's at least, since that is when I can remember beginning to visit the MAC counter there. If you are shopping for clothes they have several floors with just clothing, all of it designer and very nice with a price tag to reflect the quality. I also love to shop for purses at this location because you can sometimes find some great deals on some of the designer bags they carry. The store was organized, clean, and well staffed. I recommended to anyone who is reading this to shop here if you're interested in doing so, you might be surprised!

Jerry at the Armani counter is amazing! I usually am super hard to match foundation on but he matched me PERFECTLY on the first try and gave me a nice sample to take home. I loved the product and the shade match so much I came back three days later to purchase it and he even gave me a free gift! Truly a talented artist! Thankyou for your professionalism and customer service Jerry I’ll be back!

Wagner's Shoes - Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Bought my kid shoes here yesterday.  The staff is patient and kind.  They were helpful and treated us well.

Support your local show store. This place is great. I go here to get the Brooks I love. Just got some for my wife. They have a large selection of Hokas, the go to shoes if you have any foot problems. They have an indoor treadmill to test your shoes before purchase. You get expert advice here. They will track your purchases for easy returns. I just ordered a pair last night at 9 and picked them up this morning at 10. You can't beat that or this business. Did I mention that they have been supporting local races for years? Support them!

Outstanding selections in shoes and accessories. Each time I have shopped at the Midtown location I have had a friendly and very knowledgeable staffer help me. My experience has been they won't sell you something for the mere sake of a sale, they want to sell you what is the BEST fit for your feet.

Friendly and fast service. The staff do a good job with measuring children's feet. Best place to find exactly what you are looking for in kids shoes.

If I could give more stars, I would!!!!!  I was looking for a Melissa & Doug Advent Calendar but the few online stores that had one were charging an INSANE amount of money.  Wagner's Shoes had it reasonably priced.  I sent it to my friend to give to her toddler son.  Don't know what happened but they never received it.  UPS said they delivered it but it wasn't at their doorstep.  I contacted UPS who opened an investigation and decided to contact Wagners.  They were WONDERFUL.  They also contacted UPS and went ahead an sent out a REPLACEMENT while UPS conducts their investigation.  From the bottom of my heart, I couldn't say thank you enough!  They received the package and her son loved it.  Wagner's, you truly know how to make a customer happy!  Merry Christmas!!!

Good shopping experience.  We came in and found what we were looking for.  Shelf check out was easy.  Buggies were ready and available for shopping use. The store appeared clean and well stocked.  Parking Lot is huge and well kept.

Target great environment. Family oriented great merchandise great variety of different things and products you are looking for. The customer service there is impeccable and I love going there its one if the best spots in Lafayette for everything for me meeting people socializing clothes food phone stuff all in one. Love Target I could make a stop there every weekend for the rest of my life and it would be worth it.

The 4 is because it's so unorganized, but Aiden, our cashier, would get 10 if I could give him that many! This young man came out into the outside of the aisle and asked us if we were ready to check out, and he was so delightful and so efficient that I hope this company takes notice of how remarkable he is. I came in close contact with many employees in the store, but he was the only one with a big smile and offering to help!

Target is the best big box retailer in America. The service is generally great, pricing is good, customer perks are great and they're consistent. This store is always busy, a testament to how awesome they are. If you go here, you already know!

The store update has really made the store better, however as soon as the corporate people were gone the shelves went back to looking like a mess in certain areas.
They are constantly out of stock of items in the grocery area.
And I know they are told to, but I feel like I'm being stalked when I'm trying to leave. If I don't stop for you to check my receipt are you going to tackle me? Geez.

I am with most every visit to Walmart , just amazed at the lack of quality service I receive. It’s as though I have a sign on my back that states “ Be rude. She can take it!” With the exception of a few associates, I can almost guarantee that I will get a “ I don’t know where that is. I don’t work in that department.” As an answer to my request for direction to a particular item. But in their defense maybe I (unknowingly )shop at a time when all the friendly helpful associates are on break!) Or maybe the helpful friendly associates are divided between the Money Center, Customer Service and on the floor 🤷🏽‍♀️

And this is in addition to …….if you don’t go shopping early in the morning don’t go, because it’s almost guaranteed that whatever it is you’re looking for won’t be on the shelves; and please don’t ask an associate if there’s any in the stock room because their answer will most assuredly be” everything we have is out on the shelves” whether they are or not!
Oh! And please don’t call the store because no one will answer the phone, and if they do……..they don’t work in the department you seeking help from!

Now in all fairness I have to say that the majority of my negative experiences have been at one location (Baker Supercenter). I have a totally different experience when I shop at the Zachary store.
Maybe the Sun shines brighter in Zachary than it does in Baker producing more positive and helpful attitudes I don’t know. But my experience has been more positive there. They will actually check in the stock room for you!!!
Or will show you where the item is that you’re looking for!!
I don’t know about you, but if I’m gonna pay crazy prices for items that were reasonably priced just a few years back, at least I want my shopping experience to be a pleasant one! But on the upside, the store in Baker looks fantastic!

I was greeted when I first walked in. Everything was neatly zoned. Several rollback items. I was only suppose to purchase a dress for church ended up getting baby clothes for my God baby all summer stuff on sale fall and winter item stocking stuffers you name it. And it's not even October😁

Looks like it needs some refurbishment with the store. Deteriorated and old looking in and iut. Things are broken and damaged in several aisles. Not stock with groceries, as I couldn't find certain items that are regularly stocked. There is no one to check you out at a register. I don't work here, so I don't get paid to check myself out. If no one is available to check me out, I'll just go to Target or Kroger. At least they have registers with cashiers open to check me out with my purchase and no one will stop to look at my receipts, (like if I'm stealing something), to check my bags and groceries. In the last few years, it has gone down bad. No service, or a care in the world, to help a customer. If you can find someone.

We seem to be in a Wal-Mart every single day some weeks. Managers or "higher ups" are kind of rude. They've ran me over at times thinking I should move out of their way. The shoppers for pick up orders don't like to move their carts and most are definitely not friendly. Maybe I just expect too much. I try to smile and/or acknowledge everyone I make eye contact with. They never do. Never a hi, excuse me or anything of the sort. Cashiers are hit or miss. Most times they are nice, ask how you are, make small talk, etc..some say absolutely nothing.

It's a very good place to go shopping for your everyday needs. With good placement for availability and great service ranging from being able to ask where things are to when you check out. I've had many conversations with other customers also and it's always a good experience.

All in all the store was clean and stocked. The problem was in check out I understand that people steal things I get that, but the 2 employees that were working the self check were very rude and stared at my boyfriend and I the whole time. Now I do not like feeling as if they assume we were going to steal something it really pissed me off. There was no reason for that.

Used to have a hill of trash right outside the parking lot where all the drugged up workers would smoke. It’s cleaned up but inside is still dirty sometimes. Workers are kinda stupid

Great location.  Nice cashiers.  Even during the busier times we've been taken care of quickly.  Nicely stocked store.
