Excellent service at this location. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is clean, organized and easy to navigate. Parking is also fairly easy. When there are sales, the prices can be competitive- otherwise, when you pay more for things you know it’s because of the great service and high-end selection.

Wanted to do curbside pickup because of a bad knee but when I arrived all 7-8 of the curbside pickup spots were occupied by the empty cars of customers who apparently decided the curbside pickup parking spots were in fact meant for entitled customers who didn’t want to walk more than 50 feet to the entrance. Not one car was occupied. Not one car was running. If you’re going to offer curbside pickup at least make sure those spots are being used for that purpose and not lazy, entitled customers. I just bought my first cologne Creed Aventus, Customer service was 100/10. Joe helped me and he was funny, charismatic, friendly, helpful , and overall fun. He gave me a gift on the house for my birthday as well. Shoutout to Joe

I bought 3 separate pairs of the same shoes for my wedding and each pair was clearly used. They can't replace them in time before I leave for it and are telling me they can't compensate me for getting a damaged item. The most recent pair was missing the shoe bag, the shoes were significantly creased and scuffs on the left toe. Thought I could count on Nordstrom to stand behind their brand and I've never been more disappointed with a purchase in my life. Was excited to have unnecessarily nice shoes for our special day and now I will either have to completely pivot to other shoes or wear used shoes that cost me almost $1,000. Needless to say I will not be shopping at Nordstrom moving forward.

I got the pleasure of working with Dennise at the Chanel Counter and I have never felt more comfortable and satisfied with a shopping experience. I have a variety of skin concerns and she was able to carefully listen to my needs and help me find exactly what best suited me. I feel so confident with my new skin routine.
